The sink needs better water pressure and a new sink. Sink was disgusted. Shower was terrible. Vending machines not working. Place would be suitable for a homeless person.

Nice place for the price. A little bit of riff raff but nothing to be concerned about and you’ll get that anywhere in this price range. Pool is good and they take good care of the place.

Hotel is nice and clean just need work on the landscaping entrance area.

The grounds were not pleasing junky

Outside area need some work too much speed bumps to drive through.

Loved the bar in the lobby and it was convenient with gas stations food local and the mall just a 6 min drive

I like the front desk staff was very good needed the pool unlocked in the morning front desk lady or May 4th in the morning team and unlocked it immediately which help me get my day started went a good early swim and pool was in good working order and I do recommend this hotel for travelers that are looking for a overnight stay very convenient location.

Pool was not working was not clean ice machine not working TV remote not working correctly property is not being maintained and if I had any type of management they would be checking all of these items and and going to room to room it's not that big of a hotel to make sure everything is working for their guests that are paying money

The parking lot and condition of the exterior is in bad shape. The inside of the room is fine -a little old but clean. The mini fridge has no freezer which is a slight inconvenience. I don’t trust the maintenance of the pool -won’t swim in it.

This property was so dirty and noisy. Other guests partied all night. The room we had was so so gross I thought about checking out and going to a different place.

This stay was horrible, the room was very dirty. when I arrived the room had a terribly strong aroma of cigarette smoke, the shower was dirty, there was urine in the toilet, and there was bugs on the floor and desk. absolutely nasty

Rooms are dirty. Wanted to leave minute I walked in room. Also someone selling drugs each day at bottom of the stairs. Please don’t bring kids here. Oh yeah plus I had little bites on my body. I’m assuming bed bugs.

The room we were in needed a total renovation. The bathroom was so dirty we didn't use the shower. The bed was fine. Bathroom actually had graffitti on the wall.

Stains on the carpet, mold in the shower, patched walls, small insects/flies even came out of the bathroom sink! Somebody had thrown an empty ketchup packet into the AC unit. This place should be closed down. The kiosk in the lobby makes it hard to complain.

This was the worst place to stay dirty smelly room no shower curtain rust everywhere in the bathroom the bathtub was cover in hair floor really dirty like never been cleaned before I stop here because I was really tired from driving from Pennsylvania to Florida on a business trip stay here for 5 hours and leave I wouldn’t recommend not a bit

The only good thing to say about this hotel is it is a lot cheaper than other hotels in the area. But that is for good reason. It was a roach infested dump. We killed two roaches in our room.

Everything dirty, noisy and bad smell.

I wanted to send you pictures but cant find a link to do that. I was shocked at the condition of this property. There were holes in the walls around the light switches. The faucets in the sink and tub was corroded and the drains were both rusty. The inside of the microwave was nasty and rusted. The walls and lampshade had filthh on them, as did the bed's headboard. There was a tissue box on the side of the sink that was also dirty and rusty. There was a sign stating housekeeping was only available if they were called. Without a doubt, this is the worst motel room I've ever seen.

The room was large & clean. Some fixtures & carpet could use an update. Comfy bed , nice pillows and plenty of hot water.

My stay was fair. This was my first time utilizing a kiosk customer service representative so that was interesting. I had to ask for blankets as they were missing from beds. The room was alright although the mattresses need replacing. They were not as comfortable as they could be.

Shower barely worked. Everything else was ok for the cheap price.

No water pressure in shower. Barley worked. The electrical outlets on the bedside table did not work. Carpet was stained and old

Nice, big room. AC works great! Not prestinge, but not "shabby"

The air conditioner wasn't working to potential. The toilet kept running. The carpets are overdue for being changed. There were workers that were staying there that had their boots outside their rooms and were blocking the walkway to the stairs every time I came and went.

Room 206. The sink is in terrible condition, fix it ASAP. There is a slight smell of tobacco. Overall, the motel is not bad for a couple of nights.

We arrived to our room to find no microwave, no tv remote and no chair for desk however the housekeeper and maintenance were quick to retrieve them for us. The first night wasnt the quietest night. People being loud outside our room area but the next two nights were much better.

First room smoke alarm chirped every minute or two aand toilet only flushed once. move to another room and no hot water in the morning.

It was ok for what i needed it, but the bed was rock solid and surrounding was sketchy but not horrible.

Friendly staff

The room was filthy, w/food/candy on the floor & cigarette marks on the furniture. The smell of smoke was atrocious, my younger sister kept her clothes in the car for fear of smelling like an ashtray at her graduation in the morning. Furious, we went to demand a non-smoking CLEAN room. The only problem was, the hotel was OVERBOOKED & didn’t have anything available. So we asked for a refund, and left the hotel. I would’ve been more generous w/rating had this been the end. Unfortunately, I was still charged the night, even though the hotel didn’t have a room for me. Also, the only person that you could speak with was via a Zoom-like video call system. Nobody was on site. This wouldn’t be a problem, but here’s where Hotels.com starts to fail. Typically, I recommend using Hotels.com to all, but now, I’m going to push using a non-expedia site. The caveat here is because I paid the hotel at time of check in, Hotels.com can’t help with the refund process. Hotels.com couldn’t even communicate with the hotel, because there’s nobody there to speak with. Like I said before, there’s only the video-chat machine in the lobby. Therefore, my response from Hotels.com, was a generic “We’re Sorry you feel this way…” I had to go to my CC to fight it instead. Perhaps AirBnB or VRBO is a better option. I wish that Hotels.com would’ve either penalized the Americas Best Value, or gave me a free night/discount at another hotel on my account for my next stay. It sucks to, but them the breaks.

Great staff and management

First, the check in was done through a kiosk with a customer service rep. The connection was lousy, the attendant had a heavy accent making things hard to hear, and too mu7ch noise in the lobby. Too much distraction. The rook was too cold, and the heater took way too long to get the room comfortable. There was only 1 small trash can with forced us to use another method to dispose of trash. There was only 1 bolt holding the toilet to the floor, making it very unstable. i wrenched my back trying to use it. That injury prevented me from me doing what I had gone to Melbourne in the first place. Overall, the stay was awful and too pricey for the "value" given. I think you should regubf my costs due to the poor facilities and service.

When I arrived, they were unable to find my reservation at the girl at the counter was quite rude to me. I asked her to get a manager. He came down and he was able to find my reservation and get me into a room.

Do not like having to deal with the check-in kiosk. Hard to understand what is being said. Too impersonal. Furnishings in the room were not suitable in my opinion.

If you reserve a room at thos property they have a required check in time after 3 am at amy given day. I made a reservation thinking that after midnight I could checkin as the following date. But when I got there after midnight, I found out my checkin time wasn't until after 3 am the following day. The lobby doors were locked and I couldn't sit anywhere to wait 3 hours with my luggage until checkin time. So I decided to cancel and ask for a refund.

Great service all around

We asked about a room on the first level, but as the hotel was sold out they couldn\'t make that change, no worries we understood. After the weekend and as the hotel was no longer sold out we again requested a change of rooms, this was due to several issues, the toilet seat was broken, the shower control handle was broken and the tv remote did not work properly. They sent someone to check on the condition of the room who confirmed the issues but initially they did not want to move us. They finally agreed but again would not move us to the first level, this time, not because they were sold out, this time they offered a different "reason" (excuse), not sure what it was exactly. The frustrating thing was there were no front desk people on the property, instead we were interacting with a kiosk screen with someone named Jerry, although other times his name was listed as Dexter or Martin!! One of the worst customer service experiences I\'ve had,.

I showed up at 11PM to check in only to find out it was over booked and there were no more rooms available. No one gave a courtesy call to even let me know ahead of time. I found out I had nowhere to go as soon as I got there

Worst hotel I’ve ever been in. Filthy room stains everywhere broken lamps and head board. Smelled moldy and wet. Carpet was so stained you could t tell the real color of it. When asked for my money back they refused cause I didn’t book directly through them so now I’m out of the 200 plus I had to relocate to another place. Went to the Hilton for the same price and I have no complaints there. Not recommended for anyone. Area is very sketchy too. Homeless everywhere

It was not in a good area. Drug use all around the property.

The first thing i noticed when i walked into the room was the horrible smell. Okay, no big deal I can get past that. But as I walk to my car to grab my things I noticed how much traffic was in and out of this hotel. There are a lot of drug addicts that roam at night making it an uncomfortable atmosphere. I was even asked if I sold drugs. Moving forward, the room was out of date. Curtains in my room were broken. The rug was dirty. I never used the pool (not sure if it was even open) and I never went down to get breakfast as I was so uncomfortable the night before I just skipped on it. I left my do not disturb sign up the two days I was there so no one entered my room. I didn’t feel safe allowing them to come in when I wasn’t there. In the morning time I was woke by people banging and yelling about drugs at 730 in the morning. On the other hand, if yu just are looking for a quick night to sleep this is it. Needless to say I will not be returning to this property

Some transient guests and smoking just outside the rooms. Breakfast was poor. We did not drink coffee or eat there.

according to sales breakfast included but in reality choice between tea or coffee not even a piece of bread and in photos of the rooms one can see a kettle and tea bags and coffee sachets in real nothing hotels .com should verify the veracity before proposal

The hotel is a little bit worn. Matress should be replaced. Hotel was clean. The included breakfast consisted of a brown paper bag containing a package of pop tarts, a container of apple sauce and a nutrigrain bar. Barely suitable for a 5 year old!

Having stayed at various hotels in the same area I was astonished to see that late night check in was done through a window outdoors. The attendant sounded unwelcoming and didn't provide us with much other than our room number. The place was clean I think bust looked dirty. She did not give us any welcoming info and ther was none in the room. I was interested in finding out breakfast was. Don't get me started on breakfast! I understand they were having some roof work done and they didn't have a restaurant inside, but a poptart, and a breakfast bar? They had coffee but nothing else to drink. Ihad to go out for something to take my medications with. Over all you get what you pay for however I stayed in another competitor for the same price with better service and cleaning. I was also provided more otions for breakfast.

Good for an inexpensive hotel. Continental breakfast was advertised but not provided.

Had pool shut down, no breakfast included. Bathrooms dirty! Room in not the best shape! Cleaned horrible Beds I comfortable, springs are coming through mattress

Information on site is misleading walking distance to amenities to far breakfast is a cereal bar and a coffee this is not adequate
