Only one ice machine is working in the entire property. We reserved a one bedroom king suite, got a room with two queen beds and a loveseat. Staff said they were sold out and could not change. From the looks of the parking lot they were far from sold out. The beds were so worn out they should be thrown out. Definitely would not stay here again.

Hotel is great. Had everything we needed and in a central location. Cheyenne in the bar made the trip great. We were out for a family emergency and she was so kind and helpful. Also makes the best Rum Punch ever!

This is one of the best run hotels I've ever stayed in. 10/10 would recommend. The staff was amazing and it is just a perfect hotel experience. I enjoyed a drink at their bar after my work day was over and the bartender was so friendly and personable; I also enjoyed a great breakfast at the restaurant that's attached to the hotel (Perkins) the next morning. The bed was as comfortable as I've ever found traveling ANYWHERE and I honestly was sad to go when I had to check out...oh, and speaking of checking out this Holiday Inn has a 12 pm check out time which makes things feel so much less rushed when getting away the next day - I'm a big fan of the later checkout format they have there. The pool and hot tub were a great way to unwind and the pool was clean and the hot tub wasn't over chlorinated and the jets felt amazing. Quality all over the place! This just feels like the way a hotel is supposed to! I'll definitely be staying here again. Thanks Holiday Inn Laramie.

I think the maids forgot to clean the bathroom. There was hair all over the floor. The staff was kind of moved us to a different room. It was very noticeable. I don’t know how they could’ve missed the dirty floor. It looked like it hadn’t been mopped in sometime.

The is a very heavy smoke and mj smell in the hotel, the room and bathroom had not been cleaned well, it was incredibly noisy with doors slamming and sounding like there was a stampede upstairs, the bed was caving in and the breakfast was mediocre. Would not recommend

The staff was amazing. I had a few interactions with them and they were always friendly, smiling, and helpful. The exercise room is really nice. The bed and bedroom sucked. When you walk in to a room and see earplugs you know it's going to be bad. You could hear the elevator almost constantly. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. I tossed and turned most of the night. Good location, but, I won't stay here again if I can't get sleep.

Too expensive for what it is. The rooms seemed old and were dark and dingy. The walls are thin enough I could make out what someone in the next room was saying on a phone call. And the noise!! Loud floor noise from above, and loud banging coming from somewhere starting around 5:00am. On a positive note the bed was good and the shower was above average. Will look elsewhere next time.

We left a pair of pants on the back of the bathroom door and left property. Realized very soon afterwards and called manager to have them hold pants until we came back through. Housekeeping apparently liked them as well and did not put them in lost and found. Theft by hotel personnel or anyone is not tolerated in my world. Needless to say I will not stay there again and recommend if you value your valuables don’t stay there as well.

My experience at this hotel was fine until they recently charged me $250 for a damage fee in our room. There was no prior notice to this charge or phone call explaining what they found and when to expect to be charged. When I spoke with the manager she said that they “don’t do that”. She then said “we just figure if you damage something in our hotel we charge you”. I asked if she had a photo of proof of the closet door mirror being broken and she said she would go back and find it and email me the photo. That email never arrived. We were hardly even in the room and I literally have no idea how we could have broken the mirror. If we would have, we would have noticed and would happily pay for what we did. Basically I have nothing to back up that we didn’t do it and they can’t prove that we did. They on the other hand have just gained $250. Never again will I stay here or any of the hotels in this chain.

The staff was great- the lady who checked us in was outstanding (I think Kali). The bar tender was friendly and mixed a great drink. We had challenges in our travel and this was a turning point! We loved the downtown and Snowy Range Scenic Byway. Laramie is charming, people are lovely and the town has a relaxed vibe.

Had to fix my own partially clogged toilet because no maintenance people were available at 10pm. They asked if I could wait until tomorrow. I said no, do you have a plunger and I can fix it myself. So they went and got one. Everything else was great.

Nice and easy access off I-80 but close walking distance to lots of dining options. There was no breakfast option included with stay but did provide a restaurant adjacent to the hotel which also could order at other times and have delivered to your room via Door Dash!

Great property, well maintained and clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Didn’t care for the attached Perkins for breakfast or dinner. Slow staff, marginal, expensive food. But there are several other options for food very near by. Convenient to the hospital, which was why we were there. Will definitely use again.

Clean, comfortable. Long wait at check in (typical anymore in all service industries), bedside alarm was set and went off (fortunately was at the same time my own alarm was (but much louder than my personal alarm and had difficulty shutting it off), no breakfast available when other, similarly priced hotels provide free breakfast. The desk clerk said there would be complimentary muffins available, but due to weather, non were available-had to create time in schedule to grab a more substantial breakfast than the fruit I had bought the night before to supplement the muffin.
