Beautiful Amazing boutique hotel , met all My expectations it’s more beautiful in person I posted and everyone kept asking me for the details of this place !! This hotel is not by the beach is in the jungle about 20min by the beach And only 7mim from the centro/downtown were there’s a lot of restaurants, tacos stand , souvenir shops it’s also closer to Cenotes, Mayan Ruins the hotel staff is very nice they help you find a taxi and have it ready for you, they’re very helpful! They also recommended an app were you can order food For r u can order from hotel but they close at 3pm hotel only provides room service There’s no restaurant but it’s a beautiful place if u want to relax in your room in your own pool especially if u want a Romantic getaway ! Husband loved it for his bday!!

Excelente estadía el staff fue súper amable nuestra habitación estuvo siempre limpia y arreglada cuando llegábamos de nuestras salidas, ofrecen muchos servicios de masajes y comida a la habitación, el servicio de renta de movilidad fue muy eficaz y servicial, nos encantó y volveríamos aquí sin dudarlo.

I stayed for a night. The staff was very helpful. They assisted with taxi booking, recommended restaurants, and fulfilled things you may need. Some notes: there is no lobby if you arrive early. But there is a tiny bar that is meant to be only for room service. They will serve you drinks and food till you get your place ready for checking in. Limited menu but very good. very clean and well managed. Air conditioning is good and beautiful interior design. Peacfull place to stay and relax in private pool.

Absolutely beautiful property! An amazing luxury for an amazing price! Very intimate I think only 12 suites, the pool is very enjoyable and deep enough for a good swim. Hostess on sight Stephanie is the sweetest and very accommodating. She will help with taxis into hotel zone. I would suggest renting a car though if possible the main hotel zone with the beach clubs is only 12-15 minute drive but the taxis add up after 2 days. You’ll have a great time at the property me and my friend got such good pictures and had a blast! Thank you definitely will be back!!!

Anat was wonderful! Stephanie was extremely hospitable, kind and efficient. The room was gorgeous and immaculately clean. The pool, tub, and shower were beautiful & the perfect temperature. The bed was so comfortable! The AC was powerful and cooled us down from the Mexican heat. I loved my massage & the fresh pineapple juice was delicious. There was free self parking out front. It’s 15 minutes away from the beach and in close proximity of many shops and clubs. They don’t serve alcohol here, but you can easily grab what you need or have it ordered from a nearby liquor store. If you’re into zen, I highly recommend Anat!

Habitación limpia , la alberca excepcional , el personal muy amable con atención especial a Stephania de recepción que siempre fue muy amable y resolver nuestras dudas, el hotel tiene ese encanto de estar en medio de la selva en un oasis solo para ti , los únicos detalles que tuvimos fue que se nos fue la luz debido a un corto y los blancos de la habitación estaban manchados y la propiedad en si necesitaba mantenimiento, porque tiene mucho potencial, definitivamente regresaría.

The room was exactly as described and pictured. The staff on site were incredibly nice and helpful. Everything was very clean. We loved the privacy of the hotel, and yet it is still conveniently close to downtown Tulum. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

I a great solo stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive, and engaging. My room was clean, and comfortable. I experienced a soothing, relaxing Cleopatra Bath on my first night (spa service). It was so refreshing. Room service checked in everyday to change towels and make up my bed. I got a Mayan Clay massage on my last day in my room (spa service). Each room is a private villa with its own pool. Perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. The hotel is off the beaten path, but close enough to access the action in La Valeta. I will definitely be revisiting this place.

I had was reserved for 2 nights but checked out after staying one not, getting no sleep at all. The white bed linen was stained, there was a bed throw placed over the stains to hide it when I checked it. (I have pictures and videos if needed) The hot water in the shower didn’t work. There was a tapping sound on the door all night that made me believe something/someone was trying to get in. Solo female traveler, I was terrified. Called the Hilton at 5am and was told that I could check in at 9am. I was there at 8!

Loved our stay & will be back. Stephanie was super accommodating and met all of our needs. My first time in Tulum & absolutely no complaints. Looks just like photos & the vibe was very peaceful ! 5 min drive to a strip with tons of affordable street food, and there are some restaurants on the strip as well. There’s also a beautiful park on the strip and the area feels safe. I would get a rental next time, but to only stay in the local area because some places take you through the actual jungle with no real road to be able to get to your destination. Easy to access a taxi tho. Tip: if you are planning to go to sculpture park it’s 20 min drive and located next to the beach so pack a bathing suit to enjoy the beach afterwards. There is a nice strip over there as well with bars and restaurants along the beach. We walked the beach and found several fun things to do over there. Food in that area was pricey in my opinion (compared to the strip by the hotel).

O hotel é lindo! Como uma arquitetura única. O quarto é exatamente como nas fotos, muito grande e amplo. Piscina linda e privativa! E o silêncio do quarto é algo incrível, pois vc está no meio da mata. A banheira de cobre é linda, e tem água bem quente! Um charme! Ponto a melhorar: colchão, um pouco mole demais, prepare a coluna! Entendo o lance da arquitetura, que inclusive elogio aqui na mensagem, mas não ter persianas que escurecem mais o quarto incomoda muito, principalmente nesse período que tem festas em Tulum e vc acaba chegando pela manhã, logo não consegue dormir direito com tanta Claridade. Se prepare para isso!

Beautiful Rooms, Very Private, easy and quick check in, very professional staff. The Pictures don't do justice to the place. It's Peaceful and Beautiful.The only little thing that bothered me but was not a big deal was the traffic noise on the outside private pool. I did fix the problem on my own by playing mayan music on my speaker, so maybe bring a small speaker if traffic noise bothers you. Really enjoyed and stay and I will definitely return.

This was such a beautiful property, the rooms are spacious and open up to your own private outdoor living space and private pool. The copper bathtub was beautiful and comfortably fits two. The value of this hotel is excellent. It’s not walkable but they will call a taxi for you which is easy, and it’s about a $15 taxi ride into the town of La Veletta which has everything you need with great food and drinks. I will definitely stay here again!

Very beutiful hitel I highly reccomend. Stephanie the receptionist and all the staff were so kind and helpful it made the stay wonderful. The service was great and its very close to the centro so it makes it convenient to take transport or an atv/scooter. I wish we could have stayed longer

The hotel itself was beautiful and the food was good. We were happy with our stay until the reception booked our cab at 3x the price of all other taxis we took throughout our 8 day stay at various hotels and airbnbs in tulum. I asked the taxi driver why the price was so high, as we had previously paid less than half for longer rides the day before and we were told that the prices were set by the hotel and he couldn’t do anything about it. For this reason, I would not recommend this hotel.

Loved our stay & will be back. Stephanie was super accommodating and met all of our needs. My first time in Tulum & absolutely no complaints. Looks just like photos & the vibe was very peaceful ! 5 min drive to a strip with tons of affordable street food, and there are some restaurants on the strip as well. There’s also a beautiful park on the strip and the area feels safe. I would get a rental next time, but to only stay in the local area because some places take you through the actual jungle with no real road to be able to get to your destination. Easy to access a taxi tho. Tip: if you are planning to go to sculpture park it’s 20 min drive and located next to the beach so pack a bathing suit to enjoy the beach afterwards. There is a nice strip over there as well with bars and restaurants along the beach. We walked the beach and found several fun things to do over there. Food in that area was pricey in my opinion (compared to the strip by the hotel).

Beautiful Amazing boutique hotel , met all My expectations it’s more beautiful in person I posted and everyone kept asking me for the details of this place !! This hotel is not by the beach is in the jungle about 20min by the beach And only 7mim from the centro/downtown were there’s a lot of restaurants, tacos stand , souvenir shops it’s also closer to Cenotes, Mayan Ruins the hotel staff is very nice they help you find a taxi and have it ready for you, they’re very helpful! They also recommended an app were you can order food For r u can order from hotel but they close at 3pm hotel only provides room service There’s no restaurant but it’s a beautiful place if u want to relax in your room in your own pool especially if u want a Romantic getaway ! Husband loved it for his bday!!

The staff were amazing!! And went above and beyond. They helped me with taxi each day, setting up my body scrub service on my day of arrival. The property is nice, and really private, love the private pool. Dislike in the brass finishes they are a bit outdated and need a bit of refresh, but the place was clean, the pool was maintained. The only reason for 4 stars is the location, I spent a lot of money on transportation, this was my first time in Tulum and this place is about 25 minutes away from the hotels strip and beach and 10 minutes from downtown Tulum club spots. So i expected ease of travel, but lord these taxi drivers charges an arm and a leg to go anywhere!! Average cab fare was about $35 US and in the evenings some would charge $50 USD. Wasn’t prepared for that. This place is more for a couple looking to disconnect and be removed from the world, and perhaps venture out a day or two. Best recommendation rent a car. From the airport to the hotel i was lucky i found someone for $45 but most charge $60. Again the staff amazing.

Beautiful property/room. Very clean and tranquil. The hotel is perfectly located away from the noise and activity of downtown Tulum and bustling hotel area, but a quick and easy drive to restaurants, beaches, and shopping. I had minimum interaction with the hotel staff, but they were always kind and friendly when we did cross paths.

Absolutely beautiful property! An amazing luxury for an amazing price! Very intimate I think only 12 suites, the pool is very enjoyable and deep enough for a good swim. Hostess on sight Stephanie is the sweetest and very accommodating. She will help with taxis into hotel zone. I would suggest renting a car though if possible the main hotel zone with the beach clubs is only 12-15 minute drive but the taxis add up after 2 days. You’ll have a great time at the property me and my friend got such good pictures and had a blast! Thank you definitely will be back!!!

La propiedad está increíble, un verdadero paraíso, no alcanza una noche para descansar y disfrutar, no alcanzamos a tomar algún servicio del spa. Por el precio recomiendo que los clósets estén equipados con porta maletas y ganchos, tal vez batas y pantuflas , colocar los kleenex en una caja acorde a la decoración de la habitación. La tina de ensueño y no se diga la alberca privada. Hubo un tema con la regadera pero en todo momento nos ayudaron. La atención fue muy buena desde el momento de la reservación, mi esposo quedó fascinado pues fue su regalo de cumpleaños. El desayuno puede mejorar más, aún que nos encantó desayunar en la terraza un platillo estaba algo salado y ácido el otro ácido, colocar servilletas también faltó. Aceptan cargo habitación pero al no tener terminal bancaria piden tus datos de tarjeta para pago mediante sitio web, decidimos mejor pagar en efectivo. This is a very beautiful hotel. Here you feel like Jazmin -- the princess of Aladdin~ :D I love it, in the middle of the jungle, isolated from other things, with a private pool. The room for me is apt for individuals or couple, but not when you travel with friends as the shower is "open" to the room. If you take turns and that other people doesn\'t get into the room, but stay in the pool area it is ok. This hotel is not very far away from Tulum (Only 6km), however, the taxi will charge you 200 pesos to 350 pesos to get there. You can take a combi there, and tell the driver to leave you 100 meters before the Cenote Cristal.

The hotel itself was beautiful and the food was good. We were happy with our stay until the reception booked our cab at 3x the price of all other taxis we took throughout our 8 day stay at various hotels and airbnbs in tulum. I asked the taxi driver why the price was so high, as we had previously paid less than half for longer rides the day before and we were told that the prices were set by the hotel and he couldn’t do anything about it. For this reason, I would not recommend this hotel.

I stayed for a night. The staff was very helpful. They assisted with taxi booking, recommended restaurants, and fulfilled things you may need. Some notes: there is no lobby if you arrive early. But there is a tiny bar that is meant to be only for room service. They will serve you drinks and food till you get your place ready for checking in. Limited menu but very good. very clean and well managed. Air conditioning is good and beautiful interior design. Peacfull place to stay and relax in private pool.

Si buscas un lugar para estar con tu pareja y relajarse, este hotel es una excelente opción. Mi esposo y yo nos sentimos seguros y en un ambiente relajado, cada parte de la habitación está increíble desde la comodidad de la cama hasta el área de la alberca. Amé la privacidad en la alberca, nosotros si teníamos agua caliente en la habitación y el servicio de wifi está muy bien. Yo disfruté leer, y nadar. El único comentario que tengo es sobre el servicio de Room service, ya que siento que no tiene muchas opciones en el menú, y al menos yo ordené chilaquiles que picaban demasiado para mi, cuestiones de gustos pero los huevos a mexicana muy sabrosos. Muchos insectos alrededor pero es lo que espera estando dentro de la selva, el hotel me encantó y si regresaría. 🌸✨

Anat was wonderful! Stephanie was extremely hospitable, kind and efficient. The room was gorgeous and immaculately clean. The pool, tub, and shower were beautiful & the perfect temperature. The bed was so comfortable! The AC was powerful and cooled us down from the Mexican heat. I loved my massage & the fresh pineapple juice was delicious. There was free self parking out front. It’s 15 minutes away from the beach and in close proximity of many shops and clubs. They don’t serve alcohol here, but you can easily grab what you need or have it ordered from a nearby liquor store. If you’re into zen, I highly recommend Anat!

Property is beautiful exactly as pictured. The host Stephanie was great and accommodating. Driving in and out of property is a bit unsafe due to bushes impeding view of oncoming traffic. Kitchen was closed during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall a good experience.

Excelente hotel! Unos de los mejores que he visitado. El único problema es que no hay quien te lleve la maleta a la habitación y en pasillo es de piedritas, la maleta no rueda y toca cargarla. Tampoco hay comida con servicio a la habitación 24h.
