We enjoyed our new me night stay. Pool was nice but hot tub was out for maintenance, which would have been nice to know, since we picked this place for that reason. Breakfast was great! Entrance and exit into the parking lot was narrow and seemed small.

This property lists hot tub as an amenity. Because of 2 previous disappointments over non-working hot tubs, I called ahead to ask if it was working. The response was “As far as I know it is,” She LIED! We reserved a room, checked in about 3 hrs later, changed and went down expecting a nice, relaxing soak after a long day. There was a sign on the door stating the hot tub was down for maintenance. Other guests told us they had been there for a week and it had not worked since they had been there. How could management have not known??? She clearly lied about it on the phone. The front desk clerk could have mentioned it also while we were checking in but didn’t. It may not be important to some people, but was the main reason we chose this hotel. I am very angry about being lied to and staff not offering accurate info at check in. I will never trust this chain of hotels again if that is how they operate.

Hotel does NOT HAVE TRUCK/RV parking. The Orbitz amenities description says they do, but the parking lot is fairly small and they have a sign saying no trucks or large vehicles. We had a Uhaul and trailer, arrived at 3:30 PM on a Sunday and found space. But, the lot could have easily been full - and I don’t know what we would have done then. Maybe park at Walmart down the road. It was a bit tight maneuvering out as well. Otherwise, good breakfast, clean room, nice pool and hot tub. Good staff too.

My girlfriend and another lady staying that night mentioned the beds being a little hard. I thought the beds were pretty comfortable. The breakfast had either gluten free sausage or bacon, which I beyond appreciated. I thought the staff did a good job. I loved the hot tub. Maybe tone down the chlorine if you can, but it was wonderful. The price was a little steep. I would say $130 is a good fair price. $190 a night was a price I could not stay for too long at. The bedding, towels and sink counter top were clean and nice. The carpet was stained, looked dirty and had wrinkles in it. The wall attached hair dryer has flashing light that made me think there was an emergency warning light going off. Unplugging the dryer solved that. Wall covering and carpets in room and most common areas need replaced. Breakfast food was good! Coffee was horrible. Clean area but chair upholstery looked dirty. Beds were clean but due to the other factors I would not stay here again.

Rooms have been updated and they're in the process of updating other rooms. The downside is the bedding was dirty. The bathroom was also not clean with the prior occupants hair all over the shower. The sheets had weird stains in them, including a brown one! So, I ended sleeping in my sleeping bag.

This hotel is in serious need of a remodel. Mold in the bathroom and calcium build up on faucets. Missing handle on dresser and very old carpet. So many other broken things throughout the hotel. Breakfast was good and beds were comfy. Would not pay 250 a night to stay here again.

The front desk staff were really friendly. The beds were comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was fine. The hotel is a bit older and the carpet is showing wear. It was stained and buckled in the room. The toilet bowl in our bathroom was not clean which was gross. The rest of the bathroom and hotel room seemed clean.

The hotel was close to restaurants and other businesses. Check in was fast and easy. Our room was clean but the A/C- hearing unit was very loud when turned on. We were unable to use it while sleeping because it was too loud. Otherwise the area seemed safe and it was quiet

Beds and pillows were great, in my opinion. And a hot breakfast hit the spot. That said, the hotel is showing some age and walls seem thin. Expect to hear people in the halls or the ice machine being used. Staff was very welcoming.

We have stayed here several time and have always had a great experience. Unfortunately this time was terrible. The parking lot was super icy and I fell getting out of my car. This was brought to the clerks attention who was very unhelpful. I won’t be staying here again.

Room overall was pretty clean my biggest problem is the front desk calling me late at night while I was sleeping, they woke me up and demanded I go to the front desk to answer some questions. Then they called again asking the name on the reservation. I didn’t find this acceptable.

The tv in our room was not working properly. The front desk person and manager tried to fix it but it would not function properly. Even though they were nearly booked full and it was still a little early they offered to move us to a room that had a working tv or give us a discount. We took the room and they made sure the tv worked before giving us the key.

When we checked in at 3:30, there was no one at the desk. We had to wait a while, then when she showed up, we had to wait a while for her to check and see which room was clean before she gave us a room. 15 minutes later, while I was in our room, the door unlocked and it was that same lady who checked us in! She was very apologetic and quickly shut the door. What a weird mistake for her to make when she literally just gave us that room 15 minutes earlier. Bad start to our stay.

We liked being able to walk to the UW campus and for coffee in the morning. Our room and bed were quite comfortable and the fireplace in the lobby was a nice feature!

Stay was good. Room and stairs/hall carpet needs some work. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Some sort of air conditioning needs to be default. Hot in room when we arrived and air conditioner only blew out of one side so it took a bit for it to get cool. Breakfast options were good (eggs, meat, etc) and not just carb based food. Although a bit old the stay was good.

Front staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the last-minute availability and price fit our needs. Breakfast was included but it was limited and kindof bland. But other guests seemed to enjoy the offerings. My co-traveler appreciated the gym for a quick morning workout. The location was convenient to a gas station and a Starbucks to get back on the road.

If there is ever a perfect hotel Quality Inn is it. Front desk clerk very friendly, professional, and he picked the best pizza place. We stayed in a king room, bed was way comfortable, AC cool & quiet. Fridge freezer froze our bottled water which is what we wanted. Breakfast setup flowed effortlessly, food was good, great selection hot or cold. Too die for coffee!

There was a red stain on our bed and multiple stains on the chairs in the room. Buckles in the carpet. Breakfast one morning had no milk, then the next morning there was milk but no bowls for cereal Very poor service in the dining room. Staff was out smoking then came to dining room without washing hands. Gross!
