Bar was very expensive for one cocktail. Room was not clean as well as expected. Bathroom floors had uncleaned areas as well as the night stand was stain with food from previous guest.

The only convenience of this hotel is the location to the Legacy Area. Everything else is basic. Upon arrival I was told that the room I booked had been given away and was given a double queen room instead of the king. This was annoying because I don’t want to go to a hotel and sleep in a bed smaller than the one I have at home. Also my spouse is 6”6. I was told to talk to a manager at check-out and that I would be “taken care of.” I didn’t cause a stink because we had reservations and it was already late. On our side of the hotel only 1 out of 3 elevators were working so it took forever to get up to our room since people were stopping on every floor trying to get to another. Overall our room was fine but it was dingy. We had drinks at the hotel bar, those were good. We got food at the hotel bar and literally had to pick the meat off because it had so hard. When I checked out, I asked to speak to a manager and explained the room issue. The lady said, “ I might have something for you on my desk.” She came back a few minutes later with nothing and then said all she could do is sign me up for rewards and give me some rewards. I gave her my phone number and email and have yet to receive anything to set that up. I also explained that I use Expedia due to the rewards that Amex has to offer.

While the hotel itself was nice and our room was fine we unfortunately did not get the king room we reserved. Also there was only one elevator operating and we were placed on the very top floor and in a room that was as far as possible from said elevator. Hotel was kind enough to give us points on Bonvoy account they were not able to refund us the difference in cost for our room or for our inconvenience since we used a third party. A mistake we will not make again
