It was a fantastic stay. Very clean hotel. Rooms are quiet. Hospitality is exceptionally clean! Highly recommended. The pool is a little small that's the only thing I have against it but it is not a huge Hotel compared to other ones. Awesome breakfast! One of the best breakfasts I had from hotels in a while.

We had a fantastic stay. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff named Kate is highly professional and really nice person. The pool and hot tub are ideal spots to unwind. The breakfast are really delicious. We will definitely return on our next trip.

We spent last weekend there celebrating my mom’s birthday. She just wanted a relaxing place and it definitely was! Super clean, with friendly staff from the front desk to the breakfast team and even those we passed in the halls. The location was great, just 3 minutes from the downtown area and 15 minutes from Honeymoon Beach. Free and easily accessible parking was a big plus too. The morning food servers were awesome thru out the whole stay. Very helpful and friendly. One Washer and dryer set were broken the whole stay. And people never came to retrieve laundry for about 40 minutes!!!! Hot tub was broken one day but the desk fixed it.

The breakfast in morning had plenty of choices and staff were very friendly and helpful. Right next to Pinella’s Trail. Walking to Dunedin, restaurants, shops and ballpark. Enjoyed our stay. Hot tub was great too

I didn’t like the fact that the hot tub closed at 10:00. There was a man, who had no personality at all, in the office before 10:00 and all night. Why not let paying customers in later?

The hotel is a good place to stay. The area has breweries and is very walkable with the Pinellas trail right there. The hotel itself is super clean and quiet. The breakfast is laid out nicely, and the attendant is great. Everyone there is friendly. My room was very musty smelling, however, to where I noticed it the whole time, even when I slept. I probably wouldn’t return just on that note. But it may have been just that room. Who knows…

What a fantastic stay my family had!! We thoroughly enjoyed the Family Suite, which had a seperate area with bunk beds for our girls! It was very comfy. The staff was great, and the woman who was in charge of the breakfast service was exceptionally wonderful!! So attentive, cheerful, polite, just fantastic! We highly recommend this location!!!!

Aaron met us at a 2am checkin and went above and beyond to make sure we knew where we should park, closest to our room. He also reminded me of our member benefits. Breakfast was great, especially the pancake machine! The only thing that was a bummer was the cozy bed felt like it inclined towards the feet.

A bit overpriced but very convenient location for downtown Dunedin access. Not convenient to beach if that’s your goal. Easy parking. Nice and quiet. Biggest critique - they need to get modern TVs that allow streaming or at least have a built in channel guide so you can see what’s on.

Staff seemed nice. The older gentleman at the breakfast area was the best! You can really tell he took pride in his work. Kept the breakfast area clean and stocked. Was very interactive and super sweet. The only bad part about our stay was the room view. We got stuck on a second floor that was on top of the carport area and all we saw out of our window were roof tiles and the carport blocked the rest of the hire. So we could not see anything out of our window. It bummed us out.

Checking in was amazing and fast…Danny was courteous and efficient and he gave loads of recommendations for dining. Accommodated request of room and late check out. Everything we needed was within walking distance-restaurants, shops, etc. would definitely stay here again when in the area.

It's a beautiful area, close to shopping and dining. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Staff goes out of their way to make sure we have everything we need. The breakfast was incredible with a great selection of omelets, meats, biscuits, fruit, pastries, yogurts, oatmeal and cereals.

It was clean. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great. The woman in charge came out and asked if everything was OK and brought out hot food and asked everyone if they wanted some. Other cheap motels I’ve had all kinds of trouble. Not this place. My stay was great.
