This hotel was great, the hot tub is big and very nice after a long drive. The indoor pool was also nice. Our room had a loud A/C unit but other than that everything was good. Breakfast was nice.

Check in was fast and easy. The lobby is beautiful with warm golden lighting. The halls however have led ice white bulbs which dont match the cabin style interior. Our room was clean and cozy, linens and towels fresh. Housekeeping didn't clean the ice bucket from the previous guest, and this was disappointing a bit. While the room was clean and tidy, hopefully housekeeping can vacuum the carpet edges better because pet hairs and dust is building up. If you don't pay attention to these details, youll be satisfied with your stay especially with the great value price. The pool is great; heated, clean, and fresh smelling of chlorine. The gym equipment could be updated, and the stair climber display is on the blink. It would be nice to have a container of lysol wipes for guests to wipe down the machines. The laundry room is nice to use and there is a snack machine next to the laundry room. I hope management trains hoysekeeping to wipe all surfaces frequently, vacuum room edges, and that'll get 5-stars throughout :)

The lobby was warm and inviting; the staff friendly and helpful. The grandkids loved the pool. There were lots of good options for breakfast. The rooms were quiet which I appreciated because my dog barks at unfamiliar noises so it was easier to keep her quiet. The only disappointment was that there wasn’t a nicer area for walking the dog.

We traveled with digs and the dog area was completely rocks there was no grass. They had a sign to stay off grass with dogs. They should have a small area with grass for the dogs.

The employees I met were very helpful & very friendly. The hotel itself was dirty & looked run down. Found hair in the tub at check in. Carpets needed cleaned or replaced. The beds are too tall to sit on or get into, unless you jump. The metal frame that the mattresses sit on extend out farther that the mattress cracking my kneecaps. Free breakfast was disappointing. Powdered eggs and instant coffee. Paid way to much for my stay. Very disappointing.

3/5… bathroom floor looked like the dirt had been swept into the corners. There was a hair tie from the previous guests on the floor. The bathroom fan didn’t work and the door to the bathroom was so loud and creaky. Tons of dust on the light fixtures by the bed. The room was ext overpriced and I was disappointed.

This was the worst experience of our lives. It appears to be a clean place and decent priced but we woke up this morning to being able to visualize bed bugs. The other bed that was slept in didn’t appear to have bed bugs but there were bites all over those sleeping in the bed. When bringing this to the managers attention she tried to tell us it could be fleas. Definitely not fleas.

Was very disappointed that there was blood splatter and a big smear of blood in the bathroom. Due to the time of events we didn’t ask for a change of rooms. When I said something at check out the front desk gal didn’t seem concerned.

The only complaint was, no hair conditioner in the shower (it was empty), room darkening shade appeared stuck and wouldn’t lower and the lamp on the bedside table (right side) didn’t work. Staff were great, young lady at front desk on check in and young man when I checked out, great customer service. Bed was very comfortable.

Clean space, very large and comfortable. Nice staff. There were some outlets missing covers and some not working. The furniture was older and used looking but very functional. No view to speak of but lots of natural light. The bed was very comfortable. The second floor was a great location as you could see the lobby from the mezzanine. Would stay there again.

The room was very nicely appointed with plenty of lighting. The bed was extremely comfortable with very nice, fluffy pillows. The staff was very polite and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. I was thrilled to see a Prong-horned antelope out of my bedroom window one morning. However, one side of the window was badly fogged-over and needed replaced. it was a quiet room with everything I needed. Would definitely stay again!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!! Trust me. THE OWNER IS ALL ABOUT RIPPING OFF CUSTOMERS! I was in town working for the university of Wyoming and booked the hotel thru Hotels.com and they list ethernet connection and when I checked in they confirmed that every room has Ethernet connections. Once inside the room I tried the Ethernet connect and it didn’t work so I went to the front desk to resolve. We tried three different rooms and the lobby connection with no success. So I asked to checkout of the room as I needed Ethernet connection to download work for the university. The front desk checked me out and I called hotels.com for the cancellation as the hotel would approve the cancellation as they don’t have working Ethernet connections. Hotels.com called the hotel and the front desk informed hotels.com that he cannot approve any cancellations as the owner of the hotel is the only one to approve. Not even a manager or assistant manager could approve. The owner is out of country and nothing could happen…. Two days later I had to call the hotel to find out if the owner can process my refund. Nobody from the hotel was working on my request and they still needed to get with the owner. An hour later the hotel manager calls me to tell me they will not refund my hotel stay per the owner…… okay you offer Ethernet connection on your website and all other 3rd party booking sites but can’t deliver so that’s my fault…. I was at the hotel for one hour and the owner will not refund my $120!

This is an economical hotel that is close to Walmart and not too far from UW. It is certainly showing its age and wear and tear. It’s fine for a one night stay. The front desk had given one of our two rooms to someone else. Thankfully, they figured it out and still had another room for us. They gave our room to someone whose last name started with the same letter. Nothing else was the same. So that was interesting.

The room is nice, the property is quiet. Nice choices for breakfast, but nothing special. This is my second stay at this property. On the far west side of Laramie, connected to a walking-biking path, if you can tolerate the elevation. Laramie is a small college town, cute early 20th century homes. Near the Medicine Bow recreation-National forest area, just north of I-80. Nice choices for restaurants, and good basic chain eateries. The residents really like their Starbucks with its drive thru. I’m 64, two years ago I didn’t feel the elevation as much as I did than my previous visits. Laramie has a great geology museum with real dinosaur bones.

Clan, comfortable and perfect for a one night stop over in Laramie. It's about 3.5-4 miles from the centre- which is around $15 in an Uber. There's very little else in the direct vicinity but easy to access from the Highway.

The internet didn’t work. The front desk lady made no effort to tell us this. When we called the front desk all they said was we had to call some 800 number and talk to some guy in India. They wanted everything but a Social Security number just to look into the problem. It was absolutely ridiculous that the Internet didn’t work. The ice bucket in the room hadn’t been empty and was half full of dirty water. The pool was ice cold. The continental breakfast ran out of eggs and sausage and never refilled them.

Check-in was fast and easy and the front desk staff was so friendly and personable. I booked a room with a king bed and when the room was assigned, found that we had a suite! It was wonderful. Room was clean and fresh smelling. Bathroom was clean and I was happy to see that Dove brand toiletries were provided. The bed was very comfortable. and the sheets were so silky feeling! The breakfast was better than most, with a good selection of items. There were biscuits and gravy, waffles, scrambled eggs and link sausage, a selection of cereals, fruit juices and fresh fruit. Also, a variety of breads and yogurt. The coffee was fresh and really good. I would definitely stay here again.
