Affordable & good location in regards to the airport nearby. A bit loud (we were near the elevator.) No choice but to pay a bit more for parking at the Inn. Strange. And unexpected to be honest. Terrible luke warm coffee. Chemical cream is never a good thing. No lids either. But then again I'm a coffee snob. I appreciated the free shuttle & kind & patient driver. He was professional & helpful. Should have tipped! Apologies. Room was clean & comfortable & that's what really matters. Blessed be.

Wi-Fi is not working! No dining around. Interior pretty old, but average - ok for the price. No breakfast available, just coffee. Bonus is that it's close to airport and the hotel provides free shuttle.

Easy check-in. Rooms were larger than expected and recently refurbished. Very clean and comfortable. Van to airport was added benefit. Did not expect to have to pay to park, but minimal cost ($12). The rear elevator coming up from the parking area is in bad shape, but this is not indicative of the rest of the hotel, which is very well maintained. I'll stay here again when needing a place close to Sea-Tac airport.

Parking area is very dirty and lots of people wandering around, feels extremely unsafe. Also there is a hidden $15 (plus tax) charge to park in their lot every day, which is not advertised in any way. Feels very disingenuous when you check in and are told of this fee. Will not stay here again.

Tired old hotel with Spartan amenities. On the positive side, it is extremely close to the airport, maybe five minutes away from the hotel, the beds are comfortable and the water is hot, but that’s about all there is to say as far as redeeming features..

Hallways and elevator floors were very dirty. Our bathroom had hair all over the tub and toilet. We opted to not shower because it was icky. The area around the parking garage has beer cans and garbage everywhere. Thankfully it is just one night and we are leaving very early to catch a flight.

Dirty floors, dirty bathroom, dogs every where inside the hotel, carpets in rooms are disgusting, windows are illegally screwed shut so no fresh air in damp mildewy rooms. Will never be staying here again and its a shame because i am a long time customer who used to enjoy this establishment.

Room was not cleaned and front desk said sometimes it is not cleaned which is not true. No towels prpcided until requested, no coffee refilled until requested, our room key did not work and staff had no care or apologies.

Front desk staff is rude and unhelpful. When I called for an airport shuttle, I got bad information regarding the shuttle. When I finally got to the hotel, the front desk lady was overwhelmed by simple tasks. She ordered me to sit and wait after I’d gotten through the line. And that was just to stow my bag, not to check in. She said she didn’t have room to store bags, but when I insisted, she opened a room with lots of space, and then finally could store my bag. The whole ordeal cost me about 1.5 extra hours of my day. When I went to check out, I was told I had slept in the wrong room. I slept in the room I was assigned the night before, the one my key opened, and the room number written on the key envelope I’d been given. It was an odd conversation.

Shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was a little bit of a cluster. We tried calling to see if we missed it since we were waiting for a bit, and the person on the phone got snippy. Once we arrived, there were two receptionists. One was helping us and the other was just sitting on her phone and yes, there were other people waiting to be checked in, but she didn’t even help them, or acknowledge them. The hotel all around smelled like bad floral cleaning products. Scrapes and scratches all over the walls and doors. I’d never recommend this place to anymore and I would not stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful, there was a maintenance issue with the original room and they did not hesitate to change rooms. A minor inconvenience for us but we appreciate the professional response to the situation. I would recommend this hotel, very well sound proofed for the close proximity to the airport.The shuttle service was easy to use as well.

We stayed at this hotel before and after our cruise out of Seattle. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly, professional, and accommodating. The convenience to the airport and airport shuttle was a definite perk! We were traveling with my elderly parents and the young man that drove the shuttle was so friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were amazing and let my parents check in early so they could rest. Overall, the hotel is an older one but I really could see how they try to keep up on the maintenance. The rooms we stayed in had updated bathrooms and new paint. The hallways also looked like they had been recently painted. They offer room service through food delivery from local restaurants and we did order pizza one of the nights, which was quit good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A budget hotel in a questionable neighborhood. The good: The check in was fine, the front desk employee was pleasant and all was good there. The room was comfortable enough, and quiet. Overall, it t was “ok”. The bad. Supposed to be non smoking, but from the moment we exited the elevator until we got into our room, it was “420”central. The hallway reeked of “it”Like Bob Marley and Willy Nelson were having a good time. The place could use an overhaul, it wasn’t gross, but just dingy. And finally, the parking was limited and there is a fee. They mention it in the listing, so no surprise. But really? You’re already charging for a room, do you need to grab another $15 for a guest to have the privilege to park? As for the area, we needed food, it was late there was a local sandwich chain open. But for security, they need to buzz customers in and out of the store. Anyhow, it was ok. It was 1 night after a long flight, so it served a purpose. But we definitely wouldn’t be staying again.

Front desk was absolutely phenomenal. She went out of our way to send the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. I wasn’t aware I had to call 24 hours in advance if I needed shuttle service. The driver was very courteous and friendly. The neighborhood was a tiny bit questionable. The bus stop attracted a variety of people. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the price was reasonable.

My brother & I were surprised no breakfast provided contrary to their promise. When we returned after dinner the 1st night, the motel room was completely zero service. Beds were not made. Clean towels not replaced. Coffee, condiments not replaced. Shampoo/soap not replaced. So, customers went to complain to change room; attendants said full house: no clean room available. Attendants also said their hotel only clean room every Wednesday. If customers need towels, soap etc, go get the necessities on customer”s own effort. Attendants even threaten customers cancel the room and leave. Such a threaten remark by hotel attendants was made at 9:30pm

It was a clean inexpensive option for an overnight near an air port. There was no breakfast offered. I could hear the people in the rooms around me easily. A comfortable bed and a clean room (I never go barefoot in a hotel room so I ignored the carpet stains) works for me.

The positives: Room was large, reasonably clean, bed was comfortable, and staff was helpful. The negatives: The hotel has seen better days. A door from the garage to the lobby area did not seem to lock or even close all the way -- one day it had a lobby couch pushed against it to keep it closed. There was a gym, but it had only a few hand weights, a treadmill that looked like it was for a child, and an elliptical trainer. I stayed three nights and housekeeping never cleaned/restocked my room, not sure why. Parking is $13.75 per day for hotel guests.

I’ve stayed here twice before. The location is perfect - 15 minutes from airport and 15 minutes from a great shopping mall. This time the property seemed like it’s seen better days. For one night, it seemed fine. But when I couldn’t fall asleep, then it pushed my comfort level. I kept waking up because the room was too cold. I would go over to the AC and push buttons to no avail. Finally after the third time, I closed the lid to the AC. Aha! That’s where the directions were! The thermostat on the wall controls the temperature! I’ll take responsibility for not looking on top earlier, but it would have been a nice feature to have the AC door lid closed to begin with since the buttons do nothing. Additionally, the carpet was very worn, the toilet didn’t flush, and the shower never quite warmed up.
