Stayed 4 nights

Booked a double bedroom understanding we wouldn’t have some amenities (like iron, hairdryer, and microwave), in-room However what was disappointing was that the lobby didn’t even have these on request. It’s not that expensive to get the most basic of amenities for your customers. A communal Iron and hairdryer can not cost more than $50. A used microwave, which would not only be nice for your customers but also your employees so they could heat up lunch, can’t be more than $30. These little things just show a cheapness and lack of care for the customer’s experience. In terms of cleanliness, it was ok. Surfaces and bed weren’t bad , floor was sticky. Oh and the policies they have, such as only 15 min in the lobby is off putting. I was hopeful staying here, and have had decent experiences at 2 star hotel, but honestly my experience here just made me feel like I should have spent a bit extra to stay at another hotel. Management needs to do better

We left right after checking in and paid for one night rather than actually staying there. The room door barely closed, the elevator was patched with duct tape, the hallway was dark and dirty, the towels looked like old rags, the attendent at checkin said we should park on the far side of the parking lot so we could see our car from the room, (like I should also be worried about my car!). We felt so umcomfortable, we just left and for a small amout more stayed in a hotel that was 1000% better. Fortunately the representative at Hotels.com was able to help us and even gave us some of the money back that we lost for the last minute cancellation. It is listed at about a 7, it should be as 1

Location is awesome, right off the interstate and there’s a lot of decent places to eat and shop nearby. The rooms are outdated but clean.

Rooms were extremely dirty with bugs and cigarette burns in the linen. Stains on the sheets. Surfaces looked like they never get actually cleaned. Microwave was nasty and full of exploded food Floor was stained, holes in the bathroom wall. Didn't feel safe parking the car in the lot

Stayed 3 nights

i was in 2 different rooms. Both had an overwhelming smell of urine. No toilet paper, the A/C did not work. I ended my stay early because the accommodations were terrible. The only positive was the desk staff. They attempted to be helpful and canceled my stay without issue. It's unlikely that I will ever stay in a Red Roof Inn again. Does my account show that I should be receiving a refund?
