Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There appeared to be poop smeared on the bathroom wall. They moved us rooms but didn’t offer anything else since we booked through hotels.com. Pool room was dirty too. Floors covered in dirt, and I saw 2 band aids. This was at 8am right when the pool opened so we were the first ones so they obviously closed and opened it like that. Also the water features are not functional. The tv service also wasn’t good, kept cutting out. Breakfast was good at least.

Property was a complete cash grab. Remote, out in the middle of nowhere, paper thin walls, door slamming at 5:30am. Rooms were completely filthy! Carpets had no been cleaned or vaccummed in decades it looked like. Room smelled. Elevator was ricky, old and felt like a death trap. Woman at front desk was rude. Shower had mildew, mold, and was completly un-usable. Hair dryer had a layer of dust on it, and tv was hung up completely crooked. Yuck!

The pool area is in need of some serious attention. There is significant rust, the bathroom wasnt cleaned while we were there, there are dead bugs, and it was a bit on the chilly side for a heated pool.

Had a nice stay here! The highlight was definitely the really big pool — surprisingly large for a hotel, and a great spot to relax. Breakfast was okay; there were enough options to fill up, though the seating area felt a bit confusing and crowded at times. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the pool alone makes it worth considering if you’re in the area!

Everything was great as far as service, breakfast and the room in general. But we really wanted to use the pool and hot tub, but the chlorine was so strong smelling and above all, the noise from the children's water fountains was exceptionally loud!!! So relaxing in the pool/hot tub was not an option!

It was great. Just as expected. Really glad they accommodated our service dog. Only thing was that the pool didn't have the"water park" elements turned on. We still had a nice swim, and the hot tub was functioning quite nicely. Gym was also nice and had what I needed. Best part was the pool table and dart board. We had a great stay.

The water features in the pool were enjoyable. You have to ask to have it turned on though. The hot tub was working but really really hot. Desk staff was amazing! Doing more than they should (because cleaning staff knows NO ENGLISH), so they had to leave the desk to deal with issues. Biggest drawback is the water is very very hard. You can feel how hard when you wash your hands or take a shower.

When we checked in we were told there was construction and to excuse the mess. We were not informed there were nails/screws and glass in the parking lot by the door I was recommended to park by. My dog was traveling with us and thankfully he didn’t get anything in his paws and we didn’t end up with a flat tire. The hot tub wasn’t working which I was told at check in. The pool had no lights on, in the pool and in the room where the pool is located. It didn’t seem safe to swim in a room with no additional light so we did not let our son swim. There was a used tissue on the floor by the bed when we checked in. No disinfectant to clean gym equipment after use. Difficult to get questions answered at front desk after check in.

The check-in part was nice and easy. However, we were not informed about the internet being out until three days into our stay, and it wasn't going to be up and running until after our stay, and that was because we inquired about it. The phone that was provided in the hotel room wasn't even hooked up. The bathroom was not up to our standards. We ended up cleaning the bathroom before using it. It was extremely dusty and smelled of cat urine. While we were moving the furniture when we were trying to find our pet, the floor was covered in dust, food, and Band-Aids. There was a thick layer of dust behind the TV. The carpet was stained. Also, the pool was nothing to brag about. The floor of the pool looks like no one's ever cleaned it. There were spiders in and around the pool. The only part of the hotel that looks decent is the lobby.

The breakfast was very good with a friendly staff member in charge of the breakfast area. :) Our shower was very moldy. Overall cleanliness was not up to par. Sadly, we could not drink or tolerate the water. It smelled overwhelmingly of sulfur. Kwik Trip next door was convenient for drinks and snacks.

The room they gave me was disgusting... the bathroom looked like it hadnt even been cleaned because the sticky floor and the new towels. Im pretty sure there was human poop on the walls... There was a really bad weird smell through the room but worse in the bathroom.

The room was ok, the photos of the rooms must have been taken when it opened, rooms looked worn, bathroom shower was dirty, scum and crud were imbeded in the shower bottom doors, shower pan looked dirty, room was not vacummed well and the walls were thin, could hear conversations and TV. Also when I goggle rooms in downtown Sherboygan it gave me this location, it was 7 miles from downtown.

Practical and convenient stay between Milwaukee and Green Bay. Close to state parks for sunrise over the lake. Very nice pool for stretching out legs after a drive or run. Walls are a little thin between the rooms, but people did not stay up too late to chat.

Let’s start with when we were checking in the lady was so rude and it started when I called the guest service line to get someone to the front desk to get checked in that took 15 mins after I called to get up front. I was charged 2 for this stay and when telling her that I had two charges she rolled her eyes and said one will drop off. It took over a half hour just to get checked it. Than we got to the room and the room we got had a horrible stanky smell, the outlets were broke,the bedding had nasty black marks on it, and the bathroom was filthy. The bathroom had hairs all over the floor and counter. The shower was so nasty yellow and it wouldn’t even run the water. We had to have someone come to fix and clean the shower head just to get it to run. It was so caked with gunk that it wouldn’t push water out of the nozzle head. Overall this was the worst stay we have had as a family with kids. Don’t even waste your money on this hotel.

The property is convenient, being just off Interstate 43 at the intersection of a couple of county highways. However. the price per room at $277 per night is way too high. This is a clean, well-maintained 2-star motel with low quality food, and terrible coffee. But the rates are higher than a 4-star hotel in Chicago.

The free breakfast was totallynlt up to expectations. We were told when we checked in that brreakfast was served until 10:00 am. After arrriving to the cafe at 8:30 am, there were no sausage or eggs left when we asked if there was more we were told there was no one to prepare any more..do you not take inventory of how many people you have in the hotel on any given night? I will tell you that while were down there getting bagels, 2 of the houskeeping people came in to get some breakfast, when I asked if there was any more available they stated they did not know English. we picked this hotel because of the breakfast and the pool, but i must tell you we were less then satisfied

The room was ok there were a bunch of fly’s in the window. But it was clean. The hot breakfast was not good I couldn’t eat it the eggs were not normal eggs , so toast and peanut butter it was. We did not look at the pool.
