The handicap accessible room was not convenient. The fridge had to be moved to get the walker in the room. The chairs outside the tub were not very stable, and the side of the tub was too high to easily and safely get in. The toilet was also too low to easily get up.

I use a walker and snow hadn't been removed making it almost impossible to get from parking to the building entrance. On the positive side, I found the continental breakfast exceptional. I learned a new special treat. The waffle maker worked very well and the taste was delightful with a bit of cream cheese, a bit of syrup and topped with yogurt. I want a waffle maker at home now!

We both slept wonderfully! The breakfast was fine. The room had recently been remodeled and very nice. The only downsides: no elevator, the lighting in the room was too dim to apply cosmetics, and someone had been smoking weed near the door and the smell had permeated the carpet.

The hotel is not updated. As we stayed in the room we noticed the room was not clean, as you can see from the pictures. Thankfully we only stayed one night. If we had stayed more nights we would have left and found another hotel. The hotel staff did not man the the counter and you had to ring for them every time. As we were packing to check out we noticed dog poop under the desk that had been there for quite a while, again another picture. We did not bring this up to hotel staff as there was no staff at the front desk and we had to be somewhere else so could not wait. Also as we walked to our room there were clearly no smoking signs posted everywhere but the smell of weed was quite noticeable. This only happened once but it was strong. The room hvac controls were button and dials, no thermostat. This made controlling the temperature in the room impossible. Will make it a point in the future to avoid this hotel.

The beds were very comfortable. The hotel and room in general was clean and quiet. We were very close to a lot of shopping possibilities if that would have been a reason for our stay. We were there for work and it was an easy 4 minute drive to work and back. We found several great restaurants with bars that were close and had excellent food and service. Overall it was a great place to stay.

My second stay here. It's a nice option for a comfortable overnight stay when a cheaper place is needed. My son attends college in Milwaukee so this is a good option to stay on the way back home, instead of the high priced hotels in Milwaukee. Super comfortable bed! Breakfast was disappointing so I went to nearby Kwik Trip.
