The hotel staff was amazing and the property is very clean. The restaurant has wonderful food and a beautiful view. The wifi is good in the building but it is terrible at the rooms at back of building where we were assigned (209) (210). The televisions wouldn’t work due to this and we had to sit on a chair near the doorway to get intermittent wifi signal. The rooms are very noisy but to be expected as its location is right on the malecon near all the action.

Nice hotel for a night, wouldn't want to stay too much longer than that.... Nice location. Parking is NOT guaranteed and they have a whole 8 parking spots for the entire hotel. The Google photos also show a rooftop pool, but that was replaced by a restaurant years ago.

Pros: literal enfrente de la parte mas bella del Malecon Con1: Tiene unicamente 8 lugares de estacionamiento (para 52 habitacione) si no es calle o pagar un parking externo. Con2: Las habitaciones no tienen Frigobar, en epoca de calor no puedes conservar nada frio. Con3: El Wifi no llegaba a mi habitacion (1er piso) y no se hizo nada al respecto. Con4: (ojo) Te ofrecen un tour “solo en efectivo” que literal afuera del hotel te venden mas barato y puedes pagar con tarjeta o transferencia. Creo que esta “comision” habla mucho de querer aprovecharse del huesped.

It's an old hotel but kept very clean. The elevator did not work the 5 days we were there. We were not offered a discount because the elevator was not working. But the day we were leaving I overheard the lady telling a new guest they would give them a discount because their elevator was not working. The internet (TV) was not working most of the time.

I stayed here for one night and was disappointed with several things. First, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, there were visible toothpaste stains around the sink, which is something housekeeping should never overlook. The beds were fine, but that was about the only thing that met expectations. Parking was another issue. The hotel’s lot was completely full when we arrived, so we pulled over briefly on the side of the road to figure out what to do. An older man in a blue Jeep (who seemed to be affiliated with the hotel) approached us and rudely told us that the area was “only for loading and unloading.” Not the best first impression, especially considering we were already paying customers, not just potential guests. What really bothered me is that the hotel only emailed after I completed my booking to say that parking is first-come, first-served and not guaranteed. This information should be clearly stated before booking, especially given how heavy and chaotic the traffic is in this area. Overall, between the cleanliness issues, poor communication, and an unnecessarily rude interaction during check-in, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. Easy pass for our next trip.

Hotel was clean and very nice. We enjoyed the location, the room and the views. Everyone was friendly and courteous and made sure our needs were met. The bed wasn't bad but could maybe be a smidge softer but overall did not detract from our visit.

We loved having a window that could be opened to the tropical air, then closed to run the air conditioning, which made it very comfortable to sleep. We appreciated the location in the less noisy part of the Malecon, and the close proximity to the wonderful vibrant public markets, plus the delightful art museum. Our favorite activity was to explore the streets up from the beach where the local residents went about their business while tourists like us packed the Malecon. Breakfast was a disappointment. Basically, ordinary food and quite expensive compared to local restaurants in the residential areas. Consequently we had just one meal in the hotel. The view from the dining room was spectacular, too bad the food discouraged us from returning.

Great location for this hotel on the Malecon in La Paz. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, this spot didn’t quite meet my expectations, although I should have lowered them a bit, given the great rate. There’s no valet option to park when you arrive and the parkade under the hotel is super tight, with pillars all around. The room was very small, the bathroom super tiny, we only had 3 towels, and the walls are paper thin. The rooftop restaurant is the best thing about this hotel.

Excellent service and staff. Perfect location. Hotel could give you more hot water per shower. We had 3 different rooms over the corse of 2 weeks. Each shower had to be super quick if you want warm water.

Great place to garage your car (free) and walk to everything this lovely city offers. Room was small but pleasant, only thing we really missed was a mini fridge. Their restaurant has an amazing view, but with so many other options in town we only had breakfast there.

It was a great trip. Perfect location and very comfortable. The only thing it can improve is the hot water. You have about 5 minutes before you run out of hot water in the shower. If you are ok with a quick shower than its not a problem.

Location, location…. Right on the malecón. My room with a view was well organized and I had everything I needed. Being there the night of Halloween may have been a mistake, because the street noise went long into the night. So the trade off is noise for a great view…

The proximity to the Malecon is great, but it has the drawback of being very noisy. The hotel room we stayed in had a few issues - low water pressure, closet doors that wouldn't close, and a window that had slight gaps that made loud whistling sounds in the wind, keeping us awake. The staff was friendly but unhelpful - friends of ours were unhappy with their room and were able to upgrade to a suite, by the time we heard that was an option and asked if we could do the same, the staff said that we had been in the current room too long (maybe 30m?) and they would have to charge us for both rooms if we upgraded since the cleaning staff had left for the day and thus couldn't re-clean the old one. Overall it's a decent property at affordable rates, I'd recommend getting the suites if you're going to stay here since it's not that much more money and you'll get a nice view that would offset many of the downsides.

La Paz was incredibly! But what made it even more so was the stay at Seven Crowns Malecon. The staff is so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate any of our needs. The hotel is clean and right in the middle of all the action. They have a beautiful roof top bar that has the best sunset views! Definitely a 10/10 recommend ❤️

I booked this hotel. It said that free breakfast was included. I show up at the hotel. I pay direct at the hotel no free breakfast very expensive room very rude staff nobody helped with anything. It’s very noisy at night. Beds are not comfortable television didn’t work when I was booking. It said I was booking through seven Crown Hotel but as usual Expedia hijacked it.

A great location right on the Malecon. You are within walking distance of so many bars, restaurants, and so much more. A short DiDi ride from anything else. Can be a little noisy at night (noise from the bars on the Malecon) but not too bad. The rooms are clean and the location is convenient. If you're looking to spend a lot of time in the room, one of the resorts to the north may be more to your liking. If you're looking to do some exploring of the city and walking, this is your place. I'll definitely be booking here again!

Absolutely wonderful location right on the Malecon. Excellent restaurant - breakfast, lunch or dinner - everything was so good. Plus an amazing view if the sea and the Malecon. Friendly staff. The only thing lacking is parking. When we arrived we were told they had no parking & could park on the street for free. We found a lot behind the hotel and paid for a full day ($35 US). Later that same day, a different front desk person (who spoke better English) informed us we could park in that lot for free in the Crown 7 designated spots!
