We did not they were remodeling. We can overlook that but front desk staff was uninterested in helping. We weren’t the only ones in the lobby frustrated with lack of help. For what we paid, still a terrible value and experience.

This place should be condemned. I understand that it’s ’under construction’, but the level of care towards the guests experience was exactly 0. There were numerous fire code and safety issues, and just to pick one, the evacuation map on our room door had so much paint splatter on it that it was unreadable. Side note, this was the first room I’ve ever booked that didn’t have an alarm clock in it, or even a lamp. The ‘breakfast buffet’ was closed and we were offered a ‘bag breakfast’ instead. No thanks. Our bathroom had multiple long hairs on the floor and wall, and the hot water ran so hot that could easily cause a severe burn. It shouldn’t be a scary experience for my kids to wash their hands in the bathroom. Our room was covered in drywall dust, and the lobby and hallways were in horrendous shape. They couldn’t pay me $100 to stay here again, and I can’t believe I spent $150+ to have the worst hotel stay of my life. We checked in too late to have any other options, so learn from me and the countless other reviewers- stay somewhere, ANYWHERE, but here.
