As all Holiday Inn expresses had great extended breakfast options, the Jacuzzi was kind of dirty with I don’t even know it was cloudy and the bathroom had mildew all in the tub and it’s overcrowded with people other than that the room overall was clean, except for the shower, I was surprised to have mildew

Staff were nice. Room was clean. Body soap pump was not working. Housekeeper changed whole body soap next day as I requested. Amenities were great. Was able to get in hot tub. Breakfast was good. 1st day sausage link, white egg vegetable omelette, hot tea/coffee, Oatmeal, yogurt, cereal and milk, pancake, bagels and toast, orange juice, chocolate milk…mote option. Cinnamon roll was good. Next morning, there was sausage biscuits, scrambled eggs and bacon instead of sausage and omelet and the rest were the same. Over all, I would do stay again!!

Nice clean hotel with a good pool and hot tub, the breakfast was good and plentiful, the room spacious and clean. My only complaint was to close the window shade you had to use a remote which did not work. I called the front desk and was informed there is no maintenance staff until the a.m. they would move me to another room. Having already unpacked and being tired I just improvised by taking the sheet off the bed and hanging it over the window. Another example of technology we don't need. Otherwise very good.

This was my second time staying at the property. The first was 10/10 but this time around it was a bit disappointing. I checked in late and my king sized room was dirty, the ac was loud and it was just uncomfortable. The dirty by the bed was a lot of dust, crumbs, and hair. I went back to the front desk and Andre kindly moved me into another room. Again - this room was even worse. Ac was not working well, dirty, and smelled so strong. He kindly moved us into another room and this one has clean beds and a functioning ac but my goodness it was dirty. The floors were dirty and had water strains. The toilet was dirty. There were stains on the bottom on the bed frame. Given this was the 3rd room we called it a night. Staff is very kind so that’s a big plus but the cleanliness was lacking severely.

Mold in the air conditioner made the entire room smell very bad....like someone relieved themselves in it. I addressed it with an employee at the front desk, and she ensured someone one take a look at it; nobody ever did. Also, the same employee refused to change my on-file card to my IHG card. I expected better than this.

We travel with our dog, we put his food bowl on his mat, he ate and 10 minutes later, 100s of ants all over the bowl. Went to Lowes purchased home defense spray and soaked the baseboards. No more ants for the next 2 days. Shower head needs to be changed, water dropped out of spray head. We have stayed here 2 other times with no complaints. 1 out of 3 ain't bad. Staff is very nice, grounds are well kept. We will stay again, Only 2nd or 3rd floor. Ground floor units seem over used. Price is a little steep considering location, but it's where we need to stay, as we like to be in an area we are familiar with. Oh, bring your on soda, 3 bucks a bottle 12 oz. At front desk

The hot tub was full of people constantly and closes 11pm. They don't treat or clean it. People go in the morning and it looks like a green murky pond of turtle water. My kind "suite" was supposed to be nicest room in the hotel and it was covered in mold. No ventilation in bathrooms which is what causes mold. They don't clean between customers. Someone else's hair all over the shower and mold. Someone makeup all over the sheets and pillows. Dogs barking all night Breakfast is trash

The facilities were nice overall. Check-in was weird. Nobody was at the front desk. A very nice maintenance guy ( I guess) attempted to summon the evening front staff worker. About 10-15 minutes later he appeared. He didn't even acknowledge our wait-time during his absence. Let alone apologize. The Wifi password did not work. Had to get up early the next day so I didn't bother with clearing it up. Our AC unit would fire up. Once it reached the set temp, the compressor would kick off. As the fan slowed down, it would emit about 5-6 noisy clicks. Enough to be annoying, but not enough to wake you up and request a room change.

I like the convince of 95 two min away, the restaurants near...The hotel itself was lit up, easy to get to. Room was clean and accommodating for the 1 night. My only negative was the bed, it was way to soft for MY liking....but may work for someone else. Overall, if I had to stay anither night, it would work.

We just stayed overnight… very nice property. there was a stinky smell (like foot odor) in the room that we noticed upon entering the room that persisted, but since it was late we just dealt with it. The bed was very comfortable, nice linens and towels, and the shower was fabulous! Wifi was very good.

Quiet stay in a clean room close to anything you wanted to do. My only issue and I forgot o mention was the showers water pressure. Water just kinda sprinkled out the shower head instead of a good flow. Had to set it to the jet stream setting to get good water pressure. Not a big deal but it kept me from giving it a 10 rating

Room was spacious and clean. Facility is only about 5 years old. Breakfast was hot and enjoyable each morning. We will stay here again. It is convenient to I-95.

Our stay was great! Tommi went out of her way, during checking in, to make our stay perfect! Destiny was also extremely helpful the following day. Both were very knowledgeable. Both are the reason we joined and are apart of IHG. That extra mile in personality and service goes a long way. We will be back. Thank you all for your great service.

The elevator was broken and we had a room on the fourth floor. Because we booked through YOU they would not do anything to help us. No moving the room, no perks or compensation. They were not even nice about it at all!!!

Malu in the dining room was amazing. When the elevator went out, she carried my son't breakfast up 3 flights of stairs for me. I have a broken disc in my back. Was bummed that the elevators were out, but it was nice to have this sweet person go out of her way to help me. God bless, Sheila Hart

This place was great. From the check in who was very friendly to the room. The beds were comfy-the TV Great-The A/C great. the shower was too slow for me. I love the hot tub and pool at night after working. Perfect location + nice neighborhood. Lots of parking + stores nearby. Loved it all.
