Great hotel. This was an overnight stop for us however the checkin was fast and friendly, our room was clean, modern and quiet. The buffet breakfast was good with hot coffee served all day! Would stay here again!

The lady who greeted us when we arrived was nice. Spoke with her about needing shuttle early the next morning to airport. It was set up for us to be in the lobby at 4am with pick up at 410. The driver didn’t show until almost 430am. We made our plane but didn’t have a lot of time between getting through tsa and boarding. I understand there were other stops but if you have a time set should stick to the time.

The staff were very friendly and it is good location 10 minutes to shopping center. The hotel has late checkout and nice breakfast bar. However, When I arrived at the airport I couldn’t find the shuttle to the hotel and was told by other shuttle drivers to call the hotel reception. I tried to call multiple times but nobody answered. I got onto one of the holiday inn express shuttle , the driver told me that this shuttle doesn’t go to this holiday inn express location but he can drop me.

Staff is friendly. However, first room had a awful stench. I was moved to another room which did not have a smell, however, the bed sheets had a stain and hair. Needless to say, I will not be staying in this hotel again.

Our room had issues with the hot water 2 days in a row leaving us to take showers with lukewarm water. Several strands of hair were also found in the tub. Staff was very pleasant but wouldn’t suggest this hotel to others

The stay was just okay. The rooms could use some work, as the walls had some very obvious cracking in the bathroom area. There were soft spots in the bathtub. The water in the shower barely got warm, & the water pressure was terrible. 🙁

Disappointing, for a couple of reasons. My partner didn’t find the bed comfortable, although I was ok with it. However, the smoke detector directly faced the bed and was placed so that the green blinking light flashed every few seconds, proper placement from the ceiling, rather than the opposite wall. Would make it not visible. Most notable was I was rudely awakened at 1:30 am by the adjoining room noise, which was a tv on at deafening volume. Not exactly the hotels fault, but after an hour of agony trying to sleep they finally turned it off. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I was drowsy the next morning. Not sure we like the soap dispensers, either, prefer a sealed bottle. Location fine, the cookies in the front lobby were good, and staff was courteous. Room was rather small. For the price I expected a bit more.

This hotel was so nice! I have stayed in so many hotels for business travel and I was so impressed by this hotel. The room was huge and clean. The bed was comfy and the lights in the room were bright. There was a fridge and a microwave. Coffee and breakfast were good with so many options. The staff was very nice. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in the Raleigh Durham area.

You can only leave the entrance and enter the adjoining road in a certain way so that if you need to go somewhere to your left, you end up making a gigantic circle due to the fact that you can only turn right and there is a concrete barrier. Also, I can hear everything in the adjoining hotel room. However, the rooms are pretty nice, and the hotel is very clean.

Stayed here for two nights with and we had a great stay. Room was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. We forgot something in our room and the staff was nice enough to call us to let us know that they found our item. Excellent service.

The staff is top notch. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Clean and well appointed. Don’t park close to trees/bushes, as ants got into our car, but the manager was so great about helping us get them cleaned out.

We checked in 2 different times within the week. Both times, no one was at the front desk. We had to ring a doorvell to actually get into the hotel because the doors wouldnt open. The second time, we waited almost 10 mins for someone to come to front desk. We didn't get house keeping even though we didnt have the sign on the door. Ended up having to go downstairs ourselves when we got back to the hotel to get clean towels. Also, when we got there, there were stains on the blanket. Other than that, the rooms were nice, the staff was nice, and breakfast was good.
