Room was clean, smelled nice, staff was helpful when in need or more towels

Great place. Only problem is the low toilet's. They need to up grade to high toilets.

Carol was amazing would for sure stay again

We hada question about our billing and crfedit card charges. When we asked the desk attendent in the evening upon our return she interupted us and was ruid/snotty in responses. She did not want to address the question, but wanted to tell us what she wanted us to hear, even though it did not address our question/concern.

Great and super friendly/welcoming staff. Definitely went above and beyond being accommodating. They 100% made me feel like I was home and welcomed.
