The resort was very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The entertainment team was amazing. I had a great overall experience. Some things I didn't like were the resort offered no water activities, the music at the pool was very boring, I liked some restaurants better then others.

The staff was amazing and respectful Dionisio in special. The facilities was clean just be prepared about the mosquito, I recommend long pants at night. The beach it’s no the best to swim but good to rest. Our reservation was all inclusive and they charge 50.00 dollar for bed at the beach and it’s optional. They have 5 restaurants: Mexican, Italian, Seafood, Sushi and The world cafe that is the Buffet that is regular in options.

Absolutely stunning resort! The rooms are gorgeous with a vide variety of views. House keeping kept the place perfectly stocked and staff all around the resort were always so pleased to help with your any desire! Good food options and tons of different alcohols and fun drinks to be had. A cute cafe on the property along with a pharmacy, ice cream parlor and shops for necessities! A wide variety of night life with always something going on. I absolutely loved my stay her

Property is dated but clean. Wait time at French restaurant was unacceptable especially for the meal you received, very average. Needs an adult only pool. Paid for adult suite, but rooms next to me had kids, why did I pay for this upgrade? Entertainment was good. Staff was friendly and attentive.

It’s a beautiful place, the beach it’s amazing, facilities are refurbished and looks really nice, all the staff is so kind and helpful, pool is really cool. It’s a amazing place to spend great time with family or couple. The only opp to me are the drinks in the pool bars, taste is like the same no matter what you ask. Not the best ones.

There was a cockroach live in our restroom and there was dead mosquitoes all over the restroom and between the towels. I contacted front desk and they just said they were going to fumigate but didnt moved us from room. Every day we were there there was mosquitos or some kind of bug dead by the sink. They never clean the tub had yellow stains like pee we didnt used it cus of that. But they did change my room from what I had booked they gave me a king size bed no couch when I booked it was a king size bed with a couch. When I got there I had to upgrade so I could get a couch since it was me and my 19 year old and my 9 year old I had to pay $180 dollars additional to what I had already paid for.

The hotel and rooms were dated, you can tell it's an older resort. The pool tiles and concrete were either breaking off or peeling. The main pool was also a little dirty. The resort could use a refresh. The food at the Buffet for Breakfast, lunch and dinner was repetitive every day, and would probably give it a 6.5/10 for the selection and quality. Staff were nice overall, but some try to take advantage and sell you overpriced premium liquor.. But I guess that's Mexico overall..

Attended this property for a friend's wedding. Beach Buttle: Gentlemen by the name of Salvador was a phenomenal attendant in the beach area! He made the beach experience fun! Conditions of the rooms were deplorable. 1st room, strong unbearable smell of sewage, bathroom shower door missing, room filty, entrance door did not close properly. The swim out pool was not clean when we arrived. 2nd room, filty: bed linen not clean, vomit on the glass of the bathroom enclosure and overall room conditions poor: room needed to be dust, swept and mopped. 1 light out in the bathroom. 2 housekeepers and a maintenance worker came to correct the condtions of the room and they did. Afterwards, we were assigned a housekeeper by the name of Silvio, she was great! She attended to all of our cleaning needs. She ensured the room was cleaned daily with fresh linens and towels. The food and drinks around the resort were subpar. The Coco Cafe area near the check in desk had better tasting pastry/food then the restaurants. Staff was courteous and friendly.

The property is really nice, and the staff is excellent. We got really good service. However, some of the rooms have leaky ceilings. I think that's because of the AC units. Do not use too much toilet paper, as you will definitely clog your toilet, resulting in an embarrassing call for a plunger. Although it's no fault of the resort, there is quite a bit of trash on the beach. That came as a surprise. Despite what might be considered negatives, we had a great time and would gladly return. Please don't be rude to the staff. I saw some ugly behavior from some guests. No one deserved that. By the way, whoever in these comments complains about the restaurants must be used to dining at Michelin-starred restaurants. I, for one, really enjoyed the food at the resort. It's an all-inclusive. I'm not sure what people expect.

The place is beautiful, the staff is great but the rooms need work. Bathroom and shower doors don’t close properly. At night I can hear my neighbors entire conversation. And I don’t know what would posses a company to reuse old chips at a Buffett but it really ruined breakfast for me. I really like chilaquiles, tried a couple times in case it was a one off. Nope. Gross tasting chips that have been clearly reused day after day. I am all for not wasting food if it’s still good. The food was over all mediocre. In a place like Mexico where food is so delicious and affordable I would not do an all inclusive again. The best food we had the whole trip was on our day trip to Chichen Itza and the Senote. Then at the airport when we were leaving. Although a truly beautiful location as a Mexican/American I would not go back. This place gave slight cruise vibes where they are often trying to upsell you. Not a fan.

The beach at this resort was extremely disappointing. It was completely covered in sargassum/seaweed, with about 8 feet to get through before reaching the water. Disgusting. Since the resort doesn’t make an effort to clean it up, the entire area had a strong, unpleasant smell—similar to rotten eggs. I understand sargassum/ seaweed can’t be controlled and it’s not the resorts fault. However, all the resorts I’ve stayed at clean up the sargassum to ensure guest can enjoy the beach. Not this resort, they do not maintain their beach. Very disappointing. My main reason for visiting was to explore their wedding venues, as I was seriously considering hosting my wedding here. Unfortunately, after this experience, I’ve decided against it. On a positive note, the customer service is excellent. However, the rooms are very outdated, and the hallways and elevators give off a neglected, almost eerie vibe. The accommodations are badly in need of renovation. Overall, I do not recommend this resort. For reference, it is about 1.5 hours from Cancun airport

The thing i didn't like the most was they put me in a room with a dysfunctional jacuzzi, why would you put someone in a room that pays good money for something that doesn't work and try to downgrade me to something smaller??? That doesn't even make sense, before you put someone in any of these rooms, you have to make sure everything is functional...But that wasn't professional in my book

While the staff was friendly and helpful, that didn't quite make up for the overall stress of the constant upselling. Additionally, the food was quite disappointing. It didn't live up to the quality we had expected, and we struggled to find meals that were enjoyable. Overall, the views were the highlight of our trip, but the lack of relaxation and the constant sales pressure made it hard to fully enjoy our stay. Not quite the dream vacation we were hoping for.

I wish I could give this resort a high rating. Had high hopes, but there were many let downs. The food was not great. The resort was boring with limited entertainment. Even though the resort would say there would be an event at a specific time, it would not happen. For ex we were told there would be a foam party at noon, got there and instead it was just the staff dancing by the pool. The staff was not helpful when you would ask for help into town or any other things you needed help with. The staff was not that friendly. The resort did not honor my Expedia vip perks. The property is huge and the pool and beach are a long walk.

Very nice meet n greet upon arrival. Then the hard sell for Hilton time share. We did not appreciate that before the hotel and shuttle. Also, we feel that once we didn’t agree to meet about the whole timeshare program, we were short changed on service. ( I.e. Beds were not made up and replaced ) the grounds and the restaurants were beautiful if you enjoy staying in one location and doing a limited amount of activities. We found more fun on the catamaran for the sunset cruise.

Only issue is as expedia had it like it was close to the airport. Its almost 2 hours away. Ypu gotta take a taxi to a Ferry then from the Ferry 45 min drive to the resort. Thats a lot dragging suitcases

Stayed here August 2024 with my teenagers and felt completely safe! AC in room was amazing, lots of great dining options. Never difficulty to grab a seat at a restaurant. Staff was amazing ! Rooms need a little updating but nothing that would stop me from going back. Wish they had a shuttle into town even if it was just twice a day. As close as it is to Tulum cabs are expensive!

This was our first visit to Tulum and we will definitely be back! The service at this resort was 5 star (especially Alfonzo at the preferred beach), rooms beautiful and well cared for, the food/drinks were fantastic along with prompt room service on any request. We loved how secluded this resort was with miles of beaches to explore. We look forward to bringing our kids with us next trip!!!

We had a wonderful time and could see how hard everyone works to make the stay enjoyable. Breakfast buffet was fantastic and water was great. My only comment would be for the hotel offer free shuttle to and from the airport as it can be very expensive. The resort is already all inclusive so that should be included as well given how much it costs to travel.

The grounds were lovely and the employees were so friendly and helpful through the property. We stayed in the Hacienda building and it was a bit ‘worn around the edges’ but overall a very nice room. It’s location was excellent as the property as a whole is very large and this building was right by all the things- ocean, pools, all restaurants, and evening entertainment. Our patio was absolutely wonderful as it was large and had a uninterrupted view of the pool and ocean. Perfect place to sit in the evening as it was shaded at that point. The food at room service and the buffet was decent, nothing fabulous. Sushi restaurant was delicious as was the Sea Side grill and both of the evening entertainment dinners we attended we very good. We did have some trouble getting our mini fridge restocked with waters. It took 3 different tries- once on the room’s ordering tablet, once by phone call, and once I actually went down to concierge desk. Finally I just happened to catch someone as he was walking by with the refill cart. We were there for 9 days and it was extremely hot, cold water was a must! We were staying in the preferred section which should have offered a bit more in that department. Before we arrived I purchased an in-room decoration package and at check out was charged again for the service. We had to say something and have the front desk call and verify.Lastly, the resort did not offer much in the way if free non- motorized sports.

I liked that the layout and style of the buildings. Only 3 stories high made it feel more secluded and not like a big resort complex. Also, the architecture looks more traditional to the area than some of those big resort complexes. Being on the beach was a plus in addition to the 2 pools. The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained.

First time with dreams, very clean , pleasant and helpful staff. Staff don't bother you like other resorts. Rooms are good spacious , I upgraded my room to a ocean view and it was so worth it. Love waking up and seeing the ocean and listening to the wave. Overall love this place I would highly recommended. Its safe to travel to Mexico !!!

The resort was great. The staff was amazing, especially the restaurant servers and those ar the pool and the beach. My only complaint is the restaurant reservation system or lack there of. You are unable to make reservations and sometimes they have multiple restaurants closed at the same time. It ends up being a mad dash with everyone trying to a place to eat. Unless you want to eat at the buffet (and I didn’t pay that amount of money to eat at the buffet every night) you may have to wait up to 2 hours. I felt sorry for the excellent staff, who had to deal with all of the frustrated hungry people. If I was in charge of that operation, I would put everything online so that as soon you’ve arranged and paid for your vacation, you are given access to a reservation page. It would alleviate the frustrion for the vacationers and be much more fair to the staff.

limited dining options and the food was OK. The coco cafe the one coffee shop does not open until 7. The juice bar has limited hours and opens at 9. No food options after 10:30. The staff is friendly so they accommodated our big group wherever possible.
