This hotel is older but they work hard to keep the pool area, grounds, and rooms very clean. The music at the pool was a bit loud but it ended at a reasonable hour before 10pm and then in the morning the birds were definitely a wake-up call. We enjoyed walking along the marina walk but the best thing about our stay was the surprisingly excellent breakfast buffet which on the weekends included a seafood station. Wonderful!

The marina is beautiful! Breakfast was included and was absolutely fabulous! The breakfast staff were very attentive!!The only thing was the pool was being renovated and was not available for our whole stay unfortunately! The hot tub was available but only available at night due to construction on the pool.

Nice property but located a long walk from restaurants and shops. Staff are friendly, but the room should have been stocked with more water, cups, coffee to make the stay more comfortable. Beautiful view from our deck but there was bird poop on the chairs, table & floor when we arrived.

Very good value for the money. Beautiful view of the water and marina. Hotel is a little dated but very clean. Mostly the bathrooms showing age/wear. Breakfast buffet was very good. Pool was nice. Overall, would definitely stay again!

The property is extremely outdated, I was itchy all night sleeping in the bed, I did not use the pillows nor go under the sheets. Woke up with back pain, I was expecting a clean and updated property from the pictures. I would call it a motel and not a hotel at this point. I was Unable to flush the toilet the following morning and the property doesn’t have a water filtration system, super rough water I do not recommend if you are looking for at least 3 star. Terrible

Location is great, marina super nice and clean. The restaurant has good food and their chef is supper nice. An issue we had was when we decided to upgrade upon arrival. After paying almost $500 (dollars), we were given a "suite" which looked nothing like the suites displayed on their site, more like their basic room with a view. After my husband politely questioned the staff, they brushed him off with, "sorry, that's all you get with your upgrade." Within a few minutes they called our room claiming to do us "a favor" and switched us to an actual suite. Imagine if we wouldn't have questioned, we did not complain btw, but just simply asked!! Another thing we noticed upon arrival was the pool. It was in desperate need of cleaning and some maintenance. The water was in poor condition, and worst, allowing children to swim in it. The next day it was closed and the cleaning started. How do you allow the pool get that dirty!

I chose the Marine Waterfront Hotel because it has good reviews and is within easy walking distance of the scuba dive shop that I used. My room was great, the mattress was comfortable, and the wifi was fast! I really enjoyed the onsite bar and restaurant, but the prices were a little bit high. Since the dive shop was a great choice, the staff at the Marine Waterfront Hotel will be seeing me again!

We stayed here for 17 days over Christmas and new year. The location is set 2kms away from the centre of Malecón. Which is great for a peaceful nights sleep. This worked very well for us by hiring bikes and getting around La Paz. Overall the hotel is in desperate need of a refurbishment. We had a suite overlooking the marina which came with 3 balconies. Having lots of light flood the room was a real bonus. However. You see the bathrooms and furniture is in need of a full refurbishment. Also for some reason, there are no seals on the doors so you hear every conversation from the bar below. This is most bizarre. However the reception staff were fantastic. They were most helpful and accommodating at every request. The pool is warm and clean, however due to the building structure, only half the pool captured the sun. I would go back, but not in peak time, £270 a night is a little too heavy for the quality of room. We did enjoy its space offered.

We got the suite and loved it. Big updated room, cold air conditioning and walking distance to Malecón. If you are a scuba diver, it is right next to a dive shop on the marina. The bar downstairs is great and Freddie makes a mean margarita

Me gusto mucho la estancia, nos prestaron toallas, el personal fue amable y en general estaba limpio, nos toco habitacion con vista al estacionamiento lo cual no fue tan lindo como hubiera esperado, dice que esta al final del malecon y es cierto, pero hay que considerar que en tiempo de calor si quieres ir a alguna parte es mejor tomar Uber o Didi ya que no esta taaaan cerca como para caminar bajo el sol, en si esta muy bien todo para quedarse y la alberca en las tardes/noche fue lo mejor

No están preparados para volumen. En restaurant si habia 5 mesas el servicio de comida y cena deficiente. El argumento era que habia muchos clientes. Se cuatrapeaban con el pedido spaguetti alfredo termino en a la carbonera, el pedido extra de arroz llego cuando ya se habia consumido el alimento, 30 min para servir.

HORRIBLE experience from the get go!!As soon as we step foot at this hotel issues aroused. We couldn’t shower without feeling like the faucet was going to come off!! Specially when you tried to open the hot water, the whole thing started shaking and could hear how the pipes trembled. The cleanness of the room was questionable to say the least (found belongings from the previous guests) sheets looked unkempt and old, ended up giving me a rash. We were told at reception that we had free breakfast. We went the next morning, we told the hostess we had free breakfast and she let us pass, we ate and all just to be questioned at the end about this (waitress and personnel made us feel as we were lying? Which is insane bc why would we lie if hotel food is known to be expensive and we could’ve easily gone outside to find a cheaper and better place?) they sent us back to reception to clarify things, we went and were confronted with the receptionist telling us we probably misheard her and they never told us breakfast was included??? With a rude attitude. We were FLABBERGASTED again why would we lie??? Just demonstrated the terrible line of communication they have between them. We ended up having to pay 1500! Which again is insane when we could’ve easily gone to the city and found a more affordable place! Will not recommend!

We’ve stayed here many times and cannot say enough good things about the staff. They make you feel welcome and at home here. The entire property is very well-kept and rooms are very clean. Definitely our favorite hotel in La Paz.

El estado del Hotel muy bueno, la cercanía con la Marina y el club de yates fue de lo mejor y la atención del personal del restaurante. Un plus poder tener una playa a 15 min caminando (Playa Coromuel) por el malecón, me parece una excelente opción para viajes cortos que no demanden tomar otros medios de transporte.

This is a very well run hotel, with the deep discounts thru hotels.com the value is excellent. The staff friendly, professional and caring. The rooms spotless.The hotel is located at the end of the famous malecon so its a decent walk into town, just enough to get you hungry for those delicious mexican restaurants. If I have any complaints, it would be the awful boom boom boom 'music' at the pool in the afternoons - but that's Mexico!

Pésimo servicio de alimentos a la alberca. Pedimos unas bebidas y fuimos a recordarles 3 veces y nunca nos las llevaron. No habia mas de 3 parejas como para que tuvieran mucho trabajo y por eso no nos atendian. Les recomendamos mucho checar al personal de alimentos.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, am nördlichen Ende der Promenade. Gut um in den Norden zu den Stränden zu gelangen. Das Frühstück ist gut, jedoch wenig abwechslungsreich. Die Betten sind komfortabel, die Zimmer auch sauber, die Duschen benötigen eine leichte Auffrischung, da gesprungene Fliesen, verkalkter Duschkopf und Armaturen die Ästhetik etwas trübten. Gutes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Service

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean, beds were very comfortable and they provided bottled water whenever we requested extra bottles. The hotel bar had good appetizers and excellent margaritas. Loved the pool and hottub. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
