Clean, quiet, no frills stay. Hot water shower works & The king size bed gave me the rest I needed after driving from DC. Staff was friendly and accommodating, the next day they quickly cleaned 3 rooms for a group of colleagues that arrived the next morning so they could check in early. They have a vending machine that was stocked, ice machine works. No fridge or microwave in room; I didn’t missed it. Local area had really good food options, the restaurant on the property opened at 11:30 am so opted to go 7 minutes away, at 7ish am. Plenty of close by shops if you need go out to get anything including Walmart, Target, TJ Maxx, etc… Gas stations aren’t far apart either. If I need to come to Hamburg again I would stay at Red Roof Inn.

Flithy room in terrible condition. Dirty toilet, all surfaces sticky, old gum stuck on the floor, dog hair everywhere, base boards missing around the br tub, shelf falling off the br wall, sink looks like it is falling off the wall and was chaulked to stay put, no door sweep on outer door - cold air blowing into room, dog scratched all over br door, secured latch looked like it was broken in and never fixed just re-screwed back on, room was across the parking lot from I-90 with trucks going by with semi trucks going by all night. The did not remove snow on walkways or salt. Very slippery an unsafe! Staff was un welcoming, no eye contact, didn't really care about my polite feed back concerning the room but offered to tell manager The sheet were soft and clean. The billows were like boards. The bedspread was clean and pretty. RRI SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HAVING THEIR NAME ATTACHED TO THIS PROPERTY!!! Hotels.com should remove this property from their offerings. It is a blackeye on the service they offer.

Room was very dirty. Had a non smoking room that reeked of smoke. Bath mat in bathroom was filthy, the shower was filled with mold and hair. the bed sheets were stained and the pillows must be several years old with how flat they are. It was very loud with the freeway, could hear the traffic all night. I travel a lot, and this property is by far the worst I’ve stayed in. Never again.

In the first 10 min in our room we found a bed bug, the sheets were dirty, the chairs were dirty, they did move us to another room that was at least a little bit better, we asked for a refund so we could go somewhere else but they wouldn’t do that. 100% would never stay here again.

This was one of the worst stays of my life. Used towels in our bathroom. Black curly hairs on the shower wall, towels and pillow. The heating did not work. If it were not -10 outside, I’d rather sleep on my car. The receptionist ignored us, he was in the back on his phone. Had to call reception twice in order to get basic service. This establishment should not be allowed on hotels.com. They need to downgrade their hotel rating to a 0 star, 2 stars is far too generous.

The property was not taken care of overall. The building was run down, room horrible unclean and in ill repair. Sheets and bedding stained, walls and ceiling had stains on them, the floor was sticky and falling apart, furniture damaged, shower drain broken, door did not seal properly so was letting in bugs. I would NOT BOOK THIS ROOM! There is a nicer Hampton Inn right down the street.

To say it is a budget friendly in is an understatement. There are no special amenities including cable TV. The only option was to pay for movies. Everything was older and only in fair shape. I don't believe I would stay there again.

Old and poorly maintained. Property smells badly like Cigarette smoke. Linen dirty. Floors are dirty. Dirt in shower. Walls in shower are slimy and gross. Floor was slippery. Wi fi did not reach our room. Would have left if it was not Saturday night and no other options as all hotels booked in area.

One side of the building is right next to a major highway and is VERY noisy. Killed at least 5 bugs in the room over 3 days. Generally not very clean. Old furniture. Looks like it hasn't been updated in decades. Staff was helpful.

The front desk staff were nice. Both keys did not work upon getting to my room so I had to go back to the office to get working keys. The front of the dresser was missing a wood panel. The beds were very uncomfortable and the room was very dated. The outside A/C unit was missing a cover. It looked like a $50 room, not a $150 room.

It wasn’t terrible for the price but it was kinda a sketchy place. Staff was weird and unhelpful. Our toilet would not flush and the maintenance guy came in our room without saying a word to us and fixed the toilet and than proceeded to get toilet water all over our room and stuff on his way out.

I had to cut my trip short by two of five pre-paid nights, and they refused to refund any of it. I think it was in the fine print, but even when I called to try to negotiate something it was impossible to get through. Nobody would ever pick up, or I got a phone disconnected message. Thank God I didn't, say, leave some meds or something behind. Very poor customer service.

This was the most horrible experience I have had in any Expedia reservation. As I arrived at 3pm on Sep 7, I was told by the hotel clerk on duty at the reception that Expedia had cancelled the reservation and I had no reservation. After arguing with with clerk, he noted that such cancellation was an Expedia issue and they had nothing to do with that. Frustrated, I had to spend sometime to find another accommodation on a rush and ended up paying twice the amount of this reservation on the most horrific hotel available in the area.

I must say everybody is very friendly and the staff is very nice but I've been coming to this place for over 20 years and as the years have progressed it has gotten worse when I first got there there was dirty clothes in the bathroom and there was 30 linens on the bed I was disappointed because it's one of my it was one of my favorite places to stay but this time really disappointed me about how I'm cleanly it was and the area is starting to fall apart

The fridge and microwave were clean. The floor was clean. The tub and shower had signs of mold. There was no hair dryer even to borrow. The pet area was chock full of dog poop. The desk person was very personable and nice. The complimentary coffee was extremely watery and not good.

Overall, good spot for an one night stay at a drivable distance from Niagara Falls. Coffee is available only from 6 AM - 12 noon. That too was not hot and had to microwave at the room. So, please don't keep your expectations too high.
