Sandy at the front desk was great. I did not sleep in my nasty room as I slept at my cousin's house. When I asked the owner to let me check out at noon instead of 11 AM he said no. Then he said he would do me a favor and allow me to check out at 11:30. The majority of rooms are torn up for a renovation and the pavement has huge potholes which a neighbor guest of mine incurred a flat tire by hitting one. The owner told her it was not his fault and to get a lawyer. My room had roaches, missing tiles in the bathroom, missing lightbulbs. The place is a dump!

The water in my shower did not work. No coffee pot, needs dusting. The outside seems like they have been making improvements (large dumpster). The parking lot was clean and recent repair to blacktop had been done. They didn’t have the room available that I requested, so I was given a different one. Employees kids (5 younger ones) running around lobby.

No smoking allowed in rooms. However the smell of pot was so overwhelming from the room nextdoor we left and went to another hotel. No phone in room to complain. Our clothes smelled like it.$111.00 for nothing.

When we arrived for our check-in & got to the room the floor was sticky & dirty. Our shoes stuck to the floor. We had to go buy sanitizing wipes & clean the floor & bathroom ourselves. We also didn't have cold water for the shower our first morning there. The water was so scalding hot it set off the smoke alarm in the room because of the steam. The mattresses were old & the beds were very uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Inexpensive, by the highway but the Jacuzzi room got all steamy I felt like I was in the tropics. It was really fine once getting settled in, especially if you are look ng for a super budget option.

Motel was “run down,” but was under new ownership, and several rooms (20 ) were under renovation. Our first room had damage done to the bathroom door. When we reported it to management he apologized and gave us a different room. I’m fairly certain that this motel will be a decent no frills place to stay once renovations are complete.

The first room I was given, neither the TV remote nor heater worked and there was a strong odor in the room. I was given a different room where things worked except one ceiling light fixture had not been reassembled. Also though publicity said they offer continental breakfast, they aren't due to renivation. False advertising. I won't be back.

Walls were stained, sheets had stains on them! The room was filthy! No clean towels. Advertised breakfast but they haven’t had breakfast since before 2020. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but just couldn’t. Would not have stayed the first night but got in very late. Checked out the next morning was not given a refund, was told to email management. The email we were given on our paperwork doesn’t work! Do not stay there!!

It was dirty and had piss on the sheets. The vent had so much dust in it, the towels were used and still dirty. The sink had spit in it, the bed was sunken in as well. It was disgusting, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned at all. To add on the hotel nor Expedia we’re trying to hear us out when it was clearly dirty.

Oh, man. I have never had such a terrible hotel experience! The first room they put me in was quite dirty and secretly infested with bedbugs. I asked to change rooms the next day but ended up in the same situation, only worse. The second room was even dirtier than the first, its bed was caved in, and I woke up to more bites along with blood and bug feces smeared across my pillow. With more than a hundred bites total, I ended up experiencing a bad allergic reaction and ultimately had to be hospitalized. If I had eaten the food that went bad in the fridge that never turned on, I am sure that I would have been worse. So, I paid a couple hundred dollars for a five-nights stay, got eaten alive for two, lost all my food, and then spend the last three days in the hospital only to be refused even a slight refund. I can't believe it!

There were live bedbugs on the mattress so I left and now have to try and get a refund through Expedia. I saved one in a plastic bag as proof. I’m just glad I found it before unpacking any of my stuff.

Booked online through Expedia.com. Photos looked decent for a budget hotel. Called the hotel at 5:30 that night to inform them we would be checking in late because our function was going later than expected. Told it wouldn't be a problem. Checked in about 8:45 pm, paid for the room and proceeded to the room. Walked in and was immediatley overwhelmed by the smell. Noticed the mattresses had collapsed, there were no towels or wash cloths, no nightstand between the beds, there was a shelf with dead insects and an overturned coffee pot with no decanter. The sink was filthy, the lighting was horrible and dim, the curtains were falling off the rod and it was very apparent the place hadn't been cleaned properly in who knows how long. In the room less than 3 minutes. Went back to the front desk and was told we'd have to e-mail the manager to get a refund. 3 e-mails, no contact. Contacted corporate HQ, was told they only licensed the name, not the property, and had limited authority. THE MOST HORRIBLE HOTEL EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD.

It was what i expected. I got a motel for $60 a night on a weekend. Only "problem" was we had a reservation for 3 people with a 2 queen room but it only had one bed. Luckily my sister-in-law couldn't come so it worked out fine.

Booking on Expedia and check-in at the sight were smooth, but the room had signs of not being cleaned well, the temperature control unit was unplugged and I could not get it plugged in right, the beds both had long hair on the pillows, and there was intermittent loud domestic fighting outside in the parking lot from 10:00 pm until around midnight when police came, and then periodically afterwards. Finally, Expedia advertised "breakfast included" as an amenity, but there was only coffee offered.

Quite dated but it’s a place to lay your head. Rude residents fought all not. Not hotels fault for having rude people rent the place but damn noisy all night constantly fighting… not impressed to say the least.

Room had dozens of flies, beds lumpy and broken, roaches, heater/air conditioner loud and old. Asked to switch rooms was told I needed to wait for an open one. Second time complained was told they were waiting on laundry, third time I complained was told to wait a min , finally decided to check out early and get refund

We stayed here 1 night while passing through the area. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and spacious. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

There is nothing to like about this place. Not all doors to room had locks. A couch was shoved against the door as if that would keep anyone from busting through the door. Felt unsafe and dirty. The room was dimly lit with a funky odor. There were food crumbs on the bathroom counter and I wouldn't be surprised if there were bed bugs. You can spot multiple cops in the area. This is a scene right of a movie. Most importantly I did not feel safe staying at Knights Inn with my family. I am dissatisfied with the service from both hotel and Expedia. I paid $115.26 for one night and after being in that place I felt like my husband, my daughter and my life was in danger. I couldn't risk it, which is why I checked out immediately and requested a refund. The hotel declined my request for half of the refund and Expedia, sorry to say it, but was no help. I got a $50 coupon to use for my next stay. Knights Inn needs an upgrade or taken off the list as a safe place to stay.

Booking on Expedia and check-in at the sight were smooth, but the room had signs of not being cleaned well, the temperature control unit was unplugged and I could not get it plugged in right, the beds both had long hair on the pillows, and there was intermittent loud domestic fighting outside in the parking lot from 10:00 pm until around midnight when police came, and then periodically afterwards. Finally, Expedia advertised "breakfast included" as an amenity, but there was only coffee offered.

It was literally scary to stay at this property. I didn't even leave my dog in the room while I visited the area. I felt it wasn't safe for man or beast. I stressed the whole stay. Never again.

If we wouldn’t have been so tired we would have looked somewhere else. Place looks like a flop house. I think people are permanently living there. dumpster overflowing, trash everywhere outside Smoke detector missing, burn marks on the sink and the tub. One trashcan in the whole room. There was a slit in the side of the mattress like someone had cut it open with a knife. the bathroom door looked like it had flood damage The floor was uneven with stick on tiles covering half the floor. The office was dirty.

The room smelled of lingering smoke and human, despite it being a non-smoking room. The pillows were fully flat and there was no cleaning service any night I was there. The bathroom was clean, the floor of the room... Not as much. If you are looking for really cheap in the area and you are not picky, then it is an option.

The online booking shows they provide breakfast and at the end when I ask them when breakfast is provided they told me that breakfast is not provided since Covid era. This is 2024. The bathroom was leaking and it was flooded.

I booked an accessible room and was told at check in that there were no accessible rooms avaliable. I had booked the room that morning. Also, no complimentary breakfast as they are renovating. The check in person was clear about it. The website however is not updated with correct information

Booked online through Expedia.com. Photos looked decent for a budget hotel. Called the hotel at 5:30 that night to inform them we would be checking in late because our function was going later than expected. Told it wouldn't be a problem. Checked in about 8:45 pm, paid for the room and proceeded to the room. Walked in and was immediatley overwhelmed by the smell. Noticed the mattresses had collapsed, there were no towels or wash cloths, no nightstand between the beds, there was a shelf with dead insects and an overturned coffee pot with no decanter. The sink was filthy, the lighting was horrible and dim, the curtains were falling off the rod and it was very apparent the place hadn't been cleaned properly in who knows how long. In the room less than 3 minutes. Went back to the front desk and was told we'd have to e-mail the manager to get a refund. 3 e-mails, no contact. Contacted corporate HQ, was told they only licensed the name, not the property, and had limited authority. THE MOST HORRIBLE HOTEL EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD.

The first room I was given, neither the TV remote nor heater worked and there was a strong odor in the room. I was given a different room where things worked except one ceiling light fixture had not been reassembled. Also though publicity said they offer continental breakfast, they aren't due to renivation. False advertising. I won't be back.

The room was ok for cleaning but they for got to leave coffee cups ,and coffee in the room couldn't take a shower because the was nothing but cold water and let them run for a few minutes and still got cold water . Maintenance need to improve more.

If you enjoy living life on the edge and want to experience an awful time, where people live here, and are partying 24/7 with doors wide open, probably selling drugs. This is your stop. This place is literally awful, and I would avoid it at all costs. I ended up leaving and wasting money on this awful place. The room was "clean" as in the sheets were changed, but the toilet had stains and the hot tub area felt like you were just walking on a moist tile. Awful to go to a hotel and experience homeless people partying, which you don't even seen until you get your room key.
