No ice machine and tv didn’t work

Law enforcement at facility twice. Food choices limited. No ice machines at facility. Cleanliness could be better. Staff unavailability limited.

Stayed here for last 2 nights of our fly/drive holiday and I wish I knew about this chain before. We arrived here with soaking wet beach towels etc as previous hotel had no facilities so I was very happy to know there was a laundry room here! There was also a full kitchen and items like pans/cutlery/toaster etc available for use from reception. Room size good, parking was great and hotel clean. Pool was a good size but constant rain meant I didn’t get to use it much. The breakfast was coffee and muffins which they said was ‘grab &go’ because you have full kitchen facilities, which I get, but if you haven’t had time to go to shops or it’s the last day of your hols then it’s not really a proper breakfast, so don’t think it should be advertised as breakfast included.

Check in was ok- no utensils, bowls, plates nothing. Not sure how we were supposed to cook and eat. Only had oatmeal for breakfast - pretty sad for what you pay.

One of the things that I really love about this place it's the price and the kitchen

We came for my son and fiancée gender reveal and decided to use this property because it was 6 of us and the room came with a full kitchen. It would have been cheaper to cook instead of going out to eat. Unfortunately, when we arrived there were no dishes in the kitchen and a sign saying please come to front desk for kitchen supplies. Ok, no problem…at least I thought no problem.. the front desk reception informed me that they were completely out of kitchen supplies. Everything had been issued out to other guest. Now we are still having to go out for meals. I would have rated the facility 5 stars but of this issue, it received 4 stars. The facilities were clean and the staff pleasant. Yes, if I need another room to accommodate 6 people, I would use this property again.

The pool was very dirty with a ton of leaves in it . There was no chairs out to sit on . Our sink didn’t drain in the bathroom and they had no breakfast as they said the truck didn’t come . I will never stay here again .

Pair of stars for the effort but the place stinks of mildew and animal smells, was no clarity of the lack of pool, was empty and with leaves on it, they do not offer breakfast, just some snacks and coffee. front desk staff were nice,

Pool was out, even though we made sure beforehand it had pool available as this was the only weekend we’d be able to get out all year. Day showed up—> no pool, failed inspection. Very disappointed. Upsetting. Other than that it was perfect. Perfect location for everything.

There were no dishes, plates, cups, silverware, frying pans, pots and other normal equipment for a kitchenette. When I came into the room all of the cabinets in the room were opened up and all of the furniture cushions turned up like it had been searched by law enforcement. Very strange. Kitchens should have basic equipment, even it it is in 1 cabinet. Nothing there. The HVAC was off also, no fan even on.

Pull out bed was stained. Bathtub dirty.

The lobby seemed to be clean and Brandy at the desk was very nice. The first thing we noticed when we entered the room was that one of beds was tilted down. I looked under the bed and found that a wheel was broken off. I asked for a different room, but I was told that there were no others the same size available. We then found a towel and a wash cloth that had some unsightly stains on them. I took them to Brandy and she traded them out. Later that night my wife pulled back the covers to go to bed and we found multiple hairs under the blanket on the sheet. I took the bedding and traded them out as well. The last thing I discovered was when I took a shower. There was black mold at the bottom of the shower curtain. I reported all this to the manager, Christina, the next morning. I believe we should be compensated for these issues.

the cleaning was very bad, I found a cockroach; an empty bottle on the floor; a coat behind the door; no hairdryer and breakfast was coffee with cake

Cleanliness was a major fail, I had to use a towel to clean the floors that felt filthy. I have a picture of the towel if necessary.

Horrible experience- the place as soon as you go last the first set of double doors it smells, the inside of the building smells like cigarette smoke and the room that we were in had a very strong smell that even lingered on our clothing. The carpet was humid/ wet, the shower was bad too, the mattress on the sofa bed was horrible!! I checked out early to go somewhere else.

First thing we noticed when we walked into the lobby of the hotel was the strong smell of Marijuana. Once we got into our room and started unpacking a ROACH comes crawling out of the sink. Informed front desk they then moved us to a different room which that room the TV did not work back to the front desk we went. Now were in the 3rd room and the tv did not work properly in that room as well. I would NOT recommend this hotel AT ALL.

The place was dirty. The first room we were in had a dirty toilet, broken hide a bed and smelled awful. The second room smelled better but was still dirty in some places. There was moisture in the bathroom on the ceiling that was dripping and yellow. Within a couple hours I was feeling ill. There was a homeless man digging through the inside trash at the end of the hall that was overflowing and sketchy people staying there. We left after I started feeling ill. I overheard a lady talking to the manager about using vinegar on the walls for what I can only imagine is the smell of this place. The lady at the counter who helped wasn’t even from this location originally but due to staffing was here. She was very kind. Because we were there for three hours the manager only wanted to refund us 50% to which I asked for more as this was a huge inconvenience and because of the conditions of the room. She gave us 70% to which I took and ran.

Dumpy, dirty, rusty shower curtain rods, rusty stoves, smelly rooms, dirty/sticky floors, holes in blankets, soft mushy beds, sink didn’t drain, trash all over parking lot. Coffee was good though.

One of the dirtiest rooms I've ever started in, did bathing in the middle of the night, towels had stains on them and were not clean

This is a non smoking hotel and the first room got was like an ashtray . The second one wasnt bad smelling but its missing a drawer to me thats pretty bad looking abd should be replaced . But worst was i was the first to take a shower and go into the bathroom and the soap was already opened and used !!!!!! Never got changed . Would never reccommend this hotel .

The front desk staff were very accommodating when i didn't like my first room. The second room the lights by the bed didn't work due to a broken plug, the light in the living room had no bulb, the hallway light didnt work. The room was very dirty walls and floor which i did clean myself. A cabinet door in the kitchen was broken and hanging. Other then that everything was a okay.

The stove was a little bit of a struggle to figure it out as the numbers have been worn off of the dials to know at what the heat was. The couch in the room had a big hole in the arm. The location was great. The breakfast was grab and go. Which was okay since we made breakfast in the room anyway. I'll give this hotel four out of five stars

Everything was great except for the beds. They were all worn out. Springs poking you in the back, sunken spots. For such a nice facility they really need to invest in new mattresses and sleeper sofas. They have gotten their monies worth out of them!

The room was big, had a couch table and a little kitchen area. The whole experience was good. I will be staying here again.

Phone didn’t work. No wifi, one of the lamps didn’t work. Decent place to sleep but amenities were lacking.

The pictures used for this property were of the newer hotel further into Melbourne. The working stove looked like something out of the 80s in style and didn't look like something you should actually use. You couldn't sit on the end of the beds or they would start to flip over on you. The free breakfast is also grab and go, so it was just coffee and oatmeal packets to take back to your room. This property does need some updates.

Our room was very spacious, much more than I expected!

The new assistant manager threatened to kick me out she accused me of asking other guests for meth and money which is very untrue! My husband was having seizures and was in the hospital receiving a blood transfusion and she said ma’am I can’t give you a late checkout I don’t know what to believe (calling me a liar) It made me cry the way I was treated as my husband just got home from the hospital 2 days ago and was in critical condition. We paid to stay about 10 days and I’m disgusted with the training this staff has, also the blanket I left in my other room a suede blanket hand made was taken as I know I had it I left it on the bed by mistake which is my fault, just dishonest on their part. I will be complaining to corporate as I spent over $1,000 to be degraded and called a liar and a drug addict and I’m certainly not either one. I work 40 plus hours a week and I take care of my husband.

It was pleasant, came for a church conference, needed a place to stay during the two day meeting. The staff were kind and helpful. Will stay again.

It's a great location. Shopping, restaurants, bus transfer station if it's needed. Staff very friendly and informative. I would stay at this location again.

Check in was amazing, the young lady at the desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. We asked for an extra blanket and a pillow, they did not have any. Seemed a bit strange to us. Grab and go breakfast was nonexistent. No oatmeal was available unless you asked. No coffee was available, had to wait more than 15 minutes to get some. Then we went for another cup about 25 minutes later, it was empty again. Why? She should have put another one on when she brought the first one out. Muffins, we had to ask for then as the basket was empty. This was before 9 in the morning. When i went to check out at 9:15, the clerk was no where to be found. I waited 10 minutes for her to appear. I think the only reason she came out was because another employee came in to start her shift. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding a recent experience at one of your Extended Stay properties. The events I endured not only jeopardized my health and safety but also caused significant personal and financial hardship. On the night in question, I was locked out of my room due to a malfunctioning door. The employee on duty was unable to help me regain access, and there was no 24-hour maintenance or emergency protocol available. I was placed in another room for the night—without access to my belongings, including my essential diabetes medication. As a diabetic and someone who is eight weeks pregnant, being without my medication was dangerous. The following morning, I was woken up and told to move all my belongings yet again because the original room’s door was broken. I received no assistance, even though I clearly stated my condition. This caused me to miss an entire day of work. After finally settling in, I was told at 7 p.m. by the manager that my reservation had been canceled, and I was being evicted due to damage to the original room’s door—damage caused by your employee who had spent the night trying to pry the door open with screwdrivers and tools. was then falsely accused of lying about the incident and forced to relocate to another Extended Stay location, where I had to pay for a full day despite arriving at 11:30 p.m. I also missed another day of work and was placed on restriction by my employer. in serious financial strain.

Easy access to everything and the staff was extremely helpful and polite!

Staff was unprofessional, they would yell in hallways and slam doors early on the morning. Especially the front desk staff sounded like a jet plane, refridgerstor broke Dogs barking for hours at night No breakfast

Good location, clean and safe. The door key we were given was not working x3. Every time we went back to the desk there were 3-5 people waiting. There was only one clerk at the desk and she really was working hard: getting sheets from the back, checking ppl in etc. the check in ( because the key didn’t work over and over again) took more than an hour.

This hotel needs some help. The price was comparable to other area hotels we should have booked instead. The desk staff was no where to be found when we got there and even after ringing the service bell, we waited a good 10 min for her. The room was clean enough, but needs to be updated. The bedding was fine, but larger or more pillows would have been great. The advertised breakfast was no more than coffee and a packaged muffin. Lots of folks hanging around outside in the parking lot and in the lobby. We'll stay someplace else next time we're in Melbourne.

Good price point close to shopping, movie theater and restaurants- you can actually walk to a major mall. Responsive staff.

Saw a naked guy by pool at 11pm Saturday and homeless people sleeping by tables bypool area . Felt very unsafe. You need to completely fence in the hotel area. Also coffee in morning had coffee grounds in it and the area by stairs was absolutely filthy. Nothing like the others I have stayed at. It truly was disgusting.

Located near the airport but older facility. Looks like people were staying day to day. Homeless woman with 2 kids was haing to move out if tgey didnt have money for an additional night. We dodnt spend the 2nd night there. Passed our room to the homeless family.

Convenient.

Check-in was good. Very friendly staff to greet me. Room was clean and well outfitted with kitchen and all the things you would want in a hotel kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Close to lots of shopping and dining options (all within walking distance). Overall this is a great hotel dollar for dollar…. I would recommend staying here.

Walking distance to local mall and food court. Also, several restaurants within walking distance. Short Uber ride to airport.

Although these types of hotels typically have all the amenities of a full kitchen this hotel provided nothing but two ice trays in the kitchen. There was not a wine bottle opener available at the counter. They advertised breakfast but it only consisted of coffee, muffins and packets of oatmeal with no hot water or bowels for the oatmeal.

There’s no ice machine, breakfast is just oatmeal packages and muffins. Pretty expensive for what it offers, definitely not coming back. I have stayed in cheapest hotel with a better experience, unfortunately this was a last minute trip.

The property is old and tired. There were lamps in the room that didn’t work, different types of bulbs in the lamps that did, a crawling bug in the bathroom, the included breakfast wasn’t there at 7am (even though advertised as 6-9:30) - didn’t check again later. You get what you pay for!

Quick overnight and it was comfortable. There are kitchen items available but we did not need them. Nice kitchenette. Breakfast was just coffee and muffins and granola gars.
