The pet/dog area was a joke. Not a single blade of grass, all dirt and mud and littered with trash. Extremely unsafe. Will not return for this reason alone.

Front desk and staff overall were very welcoming and accommodating. Easy check in, very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Pool was not working but we did utilize the BBQ grill and table outside but whoever used it last left it dirty. I notified the front desk though and they said they would take care of it. Breakfast was good as far as continental goes. Would definitely stay again and actually booked a Spark in Denver tonight. Hopefully they are as good as Rock Springs.

Stay was great for a lower budget hotel. Only issue was noise outside room and people being loud at 3am. Staff was very apologetic about that. Frustrating there was no elevators but hotel was older but completely upgraded.

The entire property felt new and very clean. The room was spacious, sparkling clean and very comfortable. Everything felt brand new and clean, no old smells. We felt safe and comfortable. The parking lot was well lit. Service was excellent, a great value for the price. We would happily stay here again!

Looked like a bug was killed on the shower curtain and left there. Hard to shut bathroom door. Door jam lock didn’t work. No elevator to 2nd floor.

It was okay - we were just there a night as we were passing through. The beds were awful. Our bathroom still had hair in it so that made us question how well it was cleaned from the previous people. I did like the floors were vinyl so no icky carpet. Breakfast was good too - quick little items so we could eat and get on the road. We stopped at the kfc literally right next to the hotel and worst service and food ever that should be a review on its own. Just wasn't a very welcoming experience overall. Probably would keep driving to the next town if possible.

No carpet in room which was fine; however, the floor looked clean but was FILTHY. I put a pair of socks on and they were so dirty within 5 minutes. I was surprised. I don’t think the floors had been mopped/cleaned in a while and definitely not on a daily basis.

Had to ask for toilet paper as there was hardly any on the roll. Didn’t have enough towels and when they cleaned the room they took towels but didn’t leave any. They didn’t clean anything just took towels and made the bed.

Staff were awesome and very welcoming however, bathroom was run down and dirty. Couldn’t even take a shower because the stopper was broken and when I was able to wedge up the stopper once water entered the drain hair and dirt came up and the tub began to fill with water so it was clearly clogged. It was about 1am so- just decided to skip a shower for the evening. Metal was rusted in the room and bathroom. It’s “okay” for a sleep stop but I wouldn’t stay here for more than a day. Staff and free breakfast were the only GREAT things.

Loved the simple modern hotel room. Hilton did a good job in renovation. Beds comfortable. Modern bathroom. Nice soap/hair products. Quiet A/C. No disgusting carpet on the floor. Hardwood. Diffently recommend the stay here & I'm picky!

The interior is really nice. Outside not so much. Nice lobby and breakfast. Very nice room and bathroom. Good size tv. No microwave in room but they do have one by ice machine. Wonderful customer service. Biggest complaint is a loud popping sound in the night like something is settling. Also a family checked in at like 2:30 a.m. and we’re so noisy in the hallway and slamming the door over and over. I should have called front desk and I’m sure they would have talked to them but it was already done and we were awake.

The room is roomy and conveniently appointed with plenty of electrical outlets and USB ports. The bathroom is also clean and roomy with good hot water. There is a small refrigerator but no microwave or in-room coffee. The bed is comfortable. Moderate freeway noise and noise from the heater blower made it somewhat difficult to get to sleep. Overall, it met the need of a place to sleep and shower and be ready for another day of traveling.

While there were no hot items, there were plenty of options including hard-boiled eggs, a variety of bagels and toast, jam, cream cheese, cereals, oatmeal, a granola station, fresh fruit, juices, tea, and coffee.

Easy access off of I-80, comfortable bed, nice shower. The GPS from Expedia takes you to a gas station on the east side of the road. The hotel is on the northwest side of the exit.

This was a weekend trip with my wife and kids to attend a local event. The property is conveniently located near the freeway for easy access. Parking was plentiful. So I was skeptical because it was called spark by Hilton but I was hoping because I’m a Hilton honors it would live up to the Hilton name and I was pleasantly surprised it was awesome. The room was clean updated there was already shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the bathroom bathroom is extra clean very nice and then breakfast was incredible. They actually had edible stuff a yogurt machine with yogurt, toppings, fresh bagels, and they just kept them come in all kinds of cream cheese and muffins in bags that were individually wrapped. I just can’t say enough I really loved it.
