Ice machine had mold in ice. No liner in bucket. Second tv in living room didn’t work. Could use upkeep on whirlpool in suite but overall very nice stay every time I’m there.

8.6 Star rating erroneous! Maybe a 6! Dubious location, watching two freeway ramps above my second floor window. Tempermental TV remote, new batteries, no help. All room numbers attached to doors with duct tape and my personal favorite; Thermostat calibrated in centigrade. Rip-off! Shame on Hotels.com!

The staff at first told us they will not honor our reservation through Hotels.com, a third-party. Then, our room was wrong as we had reserved a king size bed, and got two queen beds. Another person checking in switched rooms with us, graciously allowing us to have our king-sized bed room. It was a hassle at first, and I was quite put off that they had told us that they didn’t have to honor a third-party reservation.
