Unfortunately, I was not too happy that the toilet in the room I got was semi-clogged. The room overall was not bad, but the facilities were, with only one elevator in working condition near the lobby. They knew we were four in my family, yet they only gave us 3 towels. I guess this is what differentiates a four star hotel than a three. The level of detail that this Sheraton Hotel lacks.

Your elevators have been broken 2 years in a row. The one on the far end near the gym is falling apart and the floor indicator is totally wrong. Need more bartenders at the bar during peak times. The main tv in our suite does not turn on or work.

The property itself is nice. It's located in an office park so there's nothing at walking distance. The Hotel overall was clean, however, its an older hotel and the entire second floor and ny room smelled like old cigarettes. I am sure it's embedded into the building and they can't get rid of it, I had a headache the entire first night. The lobby also smelled like natural gas; im not sure if that's the norm. I aslo had a bad experience with the shuttle service. I was told it lest to the airport at the top of each hour, however when I arrived at the lobby i was told they would not be shuttling guests because they had a "special group " to transport and if i wanted to get a ride I would have to wait for the next hour. OUTSIDE of that, the cleaning staff, the front desk and the syat the coffee shop were great

Very much a business hotel. Courteous staff. Clean well appointed rooms. On site restaurant and bar. Airport shuttle service. On problem is contacting the hotel off site. Pre arranging my pick up, i was never able to get the front desk or concierge to arrange pick up from the airport. I took a cab which was 12bucks.

Great stay in the room. The shuttle service screwed us over going back to the airport in the early morning. We had to order an Uber in order to not miss our flight. We were outside waiting for the shuttle at 4:55 AM. Which we found out left early. The next guy shows up and states “I am not leaving until 5:30 AM. What kind of service is that. Someone should have taken us as we were out there in time waiting for the 5:00 AM, you need to accommodate for your shuttle leaving early.

Staff was great. But I had to move rooms the first night because of a spider infestation on the first floor. I understand first floor issues but after killing the 8th small spider and seeing more we had to move. We then were moved to the top floor and on the way out there was a cockroach on our sink. These type of critters can get into your luggage and accidentally take them back home. Overall the lobby and amenities were nice but we will not be returning.

The property is nice, room is nice, staff were friendly. The comforter on the bed was dirty. I called for new bedding and housekeeping did bring it up quickly. I gave a rating of average because after a long days trip, you don’t want to have to strip a bed and change the linen. You want the comfort of knowing that your bed will be clean.

Everything was great. The woman who checked me in was friendly and inviting. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our air conditioning wasn’t working and not only did the maintenance guy fix it right away, he even came back later on to ask us if it was still working properly! Only complaints are the thin walls, we could hear the neighboring room crystal clear. Also there was some kind of alum thing that had like 5 big buses blocking the entrance so we couldn’t pull up to the door in the rain. Not the fault of the hotel, just rude of the buses sitting there when there was no one around to get on them.

I had a pretty terrible stay at the Sheraton. I've been staying hear on business for years, and this was my last time. Cold showers both mornings. Even after the renovation, things are already looking dingy. My shower dripped non-stop.

Checkout time is 12 PM, but room service knocked on my door at 9 AM, making it seem like I needed to leave. I politely informed them that checkout was at noon. About 15 minutes later, a man returned and actually used his key card to open my door, attempting to come in. Thankfully, I had the top latch locked. Perhaps they were new and unaware of the checkout time, but the experience left me feeling frustrated and uneasy. Guests should feel secure and respected in their rooms until checkout time.. other than that everything was fine

Staff left our room door open for an unknown period of time (we were gone about 10 hours) , didn't replace dirty towels, put trashcan on top of suitcases instead of putting it back in the bathroom. Dirty glassware was left in the room each day. Busy mother's day & graduation weekend for them but these things should be almost muscle memory items to do. Bar service was slow which seems odd as this is generally a money maker... it was not busy. Head bartender seemed to deliberately slow walk ingredients for our drinks. Can't recommend this place

This is a great hotel and we had amazing, helpful staff. Airport shuttle is great. It's in a very quiet area, but definitely not walkable to anything! Rooms are spacious and well designed and the cafe and bar were nice.

Slightly older property but was easily accessible. We were there to attend a graduation ceremony for Duke and this was a more reasonable option compared to hotels closer to Duke. About a 17-20 mins drive from Duke. I would recommend this property

The rooms are newly renovated. The pool area was nice! We had two options for the breakfast. They had a buffet which my friend chose and she said it was very good. The other option was ordering from the front store which was my option because they have food from La’Farm which is a French bakery they have in Cary and everything is delicious there. We had the package where our breakfast was included.

Overall I had a good stay here, but there were a few things I found that aren't specified in the listing. 1) the hotel is used for a number of business events, but from Friday to Monday is effectively closed. This means the restaurant is not available during these times for any meals which isn't specified. There is a bar for 4 breakfast options and Starbucks coffees but no evening options which I found a bit misleading 2) I'm not convinced the hotel doesn't smell of stale smoke. The hotel is non smoking, but as a non smoker there is a lingering smell which I found difficult to get used to, even over a 7+ day stay The staff are pleasant and helpful and even helped me with suggestions of what to do on the weekends so no complaints here, it was clean and the parking lot was huge. The gym is next door with free access to a fitness connection which I used a few times and was good enough for me
