The hotel smelled very musty. Our door would not shut properly. We had to continuously slam or jerk on it to get in and out. The ice machine on the second floor did not work. The employees used the pool while we were there and it was not a big deal until one was talking about her husband/bf hitting her and giving her a black eye, and not having a place for her to live, and cussing. There are only maybe 10 tv channels. The towel rack and refrigerator were dirty and rusted. The AC never Got the room cold. The bed was hard as a rock. You definitely get what you pay for. We will not be using Wyndham in the future.

My room was very old with rust and repaired broken bathroom tiles. The carpet was disgusting...I had to wear flipflops anytime I walked. The window wouldn't open. The pool was only 5' deep!! The only good thing about the breakfast was the waffel maker. I called in advance to discuss my upcoming trip and at the end of the conversation I asked for the first name of the person who I talked with. She refused to give it quoting company policy. When I pushed back saying I only wanted a first name she hung up on me!!!!! When I called back I asked for the manager. She told me they were out and offered to take a message. I asked for a name, she refused to give me the manager's name. When I told her I had never in 40 years heard of someone refusing to give a name, she hung up on me again!!!!! I definitely would recommend staying somewhere else.

the phone in my room didn't work to call down to the desk to find out what the wifi password was, which is usually expected to be on the room info sheet inside the room (it wasn't). their drink machines were broken which was rather inconvenient since its their only one in the building. staying there was convenient for what i needed but i had just expected more from the overall stay. even check in was difficult as i had called ahead to let them know id be checking in late, which they told me to do just in case, and they had told me they will leave a note for the next shift and they never did which meant checking in with the new desk manager take quite a while.

The hotel was absolutely disgusting. As soon as you walk in it is heavily smelling of bleach. The tub was dripping water all night. The towels were still dirty. The metal they use for the towels were all rusted and molded. This was one of the worst hotels I have been in.

The bed was very hard, the room was dirty. I'm a guy and for dirty to bother me, it has to be noticeably dirty. The exterior of the property looks very nice and the pictures of the rooms look nice, and the price was reasonable for the one night I stayed, so that is why I chose it, but I would never stay there again.

They stole my money. Room was horrible and dirty . Blood was in the shower on the bathroom. Stains on everything. I checked in saw conditions of room. Then wanted a refund and was told i could not get a refund. They lied and said i stayed there.

For a basic hotel, it's perfectly fine. Clean, with adequate amenities for the price. The downside was the walls are a bit thin so you're stay will be as pleasant as long as the person next door is quiet and doesn't talk loud on his phone till 1am. Consider some ear plugs.

The hotel was nice. It was very convenient to Subway and Cracker Barrel. The only issue I had was the bed was not comfortable for me, but that's just personal preference. We had the queen suite, which was nice with a different sitting area and a table for eating.

The bed was very hard, the room was dirty. I'm a guy and for dirty to bother me, it has to be noticeably dirty. They put us in a room next to a room with 2 barking dogs. They were barking when we first arrived and when my wife asked if they could contact guest the night supervisor was very rude and unprofessional with my wife. He said the only thing he could do was put us in a suite but there would be an up charge. He said there was nothing he could do about the barking dogs next door and reinforced to my wife that it was a pet friendly hotel. He did not apologize for the inconvenience. The carpet was old and dirty and the bathroom floor needed some cleaning. The Tv had poor picture quality and the a/c would not allow you to run fan constantly. The dogs eventually quit barking except for one time during the night. The day time manager was very nice and professional.

The hotel itself is fine. However, I stayed here one week ago today as I was passing back through I decided since I knew they took pets to go ahead and stay again. This time the front desk person told me there was a 35.00 fee. Now if I had been charged the first time I stayed, then cool. But I wasn’t charged extra my first visit. I told the woman and she started, that’s our policy. It should be clear to your guests when booking that is an additional charge and not just when they feel like it.

Don't stay her. Owner is nasty. I paid an extra $55 to check in early. The sheets were dirty on both beds. The towels were dirty in the room wasn't. I didn't realize the conditions until after 10pm when. We returned to shower and sleep. They moved us to another room. When I asked for a refund of the up charge of course the owner said no. Initially he told me they have a 3 day change linen policy. So the bedding was going to be dirty for new check In's. Huh!! He had to be corrected by his employee of the situation. While downstairs getting a new room, they ran out of clean towels and linen. Guests asked for clean rags to shower with. I am going to say this was a hard NO. Never again. Trying to support a local own and the conditions were unacceptable and a rude owner.

New software and untrained staff. They charged my credit card for 4 nights and refunded only 1. The room was comfortable, but had no hook up for phone charger on bed-side table. The bathroom door swung open during the night and we leave the light on for a night light causing the mirror across from the door to reflect in my face as I tried to sleep. Didn't find the night light until the following morning. We are currently working with staff to fix the overcharge problem.

In many ways. - nice place to stay but after reporting that my shower did not produce warm water, it was not repaired and I had no warm water for 4 nights. Inexcusable . The bed was comfortable. There was a large supermarket nearby and several restaurants. Conveniently right next to the interstate hut I never heard it .

You can tell the hotel is older once in a room. Our tub faucet was coming out of the wall and you had to turn it on and off just precisely. The room was comfy though and suited us fine. The breakfast was lacking and there was no drinks (juice, milk or coffee).

These rooms were in nicer shape than the Hampton next door. Our family had a large group and split between the two hotels. We had better accommodations and they had better food. This breakfast option was pretty terrible compared to all the other hotels we've stayed in. The towel service was limited - we had 4 in our rooms but they only gave us 2 towel sets each time. And when we asked for more, they didn't have any available until later in the day/evening.

I've stayed here before but I don't think I will again. Just several irritating issues that added up to a lot of frustration. They gave me the smallest room they had - I guess as a result of using Hotels.com. They messed up my two reservations and overcharged me for the room - I just let it go. I rarely saw anyone actually at the front desk, which I thought was kind of weird. At least, breakfast was pretty good.

The room was not clean. Breakfast was horrible... all serving trays were empty they had a few bagels, cereal and the waffle machine. No water except from an old school water fountain... no thank you. I should have known because it's a Wyndham hotel always a disappointment
