Great value for the price. Very spacious rooms with high ceilings, great big pool area, and the snack shop options are great, frozen foods like pizzaand mac and cheese with a pizza oven, toaster, and microwave to cook it all.

1) Entrance doors were all manual, making bringing the luggage cart inside a pain in the ass. Isn’t that an ADA violation? 2) The elevator was ridiculously slow. After choosing the floor, a good 10 seconds would pass - despite hitting the ‘close door’ button - before the door closed. The elevator was consistently wet and evidence of liquid spills. 3) You have a “bar” on site, yet I couldn’t charge to the room nor use a cc. No wonder it was rarely busy. 4) Night duty personnel failed to enforce pool close times. 2/3 nights there was music blaring from the pool area WELL after midnight. I was on the 3rd floor and could’ve sang along, it was that loud. 5) The luggage carts sounded like they’ve never been serviced/lubricated. 6) Hot tub temp could’ve been raised 5-7 degrees.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The exercise machines were fine. We especially liked the hot tub. It was nice that all the kids had to exit at 10. That gives the adults 2 hours for adult time. Very nice!!!’

The stay wasnt bad. Simple breakfast, nothing fancy. Only complaint i had, was in the pool area. Even while walking, people were slipping and falling. My son fell and clunked his head pretty good, even while walking super slow. It was as if they waxed the floor. Other than that, all went well.

Very nice hotel right next to the Oshkosh outlet mall. The room was very nice, comfortable beds. I liked the fact that they have a kiddie pool section in the pool and an adult only 2 hour time from 10-midnight and actually enforced it.

Smell of the room was horrible, to say the least. Manager even came up to the room and was disgusted herself, definitely wanted to make you throw up, sooooo bad, and now its been a few days and noone has contacted me regarding any of this and when I checked out the lady was quite rude when I told her the issues. Plus the noise from the roof, sounded like people were up there and water flooding constant, weird thing we were on the 3rd floor. My daughter and I had to have the windows open and freeze all night just to try and keep the smell away, absolutely ridiculous. I'm so mad at the lack of help and rudeness

It was a molded strawberry in the room it was really bad I was so mad I’m glade I grabbed it before my 2 yr old did also after that it was more mold under the air conditioner leading from the carpet it was used tissue stuffed back in the box we sat outside for hours with our kids thinking what we should do we check ingredients after 5 some we tried to lay back down my daughter said she was itchy I said I was too she woke up with red bumps on her I hav all the pics we didn’t even get to enjoy the stay we sat outside for hours stressed about the mold n the room they want give us a full refund they think this is normal I should had got my full refund because we didn’t even get to enjoy the room they stay they hotel messed that up for us and want give a refund I been staying here for over 10 yrs I will not stay here again all the money I put into this place smh

The room was literally spotless, very nice comfy bed, and plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Had to go to the front desk repeatedly to reprogram my room key~my phone deactivated it~and they were happy to help every time I was there! Julie~at the front desk, cook for breakfast, and housekeeper…she appeared to do everything there~was a standout employee and kept a smile through it all. Thank you Julie and Cobblestone!

Check in went very well. We had five different rooms and the front desk had all the paperwork and key cards ready to go. Probably took less the five minutes. The hotel was very nice and very clean. The rooms were huge. Summer at the front desk was especially helpful telling us about some local places to eat. Good job!

I had a real good stay the place was clean and And very convenient. Only problem I had was the outside perimeter lighting of the building shine into the room which made it seem like sunlight And the curtains did not fully block out the light which lit up my room. Which made it hard to sleep. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Really convenient and cost effective hotel. We were visiting colleges but all other hotels seemed to jack up their price due to the NFL draft. This was reasonable for the most part. Spacious room, comfy bed with lots of pillows.

We arrived before noon and were able to check in right away. Our room was the same as last year when we stayed here. We had some time in the room before we left to go golfing. My wife and I wanted to use our devices and were unable to connect to the internet. She called the front desk and was given several tips to try. Nothing, so we left and returned at 5:00 to no internet. We went to the pool and were able to connect but not in our room. This is totally unacceptable. I don’t know if I will stay here next year at this time.

I would suggest to anyone staying here that you request a room that isn't on the first floor in the front of the building. They have super bright lights on the building that shine VERY brightly into the room all night long.

The good: We had the one-bedroom suite for 5 nights and it was incredibly roomy. The bed was on the firmer side but pretty comfortable. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was good and plenty. The so-so: The sink and the bathtub did not drain properly. To be fair we did not have time to ask someone to fix it but someone would have definitely noticed it during cleaning. The vent in the bathroom didn't work. The decor is somewhat old-fashioned. It didn't bother us too much, but if you expect a modern interior, you'll be disappointed. The service was always polite, but not overly warm or welcoming (with few exceptions).

The lady who checked me in was very polite but not very knowledgeable. I asked how to use the jacuzzi in my room and she did not know. There were also no instructions posted in the room. My jacuzzi did not work so i called the front desk. I was repeatedly told the same thing despite mr le telling her it wasn't working. I asked to change rooms and the front desk lady delayed my request for almost 2 hours. It was almost 10pm by then so I declined. I had issues with my room key card every time I left the room. I had to have it rekeyed to enter after getting breakfast. The hotel was clean and the pool was beautiful. I'm very disappointed about the jacuzzi situation. I asked for a credit on the jacuzzi upgrade but no one got back to me. When i checked out, they did not give me a receipt or email one. I won't recommend this place to anyone.

Staff was very unhelpful. Asked that our room be freshened up when we checked in. Never received new towels, or had the room cleaned during our stay. Had to ask for multiple things in the room to be filled (towels, Kleenex). Ordered a room that was supposed to sleep six…barely fit four, and staff was not willing to help because we booked through Expedia. Very dissatisfied!

Good shopping in walking distance from the hotel to the local outlet mall with many store varieties. Dining is only a few minutes away with many varieties of restaurants to choose from.

Great option for a visit to option. Within 5 minutes of aviation museum (air show). Clean, well-designed room. Has everything one needs. Nice pool - especially for kids. Clerk at desk was great - as I arrived right after a large group with multiple reservations. She was calm and cool, handling everything efficiently.

Me and my husband booked a suite with a jetted tub. We had unused OneKey points that were expiring so we opted for a nice night out that was close to home. I was warmly greeted and check-in was quick and easy. The room was spacious and clean. The jetted tub was phenomenal. Our King bed was very comfortable and immaculately laundered. We slept great! The breakfast area was small and cozy and offered basic options like eggs, potatoes, waffles, cereal, milk, juice and fresh coffee. Check-out was quick. We would definitely stay here again.
