We chose this hotel due to it having a hot breakfast and an indoor pool. The pool was SO cloudy and white, you couldn't even see the bottom. That was super sad because I didn't want my little daughter in it. The breakfast was excellent! Not sure we will stay here again due to the pool issue.

It rained really bad during my stay. It was a ton of buckets for roof leaking. Fire alarm kept going off that night along with the phones kept ringing. Not a good stay.

The property offered breakfast and that was convient.When checking in we were given rooms on separate floors due to how the Expedia representative booked the reservation. The girls room was on the first floor. I had to clean the restroom because the toilet seat and floor was dirty (I pack cleaning supplies), due to chix crumbs being on the carpet in the sitting area I asked for a vacuum and was given one. I checked the pullout couch the sheet was dirty and stained and there was chips and donut wrappers with the remaining product still in them. When I brought up my issues to the front desk, the young lady apologized, took a video the vacuum and left the room (did not pick up the opened uneated food packages (crazy) and true. The lights in the pool area were completly off except one round light on the 3feet side of the pool and I was advised by the same front desk lady that maintenance will not come to repair a issue like that at that time of day (about 8:45pm) the poole had about 20 children swimming happily in the dark, a serious liability and unsafe for children so I did not allow my children to stay in the pool (I was the mean parent) I booked this hotel for the breakfast to save money and for the pool for the children. The carpets in the rooms are so stained it's crazy and the sheets on the beds do not fit we had to keep replacing the sheets because the corners would not stay. Check around before booking this location.

Rooms and hallways were dirty, the entire floor we stayed on smelled like straight marijuana, but the man at the counter made sure he stressed that there was no smoking! Pool was absolutely disgusting, the water was so cloudy that you couldn’t see the bottom, don’t waste your time here!

The only thing ok with the hotel, was the pool. And that even wasn’t even ok cause it was too much bleach in there. The kids and I didn’t even stay overnight. We slept at home, cause the rooms had dead and alive bugs in there. The bathrooms didn’t look up to par. 10/10 would NOT recommend. And when I mentioned it to staff, they brushed it off. Didn’t try to accommodate the stay or nothing. Just said, “those bugs come out during this time, there’s nothing they can do.”

Shower knob cap broke off when I turned water on. The bathroom door knob was not probably secured. The room coffee maker had remains from the last guest that was never cleaned out. Water was pouring in from the ceiling in the front lobby.

This was not my first time there. I decided to stay there again since previous experiences were excellent. First, we had to wait almost 10 min. for someone to attend the front desk to do the check-in. Then, there was a strong smoke smell. The bathroom was filthy. It had urine stains next to the W.C. I called the front desk and a guy came to the room to spray the room to remove the smoke smell and when he went into the bathroom he tried to convince me it was not urine but “water”. He said the water there had that yellow color. He wiped it with a wet piece of toilet paper and said it was all clean now. I asked him to have the bathroom clean and disinfected and he kept saying wiping it with water was enough. He said he could have the bathroom cleaned the next day, but since it was already night there was no one to clean and there was no other room to fit my family. He left and said there was nothing left to do and I could leave the hotel if I wanted. I had to go to the front desk to ask the MOD to clean and disinfect the bathroom, he said he couldn’t leave the front desk but I told him I had to wait before because he was not there, so he could take 5 more minutes to disinfect the bathroom. At the end he did ‘cause I kept insisting. Next day the whole hotel was dirty again, all floors stained, the pool area was nasty too. I won’t be back definitely.

I stayed for four nights. First, the hallways always smell like pot. Lobby is presentable. Breakfast is very basic, bare minimum food choices. But our room was dirty; not the beds or towels but the counter surfaces, carpets, couch, etc. The hair dryer and switch had gummy stuff all over it that wouldn't wipe off. The closet runner was full of spilled foodstuffs, and the carpet had large sticky spots despite management claiming it had been cleaned that very day. The head housekeeper sat at the front of the hotel gabbing with the receptionist every morning I was there so he wasn't earning his pay nor actually supervising anyone. The couch had black areas all over it and one cushion was ripped up along two sides. I will not stay here again.

The room we were initially put in had no A/C and when we brought it to their attention they didn’t move us they just told us that “it will get cooler” it took us waiting another hour for them to finally move us. In our new room there was mold all over inside the air conditioning unit, the shower, and the floor of the bathroom. There was blood on the comforter, we only had one towel to share between the two of us and when we asked to get another one they told us we’d have to give them out dirty towels and exchange them. Overall i am extremely dissatisfied with our stay.

Even though the place got no smoking posted all over... there is smell of marijuana throughout the hotel floor where we stayed. There were cockroach as well in our room on the second floor. This place has gone downhill.

Check in was ok. Room was stuffy, toilet wouldn’t flush properly; mattress was STAINED, bed horrible, refrigerator would not get cold, air dud not work but heat worked. Was awaken out of my sleep at 12:38 am by loud music that lasted over 45 minutes!

I would expect better from a brand like Comfort Suites. AC didn't work when we checked in, shower curtain was filthy, toilet flush got stuck almost every time you used it, shower faucet dripped, furniture was tattered.

Room was ADA equipped and shower head was broken and I'm just glad my wife did not have to use her wheel chair as it was useless. TV did not come with many channels and area was a bit sketchy. Room was a bit spacious and beds were comfortable.

My TV didn't work in my room. All I wanna do is relax eat my food and watch a good movie. The front desk did not try to accommodate me for nothing switch me to a new room. Nothing I had to look at my phone and that gives you a headache after long period of time that I ended my trip out at six something in the morning and went home.

The first night, entered room and it was lowly dimmed, the room was not clean, it had a sticky and dusty undertone to it. About two hours later, some teens/kids pulled the fire alarm several times in about a 20-30 minute timeframe. Because of the alarms being tampered with, the alarms went off all night until the next morning around 11am. The manager told a group of us that we would not get a refund due to a fire alarm. Another patron and myself called the fire department as the front desk did not call and nor did patrons get a call or notice about the fire alarms; so there was frequent concern, waking up, leaving the room, and going to the lobby due to the fear of it actually being a fire or wiring concern.

This location was disgusting. I wouldnt recommend to anyone. Staff was rude. Heres a list of the things (i also have pictures) -Lost power 7/27/25 from 9pm-230am. Hotel didnt compensate anything and my spouse has a sleep machine so couldnt sleep until power was back on. -Garbage around bed when we checked in -food smashed in room carpet -we had 5 people in our room. They only allow 4 towels and after every shower had to take them to front desk to exchange for clean ones -phone wasnt hooked up to anything -no pool towels -garbage all around was over flowing -breakfast was terrible. Only sausage and eggs were cooked

The staff was unfriendly. I am not sure if any staff member has the ability to smile. We stayed for 4 days. and I had to continually request our room be cleaned and ask for new towels. My husband had to take the trash out the first 2 nights. I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years this was ridiculous! Especially for the price we payed. No restitution was offered. Additionally, on Expedia it stated there was a restaurant and bar on the premises. There was none. It stated a free newspaper daily. There was none. It said smoke free facilities. There was an employee that smoked in the only outside seating area daily so we would leave. My family will not be staying in this chain again. Furthermore, this is the first time I’ve used Expedia and will most likely be my last. Extremely dissatisfied!

Great stay. I accidentally booked an accessibility room with no shower (just a tub), and they were kind enough to inform me of this upon arrival and got me into a standard room. The place was clean, had a fantastic breakfast, and had easy parking and highway access. The road to the place was a little strange, but that helped make it a bit more secluded, which was nice. However, the tradeoff was there weren't any restaurants or things to do within walking distance. Overall, a nice place I'd stay at again.

We booked the hotel due to having on site parking, breakfast, and a pool. We traveled with our two children and the pool was the perfect size for them. The rooms were clean and fully stocked. Great accommodations. But our favorite part was the breakfast, they have by far one of the best breakfast that we’ve had a hotel. The attendants were fantastic and had hot food out timely and we’re running their butts off. When we visit Milwaukee again we’ll absolutely be staying here!

It was nice and clean and a good quiet atmosphere. The rooms were nice ans spacious. The only problem was trying to get a few extra wash cloths form the front desk because we didn't want mad service for the two nights we stayed there. The breakfast was a little under average as far as quality food. The eggs and bacon as well as sausage were a little under cooked both mornings. So we decided to eat elsewhere. But besides that it was an enjoyable stay and I would most likely stay again when I am back in the area. Lastly most of the staff were polite and friendly except for two of them. It was a younger gentleman and a younger woman they worked different shifts but besides those two everyone else was very nice. So if you're in the area and looking for a place to stay I would say its a good please to spend a few nights and probably your best option for that area. Thanks for the experience.
