Comfort Inn Federal Way - Seattle

Check-in last was sweet. the room stunk really bad, zero wash cloths in the room, hot tub wasn't available and was blocked off for whatever reason... Didn't eat breakfast. Our biggest issue is at 8am housekeeping was trying to get into our room to clean... I've done housekeeping... Most times they know which rooms are already checked out. We won't be staying again.

The staff was very accommodating.

Nothing really big to celebrate or complain. Just a good stay for the night!

Breakfast was fresh and hot. We went early each day, shortly after it started. Shared the space with hotel staff

Rooms wasn’t very clean they didn’t have clean towels, said they was out and house keeping needed to wash towels, staff was rude didn’t care about what u needed today’s breakfast they had one sausage left for 20 people didn’t refill anything there was not hot water for oatmeal some of the eggs was green and also the hot tub has been out of order for months said they are waiting on a part for about 4 months now that’s not cool
