The parking lot is a bit small and when tryckers stay they park their rigs over ten of the limited spots. The rooms are clean and the service is good. They are a great option in an otherwise expensive city.

Definitely can tell they are under staffed. We got there at 4pm check in starts at 3pm, we couldn't get the key to our room until almost 5pm as it wasn't cleaned. Barely looked like they swapped the bedding. Pool was ice cold and very crowded. Breakfast was lacking and guests were trying to restock the items themselves until front desk guy finally came out. Parking lot is extremely small with limited spots. You can hear everyone in the rooms next to you.

Our stay at the Best Western Waukesha Grand was disappointing. During our 5-day visit, we experienced two instances of having no water, and the fitness room was unusable due to a lack of air conditioning. Additionally, the building's only washing machine was broken throughout our stay. Despite reaching out, our requests for compensation or resolution were denied. The hotel provided two reasons: first, a city pipe issue at a neighboring property, which required the water to be shut off from 5:00 AM to 8:30 AM on the first day, right when we needed it. The second incident occurred on the last day, and the hotel claimed it was related to the original issue, requiring another water shutdown in the early morning, once again when we needed it. They also noted that since we booked through Expedia, a third-party site, they couldn’t offer any compensation.

Location was convenient for a Brewers game. Staff was nice. Pool & hot tub were very clean. Beds were comfortable. However the hallways & room had an odor of old cigarette or marijuana smoke. The towels were very thin and old; you’ll need extras.

Never Again. We’ve stayed here before and it was wonderful. It has deteriorated rapidly. Our bathroom and entry floor was sticky. We tried to clean it with a washcloth, but that turned pure black. The breakfast was awful - we were told the truck broke down, but they should have bought food elsewhere. The washer took our money but never turned on. The staff was outside the front door smoking most times we saw them. At 10pm they were vacuuming our hallway. There was a strong smell of marijuana outside the laundry/work room all 4 days. I could go on and on. We recommended this hotel to several people who booked it - so now we’re also embarrassed.

We stayed in room 306 and didn't check in until late at night. My wife and I had business in the area and by the time we checked into the hotel we were exhausted. We frequently stay at Best Westerns and were considering joining their program; However, this stay made us decide against that. We both awoke feeling as if we were suffering from extreme allergies. In the morning we were able to see the room clearly and noticed that the Air Conditioner was COVERED in MOLD which was blowing on us the entire evening. We packed up immediately and went to the front desk to discuss the issue. Nobody came to greet us after 15 minutes so we simply left. We won't be staying at a Best Western again.

The second floor and our room smelled like smoke and the carpet in our room felt wet the entire time we stayed (3 nights). The refrigerator was very noisy throughout the night making ticking sounds. Felt like a budget inn. The included breakfast and pool was the best part of the experience.

Summer travel and since this hotel is very close to the freeway, there are quite a few workers staying over which is great for having the pool to myself for doing laps. It also has an airport very near so planes to pass overhead fairly close but other than the environment that the hotel cannot control, the stay was relaxing and breakfast had several nice options.

The room was overall fine, expected. Clean and fairly comfortable. The internet was exceptional, and I appreciated that surprise. Staff was friendly, breakfast was fine, expected affair. The address sent to me in the email was not correct, and led me to the middle of nowhere. This is the address on the signature of the Hotels.com email: 2840 N Grandview Blvd, Pewaukee, Pewaukee, WI 53072 When I typed this address into google, it lead me about 7min away from this location. No idea why. The hotel also doesn't seem to have a maximum distance of smoking outside the door, and because many people were smoking close to the door, the lobby smelled of it.

Comfortable beds. Rooms are a bit dated despite the appearance of trying to update. Shower head was terrible. And the bathroom walls around the shower surround looked like there had been some water damage that was poorly repaired.

I wouldn't recommend as a place to stay unless you absolutely need to. It smells like cigarettes on the second floor and the bathroom was outdated. The Tv was the only thing the room had going for it since it was a smart tv other than that it was just kinda old and outdated.

I was there for 5 days. No housekeeping for 4 days. On checking I was told they were still following the Covid era policies of not doing housekeeping until asked for !!!! They did bother to tell the policy at the check or in the written policy document placed inside the room. How convenient!!

The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful. He heard my concerns about the Best Western I stayed with the night previoysly. He immediately replaced the iron in my room when mine didnt work. Real class act!

Bottles for hand soap, shampoo and conditioner were all empty. Had to repeatedly ask for someand the guy seemed relunctant to help as the we were lying. Got back to the hotel late and we didn't get housekeeping. When I asked about it, I was informed that you have to request. Needed to ask for more soap and towels. Our garbage cans were full and beds a mess. On top of all this, our sheets were stained, walls were a mess and the ceiling had small holes everywhere. Definitely wouldn't stay at this place again.

It would be a one star but the front desk staff was extremely helpful. The room wasn’t ready for an early check in like requested, ended up being able to get into the room 2 hours after check in and only because a guest canceled at the last min, sitting around in the lobby for hours waiting for the room to be ready was not fun.

Nice enough place to stay. Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable. Was well hidden in the parking lot of a strip mall area, I had a hard time finding it at night as there is no sign on the back side of the building which is where you enter. Weird set up. GPS says I’m there but you couldn’t see it!

Everything in the property was fine. No problems. The building itself is inconvenient as it is very difficult to get to. There is a small road with a small sign with restaurants a gas station and a strip mall in front of the building on a busy highway. Hard to locate where to enter the hotels parking area.

The toilet was running all night, cannot stop, the air conditioning was making noise all night as well. The room and hotel need some TLC, very outdated. breakfast was good but no coffee, the coffee machine is out of order, only have hot water. Staffs are nice but not much helpful regarding the coffee machine situation.
