The beds were comfy. I always try to stay at places with a pool for my kids, it’s under maintenance….I looked back at old reviews and it been under maintenance since 2019.

It was just an ok Hotel. The pool was closed and a lot of the furniture needs to be replaced because they were broken pieces. For example the hole in the bathroom door or the busted lampshades.

Rooms were clean. Water pressure in shower was good. Courtyard area with pool was very nice, the outer perimeter grounds could use some cleaning up. Staff was very friendly!

They gave me a room a quiet part of the hotel. Polite reception desk. Very comfortable pillows and bed. The shower control was a bit shaky, but ultimately works well enough. The pool is closed for the rest of the year.

Looked as if this was an abandoned property with the upkeep around it. Pool was open, but had mold and concrete broken up around it. No maintenence or clenliness on outside, trash and cigarette butts everywhere.

First room we had was horrible, it smelled so bad, damp and musty, the spout in the bathtub was falling off and couldn’t turn on the water. With that being said, there’s no way house keeping cleaned that bathtub/shower recently. We informed staff and were moved to different room which was better. I don’t know her name but the woman at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful otherwise this review would have been one star across the board. Except for the area around the property, lots of food choices

We arrived at our hotel at 4 am. We noticed the smell of mold, the walls and floors were dirty. As i was laying in bed i saw a cockroack crawling on the furniture. We quickly packed our things back up including my 9 month old and other child and left requesting refund. We booked a room to sleep for a few hours all hotels were booked that weekend. We ended up staying at an air bnb. I would NOT recommend !!!!

The management was nice, but our room was nasty. The beds were dirty... the sheets and comforters were dirty and covered in dog hair. The floors were nasty and had not been vacuumed or cleaned. I would not stay here again.

We arrived in the middle of the night to a locked lobby and an agent access window. There was some confusion as to the type of room I reserved, but it was difficult to understand the clerk. He was friendly and professional, especially when he informed a loudly complaining woman beside me that she was now on "the blacklist"and showed her the door. Not the most auspicious start, but it was 3 AM on a Saturday night. The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom fixtures were even more visibly worn than the towels, which were clean, I think. The next morning, over 30 minutes before checkout time, the friendly clerk knocked on our door to send us on our way.

This is definitely a budget hotel. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay, this is a good place. We tried to check in 1 1/2 hours early and were told any check in before 3pm would require a $30 fee. I've never heard that before. The breakfast has scarce protein/yogurt only and there was a very loud fountain machine in the breakfast area making it virtually impossible to hear the TV unless you were standing next to it. My wife was unable to work from the room due to very slow wifi internet. Worth the money, but don't expet anything special.

The bed in my room was very soft and sleepable, so i had some good sleep during my stay. My only issue with this location was that the bathtub faucet was a tad weak and sometimes the water would get weaker when i tried to get the water warmer. Sometimes the water wouldnt run at all.

The front desk clerk with the freckles gave great customer service and ensured that everything was ok. The room was clean and comfortable. Only thing I had an issue with was that the wifi was not stable other than that it was a good stay

The important things were good. Shower, bed, A/C. However, the microwave nor refrigerator were plugged in and the batteries in the remote needed changing. Service and friendliness were great, breakfast was sufficient. Ease of check in and out were good.

Took forever to check in considering I had booked and paid in advance. Room seemed to be clean but VERY much in need of updating. OK for a quick overnight but wouldn’t stay more than one night. It was cheaper than other nearby hotels. I guess you get what you pay for.

We stayed on Valentine’s Day. They made us pay a deposit on the room of 100 dollars when we checked in. After waiting two weeks for my deposit back I called and spoke to a woman who wasn’t sure why I haven’t received it back yet and took my info for her general manager who wasn’t there yet. I was supposed to receive a call back and did not. I waited yet another week and called yesterday to ask what was going on and the person I spoke to sounded impatient and told me who I needed to speak to wasn’t there and I would have to call back in a few hours. It shouldn’t be this hard! All I want is my money back!! If I don’t receive a phone call by the end of the week telling me that I will be getting my money back I will take this higher. We left the room in the same condition that we entered it with no damages or mess.

They wouldn’t put me on the bottom floor even though I’m handicapped. They said that’s for the the road people & older people that can’t climb stairs. Problem is I’m disabled & have trouble doing stairs too but she wouldn’t put me I. A different room anyway. Also, my sink was clogged. They wouldn’t give us anymore washcloths.

Our room was assigned to another guest after we had checked in. Our sleep was disrupted several times by the other guest trying to get in (thank goodness for deadbolt) and by the hotel employee trying to sort out the matter. It was unsettling to say the least. I asked the employee to call me to let me know the matter had been resolved so we could rest easier but no call was received. At checkout the next morning, I was not asked about my stay but I volunteered that we had experienced an awful night. The employee, Uma, apologized but said there was nothing more she could do beyond saying “I am sorry”. No one tried to make amends.

we checked in late at night so we didnt get a good look at the place but what i remember the outside was nice, you park right outside your room which was nice, didnt have hot breakfast or a pool but it was a nice cheap place to lay down rest and recharge after a long day of driving.

Hotel was simple and adequate. It was an older hotel but clean and was definitely ok for a 2 night stay. Room was non smoking but could tell it had been smoked in before due to the left over smell (it was not super strong but could def tell it had been a smoking room previously)The only real issue we had was housekeeping came in, picked up our used towels, didn’t make the bed or leave any clean linens and then when my husband called the desk he had to go all the way up to the desk to get linens himself (we were on the very back side of the hotel so it was a drive to the front desk) Overall I would stay here again.

Caution! If you want to wake up at 1am to hear the garbage being taken, trains blowing through the night, breakfast gone within an hour, and the smell of weed early in the night, this is your place. Oh yeah the maid came in and did our room "the bed" never changed the sheets, they made it as is. Yuck!
