Bottom of pool was dirty with sand. Rooms weren’t very clean and had a lot of damage to walls and trim. Shower handle was barely hanging on.

The room was fine, bed comfy and the heater worked great. I like their heaters since they do not cycle on and off which keeps me from sleeping-the fan continues at a steady ‘white noise’ level and the heater kicks in as needed.
