I liked they allowed pets … the room was decent but it’s the most basic hotel … no ice machine, no ice trays … no pool … house keeping was at my room at 10:30 told her I was getting ready to leave, started to take things to the car and they had already canceled my door key and it wasn’t even 11 yet

The "front" of the building looks industrial. The entry was a bit dirty. The building in-general needs a major cleaning. The elevator floor was DISGUSTING. My room's floor was really dirty: Walking around in bare feet then getting in the shower and to see all that dirt I moved from the floor to the shower...yuck! The bathroom was clean except for the floor. NOT recommended.

No blanket on the bed. Pillows are decorative rather comfort , shower wouldnt turn off unless you fanagled with it . Check in was a toss up. A/c does not cool the room further than 76. Hallway was full of trash and bedsheets just left out for whoever. Will not be staying at this building again. Oh and best part. NO POOL

The room was dirty. I dont think the floor had been vacuumed in quite sometime. The front desk attendnt was wonderful. Noone available between 10pm and 10am. Had to wait at front desk for kitchenware. No breakfast either.

I want to preface this by saying I’m not one to complain or make a big stink about things. But this place was bad. I was lucky to have found an attendant at the desk for my late check in. When I got into my room I was greeted by 3 baby roaches on the door. They scurried away when I turned on the lights. I slept with them on in fear they’d come back if I turned them off. The furniture was all scratched and torn. I imagine due to previous pet stays. The bathroom was clean and the sheets on the bed were too. I was grateful for that. The toilet still had remnants of previous use. The room smelled like maybe a pet ( I hope) urinated somewhere and it wasn’t fully cleaned up. The mattress pad must have had pee as well as it smelled like it when I laid down to sleep. The room next door and above me were both very loud. And the AC would make a loud cracking sound when it would start up. I was grateful to have a place to sleep but it wasn’t a good experience.

They sold our room that was paid for upfront and have yet to refund us our money. We came down for my brother’s wedding and was left stranded without a room! My dad and sister’s room were infested with roaches! The hallways smelled like mold! They ended up leaving in the middle of the second night because of the roach problem. Front desk acted as if they knew nothing about the bug problem but had roach spray behind the front desk!!! I have video footage of how at home the roaches were!

This place is terrible, from the moment you approach entrance the glass of the door is cracked. When you come in the odor is terrible is a mix of weed and humidity. We had reserved around 8 rooms for our kids soccer tournament and all ended up cancelling & leaving. The room had roaches, the sofa bed didn't have mattress, under the sofa bed there were pigeon feathers. The only positive comment i have is for the front desk clerk Debbie who was super nice, attentive and understanding.

The stay was ok overall! The shower head did have a crack on it which caused the shower head to leak water outside the tub. There were two chairs in the room that were very distressed and a bit of an eyesore and the hallway smelled like weed. But the room was spacious, the a/c unit worked and the room had a full size fridge. The price was decent for a three night stay.

Front desk was great, but that is all I can say. No one is there 24/7 and I work until 11 pm. One night when I got back, my cards were deactivated and I couldn't get in my room and I couldn't get in touch with the overnight phone number person. I actually sat outside my door and thought I was going to have to sleep in the hallway until I realized that my door didn't click shut at all so it could be pushed open. Definitely a huge safety concern. Plus, I reported that my television didn't work and it never got fixed. I was without tv for 2 days. There was also a roach on the garbage bin in the laundry room when I was doing my laundry.

This is a very basic hotel with few amenities. Not even a hair dryer. The bed mattress kept sliding off its normal position on the frame. The lobby was very basic and the entry door not very welcoming.

The guy at the desk was very abrupt with us. Acted like we should already know what to expect at the property and was rude to our questions. It was also such an inconvenience to get 1 extra towel and a roll of toilet paper through the week. People would prop open the back door and go out to do drugs and he was no where to be found. The door stayed propped all week. His friends hung out at the desk most of the time so you didn't date go through and ask for anything else. The room was clean and had enough space. Kitchenette available but you would need your own cups, spoons,etc. No ice machines, you had to fill a tray and wait for ice. Too much to say... Just won't stay here again.

I will never book with this place again. I booked my room and paid for it. When i got there, they didn't have a room for me. The receptionist clearly stated he had just sold the last room that was available to the previous guests. He checked and could see my reservation. WHY TFH DID YOU SELL MY ROOM? I arrived for checking before midnight which i often do in my long trips. I have been doing road trips with my family for many years and slept at countless of hotels, and this never happened. I had to start calling all the hotels around Melbourne to find a room for the night which was mission impossible. The receptionist there who seemed to not know sh** tried to tell me that the place does not do reservations and that the issue was because i used a third party to book the room. I simply laughed. This was a ridiculous reason. I mean...common! He could clearly see my reservation and still sold my room. On top of that he was very rude about it and not showing any empathy. It was late and i had kids in the car. We were all very tired from the long drive. I would give zero star if it was possible. I ended sleeping in a lay-low motel with my family because all the hotels were fully booked. This was my first time and will be my last time ever booking with them. At least, I'm pleased with how hotels.com handled my situation and provided me with my refund in a timely manner.

Was very disappointed . Arrived super tired from 750 miles. Front desk closed had to call from lobby phone for one of the staff to show up and tell that he is sorry but there no rooms available and that whoever I booked with go and call them to refund you your money. And turned and walked away . Without asking if he can help book me somewhere else close by offer no help . Except that he is sorry . Has has room that were under construction and could not help with anything . Had to sleep couple hours I. The parking lot before driving again . Over all this is experience was a nightmare 👎👎👎👎

I was driving all day and showed up after midnight and the guy would not let me check in. He said no check ins after midnight! He said sorry but didn't really care. Please refund my money. I have never heard that before that you can't check in after midnight!

The hotel did not honor our reservation. They said that they were done for the night and not selling any more rooms. There was no one to attendant. The front desk was closed with the gate and a sticky note that said to call a phone number if you need help. So we had to find another hotel to stay the night. We want a refund.

This property is unique in many aspects but what needs to be commended and shared is the STAFF!!!! I do not feel like im being rushed or shrugged off. They always ask how we are doing, but actually take the time to listen and give feedback/ personal experience. They make us feel like more than just the total checkout price. They remember our names and our specific needs and wants. 10/10 !!!!!

The guy at the desk was very abrupt with us. Acted like we should already know what to expect at the property and was rude to our questions. It was also such an inconvenience to get 1 extra towel and a roll of toilet paper through the week. People would prop open the back door and go out to do drugs and he was no where to be found. The door stayed propped all week. His friends hung out at the desk most of the time so you didn't date go through and ask for anything else. The room was clean and had enough space. Kitchenette available but you would need your own cups, spoons,etc. No ice machines, you had to fill a tray and wait for ice. Too much to say... Just won't stay here again.

Illegal activity happening in the 2 hours we were there. Major drug bust happening, and according to the sheriff, this is normal at this location. Another guest was in the lobby talking about his nephew being stabbed. One of our rooms was full of cigarette smoke. When we requested a new room, it turned into a 45 min ordeal, ending with a friend of the employees’ yelling at us, waiting for us at the elevator and threatening to physically harm us. We had to ask the sheriff to escort us to get our bags so we could leave. We never stayed there, yet they refuse to refund us even though we had to leave for our personal safety. Horrible place, horrible staff, horrible management. Stay anywhere else!!!!

The property was fine for the pricing point. The beds were definitely not comfortable, and they're basically large cots. The shower sprayed everywhere because the curtain didn't fit well or stay in place. There is an abandoned building with graffiti and a mattress right outside of the parking lot. Again, it was okay, but it leaves a lot to be desired.

The place looked like a low grade hotel I have stayed in many and there was no breakfast as they were out of everything but oatmeal packets and the hotel and hallways and stairwells smell like urine. Looks like a haven for drugs and hookers. think you need new furniture very disappointed

Overall the hotel is located in a convenient área but needs to improves like invest in the rooms. Rooms are outdated, there were other people’s hair in the bathtub when I first got in. The smoke detector had a non-stop beeping like it had a dead battery. I had a late check in due to other circumstances so it took a while to complete check in while waiting outside the property. I mean for the cost I couldn’t expect more but they could do better.

On the website they offer breakfast included. They only offered coffee with flavored cream, an envelope with oatmeal - to mix with what?...with hot water? Or an envelope of chocolate to mix only with water? Nothing else. Conclusion THEY DO NOT OFFER BREAKFAST. The room I booked was not available. They assigned me another one with two Quin beds, for the same price. At 5:30 am. noise in the upper room, dragging of furniture and banging on the walls. We don't sleep anymore. Towel set for two people. I had to go down to get additional towels.We were two adults and two 7-year-old children. They told me that if I needed to change them I should take the two they gave me. I requested ice upon arrival and there was none. They do not have an ice dispenser. Well, Well, very little. Maybe clean walls, clean and new linens, new refrigerator, good and quiet air conditioning.

The room was dirty. I dont think the floor had been vacuumed in quite sometime. The front desk attendnt was wonderful. Noone available between 10pm and 10am. Had to wait at front desk for kitchenware. No breakfast either.
