We were extremely disappointed with our experience. The level of customer service was unacceptable from the moment we needed assistance. Staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and came across as rude and uninterested in resolving our concerns. This reservation was made on behalf of a client, and it was embarrassing to have our client treated this way. Customer service is a critical part of the hospitality industry, and unfortunately this hotel fell far short of even basic expectations. Management should invest in comprehensive customer service training and place a greater emphasis on professionalism, communication, and guest satisfaction. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this property.

My room door would only stay shut if I slammed it or if I locked the deadbolt. I checked in late and didn’t want to disturb the other guests so I locked the deadbolt and flipped out the thing to block the door from Being able to open. I’m glad I did because housekeeping decided to try and enter my room while I was still asleep this morning. I discovered this when I was leaving my room to check out.

The room was clean, and the staff was helpful. The room had a decent sized mini fridge . However, the room had many issues. The bathroom sink had a huge crack in it. The shower curtain look like it went through a battlefield, it was so tattered at the top. Does it really cost a lot to change a shower curtain out? I believe the whole place had a issue with humidity. Our room became very damp. The lamps in the room didn't light up fully. The sheer curtain in our room had a rip in it and the blackout curtain had a dirty smudge on it. We noticed several bugs in the room during our stay (not bed bugs). The pool was definitely a plus, but the access hours were very restrictive. In all fairness, the maintenance manager did offer to have us switch to another room. However, we were already settled in and decided to ride it out.

The hotel had a terrible smell that I just couldn’t get past. The rooms were hot like the air was on and loud but it wasn’t cooling it off.
