It’s fairly new hotel so no smells of mold or dirty carpets. Room was significantly small but equipped with all necessities except no microwave. Has small fridge. Bathroom is relatively large. Mattress is comfortable. nice lightweight down blanket and soft down pillows. I gave it a 4 cause loud people in the pool had a huge party drinking beer and smoking. We came specifically to relax in a pool for couple nights but it didn’t happen. Pool is very small as well. Properly is next to Brevard Zoo so there will be a lot of families with kids. If you want quiet and no kids running and yelling down the hall, go somewhere else where there is no free breakfast. Didn’t go to breakfast so can’t tell you how it’s like. Free parking. Too far from beach, 20-25 min away. Plenty of fast food options around. Nice hotel for the price you pay

Staff were all great. Hotel was clean with good facilities - I particularly liked 24/7 bean to cup coffee, it’s a nice touch. Breakfast is more than adequate. Walmart is walking distance. We’ve stayed here before and would definitely stay here again.

Firstly, the entire room was hard surfaces and open spaces (no drawers or closet, no carpet, windowshade instead of curtains), which you would think lends itself to easy cleaning. However, the bathroom floor and baseboards were filthy. I took a shower, and in the few minutes I walked around barefoot getting ready, the soles of my feet were dirty. The staff were very friendly, however we asked two days in a row to have the floor cleaned before anything happened, and even then, it was cleaner but still not clean, even though they cleaned the bathroom sink and all the linens were very clean. A few other minor issues: The air conditioner was very noisy and made a disturbing gurgling sound every time it cycled off. The bathroom light had a motion sensor that meant it turned on whether you wanted it to or not for a middle-of-the-night trip. The water pressure in the shower fluctuated from ok to weak. We were in an accessible room, so the shower was a roll-in, but there were no shelves for your toiletries so you had to set your soap on the floor. All of these would have been minor annoyances, but in combination with the dirty floors, was just too much. Very disappointed.

Very nice hotel and honestly only one thing bad as my room floor was disgusting! Walked in took my shoes off and headed to the shower to have my feet filthy. Only reason why i knocked off one star. The breakfast selection was convenient and a great variety. Would stay here again just make sure to wear shoes or socks while in the room.

Well, the good; the building and room were clean, front desk staff efficient and checked us in quickly. The breakfast was OK, pre-made breakfast sandwiches, bagels, bread, cereal, etc., all good. Free coffee all day, GREAT! These are the only reason for the 2 stars; it would only be 1 otherwise. The bad; the room smelled of mildew, the bathroom only had a motion light that stayed on for about 15 seconds. The light would NOT come on if you were in the shower which forces you to use your memory skills. To say the least, this is very dangerous and could cause you to fall out of the shower. Of the two days (3-nights) we stayed, they only cleaned our room once. The worst thing was there is nowhere to put your clothes; no closet, no dresser...only a few hangars and hooks spread out across the room. Even minimalist rooms I have stayed in have a place to store your clothes. Who wants to hang their underwear on hooks??? I cannot recommend this hotel.

I felt like I was inside an airplane with the odd decor. Also, the air conditioner would periodically kicked on and sound like water running, and then it would kick off. It was really difficult to sleep. Bed was also not comfortable.

The Hotel appears to be new. Everything was nice and clean. The only con I would have is there is no microwave oven in the room. You have to go on the floor You are staying on to get access to a microwave.

Rooms are very small. We didn’t have a microwave, which I thought was pretty standard these days. Our tv didn’t work the whole week we were there, and the “desk” which is just a shelf attached to the wall, was coming loose. But it was clean and the cleaning staff did a good job every day with our room.

Small rooms, hairs found in bathroom shower, sink, toilet. Slow front desk, breakfast is below average. Front desk was not motivated to help on item left by us in room - called no more than 3 hours after checkout on item we forgot in room and person at front desk was not motivated to contact room service or send someone up to check to see if item could be found.

We stayed there from the 15th-17th for a tournament for my husband both nights we were there the fire alarm went off, first night they said someone had pulled it second night said it was a test, a test at 5 am I don’t think so we had to exit the building both times until fire firefighters arrived, when we asked the manager the next day had the worst attitude said she wasn’t there so she couldn’t do anything, tried to get late check out lady from the night before said we could check out at 1 then next day when we came into our hotel they had locked us out telling us they never approved a late check in never apologized about the alarms or anything, the hotel was nice but maybe next time staff should give a little less attitude.

This entire stay left a lot to be desired.... from the breakfast, which was def not a good breakfast at all. Warmed up breakfast sandwiches that were always out, the lady who worked it was so friendly and tried, but it was always a nightmare. Staff all had no idea what they were doing. I tried to check in and was initially told I wasn't reserved there, even though I had an email confirming. A blown fuse in the bathroom that left us having to wait 24 hours to have it fixed or move rooms and pack up at 10pm bc no one could fix it. We were left using our phone flashlights to take a shower. Calling down to cancel a night at the end of the stay to get out of this hotel and being told to come down at another time bc the staff couldn't get the computer fixed, now I am 4 days out and no money back from the cancellation. Called and the man had no idea what I needed and it was so frustrating!! I can't believe I paid what I did for this stay!!

Missing lightbulb, damage in shower that needed repair, shower curtain not long enough and floor gets wet (slip hazard), had late night check out and attendant could not hear me ringing for service. Had to walk behind counter. He was gaming with headphones.

The front desk lady Shauna was rude and disrespectful. We arrived at the hotel and she tried to tell us that we didn’t have our booking for two queen beds and tried to give us a king bed for four people .. then got loud and argumentative with our other travels who also got the wrong room size . Shauna tried to turn the tables on us, making it sound like we were in fault when in turn it was the hotels. Then called someone checking in tomorrow and said oh I can give their room away.. um excuse me… this is the exact room we booked??? Very disappointed and will be contacting managerial staff.

I stay here every year the night before our cruise out of Port Canaveral.. The hotel is clean, staff friendly, and I don’t mind the 25 min drive to the Port. It’s surrounded my restaurant, shopping and banks. The Zoo is not far too.

I know that others have stated the the breakfast was limited but we enjoyed the offerings and felt the breakfast offerings were more that satisfactory. The staff were super helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable . I highly recommend this hotel.
