The hotel is average. The location is nice at the end of the Malecon. The staff are lovely. The free laundry facilities were a bonus. The sewage odor outside our room & by the pool was intense & the wifi was spotty/poor. Beds were comfy & the AC was very good!

not what i was expecting rooms look old building doesn’t have elevators honestly the only good thing is the pool if your traveling with kids so for the price i just go somewhere else

Property is clean but rooms are in desperate need of updating especially the bathrooms. Rusty areas. Water leakeked from bathroom into sleeping area. In our second room the shower faucets broke at 9pm they fixed it but the whole process took about an hour. The food was good at breakefast. If you order sit down dinner it is decent but the servive is suuuupppeeer slow, not a good thing if you're hungry. Our room card keys deactivated at least once everyday sometimes more. Not everyone at the front desk has customer service skills. They would just issue new card keys without checking ID so it seems easy for anyone not staying in the room can ask for any room key. To get pool towels you have to go to the front desk all the time and its very inconvenient. If you call the front desk they don't always answer. Overall I give this hotel a 6 out of 10. I would not stay there nor recommend it to anyone.

Increíble que puedan operar sin planta de luz. En el huracán Norma por no tener planta no hubo agua y tuvimos los huéspedes que acarrear cubetadas de la alberca a los baños. Lo mas inaceptable es que nos cobraron la comida duran esos dias. Comida que sin luz se estaba echando a perder en el refri sin luz. Inaceptable!
