Lots of stray cats around hotel parking lot. Hotel is very small! But the kitchen staff were very sweet!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The check in and check out process was effortless. The pet friendly atmosphere made my stay perfect. The breakfast buffet was great—- I’ve experienced many hotel breakfasts and cannot say it measured up. This Hampton Inn was exceptional.

This hotel staff was very sweet and helpful. However, i greeted by 6 cats in the parking lot checking in and leaving, I’m afraid of cats. It was a great deal of noise while trying to sleep at night, after 1:00 a.m. It also seems to be an older hotel but it is still nice, just in need of some remodeling in certain areas. Pillows are terrible as well. Good hotel overall but has its flaws.

Spectacular!!! love Tiffany. She totally took care of my parents who were fleeing the hurricane Helene’s flooding in NC. Tiffany greeting them with snacks and waters and allowed their dog, Jolene, to stay.. and she and the manger waved the fee, as this has been such a hard time for all. This hotel was literally a God given refuge for them. Thank you thank you! I told her that I was about to cry, and she said, “Don’t cry, there are still good people in the world.” Well, you certainly have a one of those angels working for you at your hotel!

Property was well maintained and breakfast area was super clean, well stocked, and the food was tasty! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our family. We were in town for a family wedding and they were friendly, provided one of our rooms an hour early so we could unload and change to go to a rehearsal dinner, which was super helpful! We were traveling with elderly grandparents and they provided rooms close to the front of the hotel, near the handicapped parking, and next to each other so we could be available if they needed us. A couple of staff even took some pictures for us before we left for the wedding and were so kind to our older family. Amazing service! Thank you!

Older hotel with very little soundproofing. Neat atrium but once in the room who cares? Door to mini fridge was broken. Dogs or kids directly above me were running wild and sounded like a stampede on a tin roof around 11:30 pm. Staff was friendly but the Hilton Honors app wouldn't give me a digital key until after I already went to the front desk and got real ones.

Dog barked for 2 hours on the afternoon we arrived. Apparently a service dog that was left in the hotel room. At 1am a group of people left the hotel and wanted everyone to know. We did not like the overall hotel design. The internal open area only contributed to the internal noise. Hotel staff was nice, especially the lady covering the breakfast area. Glad we only stayed one night.

Room comfortable and clean. Breakfast always good at Hampton. Door very hard to shut and key stopped working. Lobby gold chairs are filthy and breakfast area furniture could be upgraded.

The room was infested with Carpet Beetles. I had several crawl all over me at night, and the carpets were disgustingly dirty. I spoke to the management and staff on 3 occasions, but nothing changed. The excuse was that this was a very old Hampton Inn and that new remodeling was happening soon. It was truly gross……I seriously doubt I’ll ever stay at a Hampton Inn again, unless it’s brand new.

Clean and safe

The room had a very musty smell and their was mildew on the bathroom ceiling. The food area was clean and nice. The property looked better than my room.

First room I was given smelled of cigarette smoke. In my second room, when I turned off the air conditioning ( I don't sleep with it on ) the smell of cigarette smoke was very bad. Actually hurt my lungs. There's no excuse for this to be occurring in hotels these days. I haven't encountered this problem in years. Also there was an almost finished bottle of rum by my fridge, left by a gust, standing in plain site. Based on the cigarette smoke I would not recommend this hotel. The front staff is nice.

The beds were never made during my stay the toilet had not been cleaned.

A/C didn't work well, Carpet was dirty, Bathroom was dirty and had mold.

Staff was very cordial. The room was average, but the bath had mold around the tub and was in need of caulking. The shelf above the toilet was peeling from the wall and about to fall. Certainly not as good as most Hampton Inns.

Do not book here. Being under the brand of Hilton hotels, and being a former reservationist, this establishment is an embarrassment. Our family stay was booked for 3 nights for a family of five. Get to hotel and found out each room could only support four people. They gave us extra blankets so fifth person could sleep on the smelly carpet. The carpet smells like smelly feet, the mini fridge is missing a rack, it’s housed in a dilapidated dresser, the bathroom door does not shut all the way, the blackout curtains do not cover the window, the window faces the parking lot so you will get lots of headlights at night shining in and sun waking you up at sunrise. Behind the curtains that cover a wall are some serious gross stains. There were black pubic hairs in the bathtub and around it. We are all red heads… Attached you will find pictures. We called hotels.com and got a resolution. We left after the first night. The only positive was the kind lady making waffles for everyone at breakfast. The hotel needs a major renovation.

Very old and rundown. Has a horrible smell in the rooms. Had a spider on the bed, television didn’t work. Had to change to a smaller room. Would not recommend.

This property does not live up to the Hampton Inn standards. This was not very clean and not well maintained. We love Hampton Inn so we were surprised by the conditions here.

The room was clean and expansive. The sounds from outside the room we're not dampened. I could hear trucks on the highway all night. I could be people walking down the halls and I was in a corner room. The pillows were horrible. Almost like not having one.

we were very impressed with the staff, the manager of the morning breakfast bar was very nice to us each time we saw her. rooms were great !!

Awesome stay. Girl at the front desk didn’t seem to friendly as she never look at me once and she kinda muttered.

Fast easy check in and they allowed me to check in a little early.

Just came back from a 4-night stay. They claim that housekeeping is done every other day but they only removed garbage, add a set of towel and made the bed. No dirty sheet is changed, no refill for cups and the bath math was removed. Hot breakfast quality is not good.
