Stayed 1 night

Everything was fine & clean other than there was no coffee in the reception even early in the morning. I have never been to a hotel that doesn't have free coffee. That was odd. Other than that, the stay was pleasant and the bed was super comfy!

It was clean however we were promised a breakfast and we were not given one for the two mornings we were there. There was no explanation or offer of compensation.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, overall, this property is outdated. The walls are so thin that I was disturbed all night by my next door neighbors' TV, which must have been their option for white noise. Above me was a heavy footed guest who was up early. Hallway noise also echoed into the room. It was a terrible non-sleeping experience.

Stayed 1 night

The lobby promised the normal Marriott BonVoy standard, but the check in person was rather, not rude, but offhanded. When we got to the room (248) we were a little disappointed by the obviously old and chipped/marked-up furniture. Upon plugging in the cellphone charging block (no USB OUTLETS) we could not get the phones to charge properly because the A/C outlets were very worn and after trying several different outlets, the charging block would not make good connection. We managed to charge 1 phone, but not the other. This same charging block and charging cord works just fine at home. The bed was comfortable, but in the morning, we found that the bathroom was also in need of renovation, the shower/bathtub was old and it was hard to stand comfortably in the bathtub while showering. The toilet was so low to the ground it was more appropriate for toddlers and there was no facial tissue dispenser (or any facial tissues at all) in either the bedroom or the bathroom. I went down to the lobby to get some “ real coffee” because there was just powdered creamer available in a very limited quantity and the coffee was pretty foul. Went to the coffee station, no cups and when I asked for a cup I was told that “free coffee” was only available after breakfast service was finished. I have stayed in many American hotels and never have I been asked to pay for coffee in the lobby when staying in a hotel with a name like Marriott costing $130.00/night! Very disappointed.
