very nice, however while i was there one of the windows was broken out in the pool area and the building damaged. Pool and hot tub needed to be drained and cleaned.

Room was small but clean. Bed was comfortable. It was perfect for a place to sleep. Breakfast was good, but could have used a meat choice when comparing to other hotels. The only concerns we had were of the pool area. One of the windows was broken completely out and covered in caution tape with no explanation. To be fair, we also didn't ask. The hot tub is in need of an repair or replacement in the near future as the jets are all broken. We just had an overall uneasy feeling about whether that area is being properly cared for for public use. The staff however were very kind and we definitely would recommend as a place for a place to sleep abd have breakfast before you head out on your adventures elsewhere.

Hotel was comfortable and clean. Outside is a little run down but staff was really nice. Halls were super quiet all night which is super rare to find! Side note...as of 1/9/23 neither the pool or hot tub were working but that wasn't a big issue for us but I think its important for others to know!

It's an older hotel, but kept very clean and things were more than sufficient. Manager and staff were very polite and helpful. We would stay again. The pool and hot tub were both great - that's the deciding point for us for almost every hotel choice because our daughter loves the pool and my husband loves the hot tub. It was easy to get to, easy to navigate, lots of food/convenience options within walking distance.

Hidden gem. My family always stays here when we visit Wisconsin. Renovated and well taken care of. Comfy and clean. Convenient location and never have any problems with the area. Breakfast is decent (what’s there is good, but could use some more protein and fruit, although I understand it’s in line with the cost). My kids love swimming in the pool and I enjoy the hot tub. Great value. Will continue staying here.

I booked this room for just one night. I didnt expect much for the price. I didnt ask my local friends where the best place to stay was. They all stared in shock when they found out I booked a room here. We opted for a single queen room and the furniture was so packed in there, there was less than a foot of room between the bed and tv stand/dresser. The shower was not a good experience. The shower head definitely needs updating. Also, shelves and things hung in the bathroom were crooked on the wall. Cleanliness was not great. There was hair and dirt all the way down the sink base. The mirror in the room was also very dirty. I worry that the cleaners dont have a lot of time to do a detailed clean. I doubt anything was properly sanitized between guests. We were also told by local friends that its not in the best area and theres lots of reports of bed bugs - we were told to check ourselves after being there. So we were a little nervous after having slept there. Was it fine for the price? I guess. But apparently it doesn't have the best reputation with the locals and they would know.

The carpet in our room wasn't vacuumed and dirty. The floor in the bathroom was gross! Water from the sink splashed on the floor so I grabbed a towel to dry it up and the white towel was black when I wiped up the water. Beds were small but comfortable.

The room had a mini fridge that I didn't realize I would have, which was nice! The room was clean, the blankets are microfiber and I feel like they actually get washed regularly. Nothing was broken. Their tvs have Netflix, but bad bandwidth so it froze and crashed regularly enough that I couldn't use it.

The stay was average. The bathroom door would get stuck so you would have to jam it shut which makes noise when you open the door back up again. The desk chair was broken. The toilet seat lid was not fully attached so it moved. The breakfast was pathetic. There was next to no options for food, I wasn't told about the $100 deposit they require until I was at the property and my card declined. So visitors be prepared to miss $100 for 5 to 7 business days. Overall just meh.

We had prompt service when we arrived and were thankful for that. Additionally the hotel is conveniently located. On the other hand the Managers customer service left a lot to be desired. Our group of three didn't have any positive experiences interacting with the hotel staff.

The place was clean but the room was very warm and we had the thermostat off. The front desk was not very pleasant. Tge toilet was very small. For the price we paid it was good enough. The free breakfast was only until 9:00an.

For a VERY old hotel, it's ok if you're on a budget. But, definitely needs a major refresh!! I was fairly clean, but I won't be staying there again. Everything is very minimal. Breakfast was not good either.

For the price, this facility was good. The breakfast had no eggs or sausage, which is something I count on in the morning. Just bread waffles yogurt bananas and cereal. The rooms were older but clean and fairly comfortable. The hot tub /pool looked ok, although I had no time to use it. Parking is plentiful, and there is a restaurant next door. Really good for 70-80 a night.

The daily breakfast provided was high carbs, wheat, and sugar, with the exception of milk and coffee, and the black tea bags were decaffienated. I would have liked to have had eggs, sausage and/or bacon, a gluten free / no wheat option for bread or cake items, and/or oats with no sugar added. The only thing I could have from the choices available for my diet was milk, since I am not a coffee drinker. Had to purchase my own breakfast items from the local grocery.

The parking lot was really slippery. The breakfast could have been better they only had biscuits and gravy and waffles for hot food. Biscuits were still frozen. Room was good pool was freezing.

The morning breakfast was minimal and choices in the juice machine and as well as the coffee machine may have been the worst I’ve ever been to in a hotel don’t drink the coffee she needs to be cleaned as well.
