Shower didn’t drain very well, air conditioner fan was constantly running even when compressor wasn’t, so room was humid. Hallways were humid. The room and hotel seemed pretty worn out and in need of some updates, but the staff were friendly. Considering the condition of the property and room as well as the location, it was overpriced.

Air conditioning didn’t work in the hallway or elevator. Pool was closed and no reason was given. Ice machine on the 5th floor didn’t work. We asked to go outside by the pool to play a board game. The lady at the front desk said yes. 1/2 hr later we were forced to leave. The only thing positive was the restaurant food was pretty good and the waitress was very nice and helpful.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament. The pool area was a mess. The pool itself was very dirty. The lining had holes in it. When you walk on the bottom of the pool it was like stepping in holes. The air conditioning was horrible. It was either too hot or too cold. The room was extremely damp. The sheets were wet our clothes in our suitcases for very damp. We left here and went to another hotel. It was so much cleaner the AC worked and housekeeping came in everyday. Definitely will not be back.

We booked 2 rooms for 4 nights — 4 adults and 3 kids (all age 13) — specifically because this hotel had a nice pool. Unfortunately, the pool was shut down for 3 out of the 4 nights due to an incident. With so many kids and families staying that weekend, this was a big letdown — especially since we chose this hotel over one that offered free breakfast. The front desk staff, particularly Kimberly, was rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. She was short and dismissive, even in front of my family, which felt completely unnecessary. Overall, the stay was disappointing. Between the poor customer service and lack of access to the one amenity we booked for, I wouldn't recommend this property to others — especially those traveling with kids.

Subpar stay. The staff was friendly. However the tv didn’t work beyond certain channels. There were not any clean towels at the pool deck in the four times we visited on our 3 day stay. The phone did not work to call down to front desk. And the a/c unit was wacky. Didn’t go in to the 60°s; 59° straight to 70°, and touching it must’ve kicked the heat on or shut it off. Resulting in a sweaty, restless night. The air didn’t cold again until the next morning, despite turning it back down that same night. Friendly staff, and very clean hotel though.

Outside of having a Chick-Fil-A drive thru on the same entrance to the hotel can be frustrating when both are trying to enter and leave the hotel and the other cars are waiting to go thru the drive thru. Also, please update washing machines and dryers they are outdated. Can’t get change from the front desk have to go to the gas station to get coins and that’s if they have enough to or willing to make change. Other than that food was good at the hotel.

The carpets were my only issue during our stay. The floors were so wet/slimy that you couldn’t walk around in your room without shoes on and then you’d slide when walking into the tiled bathroom.

They charged us more than the price we had booked/reserved for… The room was humid, moldy, and had sugar ants in the bathroom. At one point during the stay a piece of the bathroom light fell off the ceiling. Very disappointed and would recommend avoiding this hotel!

The room was in bad shape. Chunks missing from the bottom of the tub, cracked wall in the shower, floor was not clean, ants everywhere which of course we didnt notice until the 2nd day because we checked in late at night due to travel. AC in the room wasn't cold at all, the hallway on 2nd floor was also very warm. Pool floor was missing large chunks too! This hotel needs some major renovation.

Overall, the hotel needs a renovation immediately. Interior of the elevators was more like a old Motel 6. No conditioned air in the hallways. I stayed in room 523 and the carpet was so dirty that the bottom of my socks were black after walking around for no more than 10 minutes. Housekeeping was very poor and had to go to the front desk to request my bedding be changed because there was dirt and grime in and on the sheets when I pulled the bedspread back. Also, I had to constantly go to the front desk for towels and wash clothes. On a positive note, each of the fronl desk staff I encountered was very nice and helpful. Additionally, the location was excellent.

This place was disgusting and staff had no clue what they were doing. The bartender was drunk, the room was covered in dirt and hair, the a/c didn’t work, the pool chairs all had rips and couldn’t be used. The poor waitress for breakfast was running around like crazy and was clearly overworked. When asked for a refund for our remaining day, they charged us extra and said no one could fix it until next week. Will NEVER go back to a holiday Inn based on this experience. We canceled our remaining days and scrambled to find a clean, safe place to stay

We had a 2 night stay over this past weekend (17th & 18th) for a small vacation. We paid close to $300 for a King room. Problem #1: When we got to our room the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. No big deal but by the time the maintenance people came at 8am the next morning we managed to get it to work. Problem #2: There was mold on the curtains in the room. *pictures below* I mentioned this to the front desk staff so they were aware and I was offered a breakfast voucher and maintenance request. They also offered to switch our room but by this time it was already later in the afternoon and we were checking out very early the following morning. So I just let it go because they were supposed to come and fix it. I took a photo after the maintenance request was supposedly completed and it was the exact same; nothing was done. This is the last photo posted. Problem #3: Our comforter was torn up and the floor had nasty stains all over it. *Pictures Below* They stated they had no extra comforters. I understand stains on the floor but this one spread across the floor. The food was good and the staff were friendly, but the upkeep of the rooms was not up to par and it was kind of disappointing.

First room on First floor had mold Second room the toilet didn't flush and we had to use a plunger each time using toilet. I did ask to see a third room and it had mold as well. We stayed in the room with the non flushing toilet. All 3 woke up congested. This room doesn't smell like mold however I am guessing its the entire hotel that has mold.It is just more noticeable on the first floor.

The hotel should shut down and fix their issues. Hallways are all hot. Room had black colored mold growing on the head board wall seam, and growing out from the seam a foot onto the ceiling. Our entire team left the hotel but not without a major argument. I would call the hotel needing to be condemned. Hotels.com could not refund my money unless the hotel allowed us to cancel, even though our entire team left. I was not up for that fight at 10pm after playing ball all day. The receptionist knew things were less than ideal, and she gave me three keys to try different rooms/floors! The fifth floor was the worst. Third floor was no better, smelled of mold. We landed on the fourth floor. But the rooms are to old, carpet was disgusting. Please get this hotel fixed before taking peoples money!

Very friendly front desk staff. Got there a little early and front desk got us a room promptly. Rooms were clean and good size. Had refrigerator in room and a microwave on every floor. Hotel was convenient to stores and restaurants. 20 minutes from cruise port. Definitely would stay there again

This is a very serviceable hotel with a great location and a great staff. Rooms are comfortable, the AC is cold (really important in FLA) and you're just across the highway from several dozen places to eat in Viera.

The AC unit was SO LOUD that we finally turned the AC up at night just to be able to sleep. The alarm clock was set by someone to go off at like 1 am in the morning, couldn’t figure out how to turn it off socket kept ringing every 5 minutes. Finally had to wake up turn on a light to figure out to unplug it. Check in - we waited about 5 minutes until someone finally came out to wait on us, he was so quick and quiet while checking us in (I was not impressed) then while trying to turn the tv on, a worker just walked into our room. Of course she apologized but at least we were able to show her the tv wasn’t working. The only plus about this hotel was the bed was comfortable.

The location is great. But the rooms really need some updating. My room door I had to pull close to get it to lock. TV only has 16 channels. Shower has very poor pressure. The rooms need some deep cleaning. Michelle in the dining room is the sweetest.

When we got to the room there was a musty smell....No microwave in the rooms....only 1 microwave on the third floor for a 5-story hotel...there is no breakfast because you have to pay for it..... I definitely wouldn't stay again

No linens for the hideaway bed, and front desk was out of blankets. Only given fitted sheet and pillowcases, had to use flat sheet from our bed as blanket since we hadn’t brought one with us. The shower curtain was ripped and falling off curtain rod. The shower drained horribly slow, and you had to hold the handle on the toilet the entire time for it to flush properly. Finally on our second night, they found a blanket for us. The front desk staff was friendly, although absent quite a bit. Waited around to pay for two bottles of water for 10 minutes, only to leave the money and a note on the desk for them to find when they returned. Had to pay a $100 non refundable pet fee that wasn’t mentioned at the time the reservation was made. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. Price was good, but too much was disappointing.

At 3am the battery in the smoke detector started beeping. Went to call the desk only to find the phone in the room did not work. Had to use my cell phone to call & front desk clerk was indifferent. Took 2 trips for him to get a battery that worked. There were only 2 towels and toiletries for 1 person. Not a great experience at this hotel. Will not stay here again !

We needed a place to stay for one time, close enough to Cape Canaveral so we didn't have to drive forever. This fit the bill perfectly. Easy to find, quick check-in, room was warm and comfortable. And the bonus, was the hotel was close to food that I could eat!
