Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The resort including our room was extremely clean, house keeping was exceptional, and any request we had was immediately taken care of. We loved the grounds transportation from the lobby to our casa which ran literally every 3-5 minutes around the entire property! The grounds are very well kept and the staff work around the clock ensuring guests have a great experience. Luciano in the lobby bar was by far my favorite! He addressed us by name each day and remembered our order! Daniel (manager of steakhouse) was amazing!!! He ensured our dining experience was great which resulted in us dining at the steakhouse for another night. Ryan (the hibachi chef) was also a favorite! He was very entertaining and personable. Maria at the adults only pool kept the food and drinking coming the entire day! We really enjoyed the food at the Asian restaurant, hibachi (make a separate reservation for this), the steakhouse, Mexal (Mexican) and the lobby bar food was consumed DAILY! We didn’t care too much for the buffet for dinner which is why the amazing restaurants are offered you just need to book your reservations as soon as you check in to ensure a spot! Breakfast buffet was good but we opted for breakfast in Mexal instead daily which was great! My only complaint is the cleanliness of the pools especially the adults only pool. The water is extremely dirty but after a few drinks…no one cares LOL. The nightly entertainment could also be improved.

Overall a great experience for our family, the kid swim park was closed for a couple days straight during our stay. But the ocean was clean so we used that instead. The restaurant options were nice, might come back next year. The staff were super friendly

Truly the best all inclusive experience yet. Every single employee there is so attentive. The one thing I was a little upset about was no true swim up pool bar. However, the wait staff that would bring you drinks before you even had to ask truly made up for that. This was a trip I did not want to leave, and if my adventures ever take back to tulum, I will absolutely be staying here again!

I stayed for an adult vacation at the Hilton in Tulum. The property is lovely and clean. Pools were nice. Jacuzzis were not hot, they were like warm and couldn’t find how to turn them on - others also had issues. The food… was nothing to write home about, everything was bland and needed seasoning. The breakfast diy tacos were the best thing we all ate. The staff was lovely and polite and helpful. Take cash so you can tip them!

It is a beautiful property; unfortunately, it rain 80% of the time; therefore, I did not get a chance to get in as much beach time as I wanted. Additionally, they do not have a dance floor/club for night life. Therefore, you will have to go off the Resort for night life after 11:00 PM and traveling is very expensive.

The whole experience was amazing, the message at the Conrad Spa was out of this world, the service and attention to detail from the staff was beyond incredible, I had small accident while at the pool but the staff was beyond helpful. We took this trip around our 4 year old daughter and she loved the kids club and the kids pool. The only complaint I would have is that my wife as a vegan really had a hard time finding food options throughout the day. The reservation restaurants were amazing and had plenty of options to choose from. Overall it was an amazing experience. Thanks to the amazing team

This hotel is truly amazing. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The food was top notch. The property has something like 5 pools (we only went to two). The beach has amenities like kayaks for use. The hotel casas line the beach and have shuttles running constantly, there is hardly a wait for the shuttles. The kids club is a beautiful area with climbing and horse ride on toys. The only bummer was that the kids pool/splash area (which was originally why we booked this hotel) was closed the entire week we were there. But even with the kids pool down, we had an amazing time! We will be returning! Note: bring bug spray! With afternoon showers, the bugs came out.

Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort is like no other place! The clean and pristine grounds is beyond well maintained and should be seen by all. My stay was incredible and I already can’t wait to return. The restaurants have the best foods and well curated. They are a cut above all other resorts.

He was very disappointed with the service had roaches in the room. The manager wasn’t helpful four days. We were very disappointed. It was too busy at the front desk complaining about this and that AC wasn’t working so he wasn’t very happy with us day.

Limited dining reservation availability even when restaurants have open tables. Dirty pools. Broken tiles in the pool wounded our friend. Can't believe this is a Hilton hotel. Not recommended

Overall we had a great stay. The property is stunning. However we got a room on the first floor at first (the highest floor is 3), and we found it quite an invasion of privacy to have a walking path right outside our window without telling us so we chose to upgrade to 3rd floor. They were super understanding of that and we happily paid but be aware when booking. Food wise I went in with high expectations and was a bit let down but it was overall fine. The room service is really good for a late night treat. Drinks are great too. But for real Mexican food go into town and get tacos from a street food stand. I wouldn’t go back but I would recommend for a relaxing vacay.

We loved the modernness - open, light, bright, clean, spacious, and well-appointed / gorgeous designs all throughoutof this 5-star all-inclusive resort that we dubbed as the best kept secret AND our new "home-away-from-home!" TOP NOTCH SERVICE AND STAFF, TOO!

I took my bachelorette trip here in April 2025. The resort is lovely and overall so gorgeous. Our rooms were very clean and the beds were comfy. I’ve never stayed somewhere with nicer staff, they really made the trip special. Oscar at the lobby bar makes the best espresso martinis and margaritas. He was also so fun and attentive. Betuel and Isaías the bellhops gave us a special tour around the resort to show us everything so we wouldn’t have to walk. The food was pretty good, we especially loved the Italian restaurant La Luce, the prosciutto pizza was incredible. The ribeye tacos at SeaSalt were also great! The staff never forgot to ask us about food allergies and really remembered who was allergic to what. They also had quite a few vegan options at every eatery. Vela sur was a great way to start our day with Oceanside breakfast. Overall, the resort experience was lovely, we really enjoyed it all, from the rooms to the pools, but what made this trip special were the resort employees. There are too many to name, thank you to all the employees for making this an unforgettable trip!

Many of the rooms at this hotel have a view of the ocean, and I specifically paid extra for an “Ocean View” room. Unless you pay an upcharge, you will get a “Nature View room (jungle). Our room was on ground level, with a berm in front of our patio. You could HEAR the ocean, and you could SMELL the ocean, but you could not SEE the ocean from our patio. The hotel did not appear to be anywhere near full capacity, so I am puzzled why the front desk put us in this room. If they had just put us one floor higher, we would have had a wonderful view of the ocean. As we arrived late in the day, and were tired after flying, we just decided to accept the room. Note: The room TV had intermittent signal outages and one night there was no satellite signal at all. Now I know you're thinking, why did you go to Tulum to watch TV, but this was at the end of a long day and we were retiring for the night, and my wife would have liked to watch a movie. In one of the restaurants (Vela Sur), I was served a dirty glass of ice with food debris in it, which the waiter handed me to pour my soda into. Let me clarify, it was not the ice that was dirty, it was actually a dirty glass that had not been washed properly. I looked at the waiter to see if he caught it but he just walked away. The wristband fob is a great idea, even though a wristband seems like a step back at an all-inclusive, but it's actually difficult to lose and you don't have to remember it when you leave your room.

Avoid Casa 3 at all costs!! I was woken up every day between 6-6:30 am to the sound of workers shoveling Sargassum seaweed into a dump truck. The smell of that seaweed was so nauseating. I had to leave my room immediately, which works if their goal is for guests to get out and enjoy the property. Unbeknownst to me, it was only Casa 3 that had to deal with the smell of rotten boiled eggs every day. Also, bring sturdy swim shoes if you plan to go the beach as it is very rocky. I loved everything else about the property…the food, the activities at the pool, the pool options, the friendliness of everyone working at the property, all great!

We stayed at Hilton for one night. The room and facilities are super clean. Room is modern and comfortable and quiet. There’s a pool area for each building. I wish I booked all my stay here. The lobby is magnificent facing the ocean. You immediately feel luxurious when entering it. It’s worth the money comparing with other hotels in Cancun at the same price range.

We really enjoyed our stay. Customer service is great. They clean the room, empty the trash and refill the fridge with beverages even though we don’t call for it.

Got food poisoning the third night of our stay. Ruined everything. Ages for kids activities unclear, much of the staff was cranky/unhappy, and our room was missing its mini-fridge.

Food quality was really bad. Restaurants were empty, yet they wouldn't book you until 9-10pm at night. Laziest staff ever that often fakes not understanding English to not do what you are requesting. This is the worst Hilton ever. I really think Hilton should considee revoking their brand as I will think twice to ever stay at a Hilton again.

My overall experience at this resort left much to be desired. While the frontline staff were friendly and hardworking, they were clearly understaffed, making it difficult for them to be effective. Once the resort got busy, long lines formed at every bar, not just for drinks but even for clean glassware. The employees did their best, but they simply didn’t have the resources to keep up with demand. Unfortunately, the most disappointing part of my stay was dealing with the front desk and management. They were unaccommodating and unwilling to assist when issues arose. Simple requests were regularly denied, making what should have been a relaxing vacation unnecessarily frustrating. Instead of operating as a "resort of yes," this property felt like a "resort of no." For example, I was denied an ice bucket for the beach, which should be a basic amenity at an all-inclusive resort. When I arrived at a restaurant just ten minutes before closing, hoping to grab a plate of pastries, I was refused service because they had finished seating—despite 100 people still dining. Even getting empty wine glasses was a hassle; instead of providing them, staff insisted on serving full glasses of wine, forcing me to waste perfectly good wine just to get the glassware. A resort should prioritize guest experience by accommodating reasonable requests. While the frontline staff tried their best, poor management and a rigid service approach left a lasting negative impression.

Hilton Tulum was one of the best resorts I have ever stayed on, lots of people from different countries and backgrounds. The staff are a 10/10, never had a problem with any one of them. At the lobby bar there are 2 guys that stood out to my partner and I, we forgot the other guys name but Daniel was extremely amazing his service was a 100/100 most sweetest guy ever. There was lots of sight seeing and animals as well loll. The room(s) are extremely clean and room service was a 10/10 anytime we called they were on GO! Which was amazing. First time in Mexico lots of memories and wonderful people. To the people in Hilton Tulum we say Thank you see you guys soon!

We had such an amazing family experience with my 2.5 year old for an entire week stay! The food was amazing and the staff was even better. We used the shuttle service that the hotel offers and we were pleasantly surprised with a car seat waiting for our travel to the resort. Once we arrived check-in is very easy, leave a card on file if you are looking to charge your room during dining experienced and beverage upgrades, otherwise no card is required during your stay. There is a bit of a learning curve the first day if you are not fluent in Spanish to get the initial layout and hours of dining but past the first day it’s a smooth vacation. You will need to book dinner reservations with concierge and they recommend doing that as soon as you can to book your preferred restaurant. The Conrad Spa was THE BEST EXPERIENCE! I arrived an hour early prior to my service and enjoyed a steam room, sauna and cold plunge before my massage and facial. Our only feedback is surrounding our toddler, if there can be nuggets, quesadillas and/or pizza for lunch options as the nuggets seemed to be first come first serve. Lastly my husband suggested a smoothie bar that provides protein shakes as he used the 24 hour gym every day during our stay. Overall 10/10 would recommend. We truly felt like it was a staycation where we could relax and enjoy all the resort had to offer ! Thank you so much to all of the staff for making us feel welcome during every encounter!

Our stay was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond — always warm, helpful, and quick to make us feel at home. Traveling with a 10-month-old could’ve been stressful, but Hilton had a crib ready in our room before we even asked. Huge win for family-friendly travel! The vibe here is unmatched — the parties are lively yet surprisingly kid-friendly, so everyone gets to enjoy. The food blew me away… every cuisine we tried was on point, from flavor to drink pairings. The only spot that missed the mark for me was the Mexican restaurant — felt a little too boujee with ingredients instead of highlighting authentic flavors. But that’s me being picky because everything else? Absolute fire. Honestly, Hilton surprised me in the best way possible. Luxury, family comfort, and unforgettable memories all in one place. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Although this looks a brand new hotel with a beautiful design I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel. Service isn’t very good, at the steakhouse Auma the host Carlos was quite unfair and rude, we missed the time for making a reservation but the concierge said maybe we can try as walk ins and a table could be available if any guest didn’t show up or canceled. We did so, on our way we met some other guests on the cart to the restaurant under the same situation. We were first in line, and Carlos denied us the table, while he gave a table to the guests behind us just because they were a group of women. There were 7 available tables. This was discrimination. The property’s maintenance isn’t the best, pools have unstick missing tiles, dangerous for the feet. Common areas bathrooms are normally dirty. Wines are very low quality ones and food is average. Our room keys didn’t work in several times, even twice a day. Walking from the room to the lobby takes around 30 mins, taking a cart around 15, this was very annoying. The best thing of the hotel was the coffee bar.

It’s a Beautiful resort the atmosphere was good the staff were friendly it was very clean and the restaurants were good. The only downside was the location it’s not near any restaurants or shops

Todo bien la comida y bebidas (lo mejor), el servicio, limpieza, etc. solo la actitud de algunos empleados no me gustó mucho (pocos la gran mayoría muy amables y serviciales). Lo malo es que el transporte es algo costoso hacia y desde el hotel los taxis son muy caros y está algo lejos de todo

Great place, great staff, great food. No room to swim in the ocean. Beach has a lot of rocks and hard to get in and out of water. If you are a pool person and like to tan, or family with kids. This is a great place to be at.

This location was very private, bwith eautiful scenery. The staff was very friendly. The golf carts arrived every 3-5 minutes and made it easy to get around the resort.

The hotel is not at Tulum, it is 15 minutes away by car at Chemuyil. -The beach is full of rocks and sargasso. -Two restaurants were closed for renovations, other was only for Enclave members !! -Bicycles are only used for visiting the SPA and the Conrad hotel with a guide, helmet and safety vest. -The pool towels are collected 5 pm, so if you want to swim later there are no towels ! - The beach has no service staff.

Everything was perfect honestly, staff the vibes.. just wish there was convenient way for transportation that didn’t cost so much. Maybe provide shuttles from the airport as well as lil market options in the city

We had a beautiful oceanview from the room. There was lots of seaweed and more rocks than beach but they have multiple pools on the property to explore.

Property Is huge with several facilites. Food Is not bad, mostly great staff. Decent activities and family entertainment. No Beach access or small stretch of rocky beach.

This was a beautiful property that suited our family vacation well, accommodating six adults and five kids ranging in age from 11 to 19. It was low-key which I enjoyed, although the older teens would have preferred a little more to do. We went into Tulum where there's a vibrant night life, but it's also a 45-minute drive each way, which wasn't ideal.

Food was very underwhelming. Not alot of good options. The only restaurant I liked was the Japanese one.

-rooms are well equipped and big enough -beach is beautiful but the sea is rocky and not comfortable to swim -pool area is nice and clean -the food quality is very low except the breakfast. breakfast was good but we did not like any restaurant for lunch and dinner. in even low profile restaurants anywhere, you can have more delicious foods.

Great property, extremely clean and staff was amazing. I would definitely stay here again just because of that. The food would be my only complaint. Except for the breakfast and the Italian restaurant . The other options were lacking seasoning and the traditional Mexican flavors that we all come to love . Late night transportation station to each casa after main performances could have also been much better . Having carts waiting after all main stage activities could have prevented the wait times.

We spent 4 days/5 nights at Hilton Tulum with our kids, 9 and 7. They had a great time and there were no shortage of pools and beach space. The food was really good for an all inclusive, though we did end up with food poisoning on our last night. Overall, would return as the grounds were lovely, service was good, and food and drinks were great.

To be all this property can be… the dinner options really need an overhaul. Asian place was great. Mezcal was not good. They are trying too hard to have fancy menu and none of what we had was executed well. Maybe try an elevated version of classics. We couldn’t order a taco or an enchilada. There are ways to elevate cuisine. They need to execute the dish well consistently to be on the menu. They missed on everything we had. Nothing g was hot either. Luce was not great Italian either. Again not executed well. Not cooked correctly. Italian should be so easy to do well. The steakhouse was the biggest disappointment and we were really looking forward to it. Concierge said it was the best on property. Well I sent my filet back 3 times bc it was well done and raw in the middle. Not red or rare but gray raw center. I ordered it medium. Pink throughout. Server said yes that’s medium. I was so turned off I ordered the cauliflower steak. This came out as a full head of cauliflower! Roasted on top but not cooked thru and caponata tasted like tomato paste with chopped eggplant. No olives no onions raisins are even traditional. It was bitter. NY strip was not cooked medium rare. It was medium well and my husband just ate it bc he felt bad to say anything after my situation. The breakfast buffet, lunch buffet and pool grills had great food. Nothing fancy but executed very well. This property could be five star but not with dinner issues like this.

We had to call everyday for room service. Our AC was not working properly & it was not fixed during our stay. We also disliked the food. Do not recommend.

I was really disappointed with the dining setup. They told us that only one restaurant was buffet-style and available without restrictions, while all the others required reservations—which were rarely available. Since it was advertised as all-inclusive, I expected to have access to all the restaurants, not just one. It felt misleading and very frustrating

Overall the property is beautiful and has a lot of potential. However, the food quality and options were terrible. Reservations are limited and no options at dinner if you arrive on a certain day (Friday) as there was no dinner buffet available. Mediterranean restaurant was awful, Asian restaurant was mediocre. Noodles were unbelievably sweet. The staff also seemed to be confused about what food options were available and when. The beach has limited access, very rocky and lots of seaweed. They did try and clear the seaweed daily. If you want to swim or walk the beach this is definitely not your resort. Drink selections not great (bottom shelf liquor, especially the tequila surprisingly) and definitely watered down. We’ve stayed at several all inclusive Hiltons and this was by far the worse. Maybe one staff for the entire pool taking food and drink orders, so you either had to wait an extensive amount of time to get them or get out of the pool and go to the nearest bar which is not that close. No entertainment. Again, the property is beautiful and well kept, so it’s disappointing they fell short everywhere else. Freddy and I believe his name was Salvador at Vela for the breakfast buffet were awesome! But because of all the other shortcomings I definitely won’t be back.

Great hotel stay. Shuttle service is very poor and very disappointing. Food at the hotel is average and repetitive for breakfast and lunch. Overall it’s a 6/10 resort at best and I would recommend not staying here unfortunately
