We had a nice stay. Dog friendly which was very convenient for us. There was only 1 elevator working so that was a little bit crazy at times. Our room was clean. The hotel itself seemed clean. We had no microwave and we had to pay to park. If we had a microwave and didnt have to pay to park I would have given 5 stars.

Property has a nice location. Receptionts - all three of them - were nice. One ofe the two elevators was broken and every trip downstairs took 10 minutes at least. Whoever was in the hallway with their radios talking all the time didn't add to relaxing atmosphere. Pool gate lock didn't work. Also, their restaurant was nice, but every single time there was a confusion that made me unwelcome - always something along the lines of "do you have a reservation?" and if you don't you can come in but you'll have to wait or you can't take a nice table etc. I had nice tables every single time and no one showed up to claim them, it was half-empty all the time, which makes me think that staff were trying to save these tables for some potential reservations (I've been told that couple of times). I don't give a damn about that and I don't think it's a smart move - I paid decent amount of money for this hotel (triple the price of what it should cost tbh, first night was close to $300 and it's not NYC). Anyhow, the stay was ok - they just could really do better.

We liked the location, housekeeping was wonderful, kept our room clean every single day. Staff was all very friendly. Downfall, they only have 2 elevators. One was broke the entire week and they said it had been broke for weeks before. Made for horribly long waits. We paid $1,800 to stay there (2 rooms) and had to pay $10 a day to use their parking lot, that makes no sense. Other than those things, it was ok.

The beds were comfy & the room & bathroom were clean. I’m not thrilled that as a paying customer, you also have to pay to park your car overnight. $10 & I had prepaid. I just find it to be a ridiculous junk fee. It’s literally the hotels parking lot. Not a parking garage in a big city. I wish there was a microwave if not in our room then at least down by the ice machine. The only microwave I was made aware of is in the main lobby. Aside from that, the property is well kept & the Niagara River flows right outside the huge spacious pool area. The pool area features a ping pong table, Cornhole boards, a river facing seating area.

Beautiful view and great service. Lighting in elevator is terrible very hard to see the floor numbers. Carpeting in the pool area put me off. The restaurant food and outdoor ambiance was excellent.

Our room and view were as described at time of booking. Room and hotel were clean which is always a plus. Location of the hotel is great between Buffalo and Niagara. Building only had one small elevator which I really think they should have disclosed at the time of booking. Especial when we booked a premium room. Time waiting for the elevator around check out was extreme and frustrating many guest.

All the staff were incredibly helpful and polite, the pool was great, and WiFi worked very well. My whole family enjoyed this hotel and felt very safe. It took us less than 10 minutes to get to the falls or the nearest wal mart (in different directions) making it a fantastic experience overall. The beds in our room were a bit lumpy, but overall not horrible. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was like Crown Plaza’s forgotten step-child. There was hair on the bathroom floor when we checked in, stains on the window shades, and an overall musty smell coming from the rug in the bedroom. The shower pressure stung. There were patches on the walls near the top of the windows, clearly fixed in a shotty, quick way rather than the right way. So disappointing. This hotel is also not for people who are hoping to walk to Niagara Falls spots- only drivable. Not in the best area either. The only plus to this hotel was the friendly staff at the front desk. For the price I would have expected more. To the Crown Plaza corporate office: put more of an effort in this hotel, it needs a complete overhaul.

While this property has potential, it is highly unkempt and dirty in all of the shared spaces of the property other than the lobby. The room cleanliness was ok, but the windows were full of spiders. The property is pet friendly, which was great, but the price for a pet was $75, which is comparatively high. I travel through the area a couple times an year and will not be staying at this place again.

Property surrounding the building is pretty But a tub that still has hair in it and socks and underwear still laying on the floor from the last tenant in the bedroom area makes you question if your room was even cleaned before being re rented

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. I had the river view room, an excellent view, but the carpet was filth and badly stained. The bathtub was not washed well, it had black stains and the bedsheets were stained too. The restaurant serves good food, but pricey (the chicken Caesar salad and the jerk chicken sandwich, are excellent). The pool has no lifeguard, so swim at your own risk. The water looks cloudy, so I don't know how often they clean it. I did swim a few laps but showered soon after. Oh, the hotel has 1 washer and 1 dryer for a hotel this large is ridiculous; warning, the guest never attends to their laundry.

It is so nice to stay here. The room is big and clean with complete facilities. There are refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, compact iron and ironing board. Unfortunately, there is no bottled water. Paid private parking is available with $10 per night. All the staff are friendly and this is a hotel with great views.

When we first got into our room, there is a used sanitary pad in the garbage can inside the bathroom. It was shocking and disgusting to us. We notified the manager on duty and she immediately sent the housekeeping supervisor to follow up with us. The supervisor removed all the trash and the used pad and sanitized the area for us. Put in garbage bags (which was missing in the first place), and also provided us more towel as we have four people staying for four nights but only two towels were placed. We appreciated the friendly staff but the first impression with the uncleaned room was very bad. The view of the hotel was amazing if they could pay more attention to details, it could be a great hotel. It’s unfortunately that the hotel is lacking of cleaning staffs.

Depends what you are looking for I suppose! Things to be mindful of if travelling with a teenager would be that the TV’s are incredibly small and very old. The wifi is also very weak and would frequently drop signal. the rooms could absolutely use a facelift but if you’re looking for a space to rest before a flight it does the job, but if you are looking for somewhere where you are going to spending more significant amounts of time you may want to look elsewhere.

Loved the view of the river. Friendly staff. Easy access to shopping and food and to attractions. Only thing that could’ve been better was the beds. One was very lumpy and uncomfortable the other was better. But will definitely be back to stay again.

Check in was okay. Elevator took forever. Room needed repair. Beds were comfortable. Tub wouldn't drain. Restaurant service was very slow. One person taking orders, drinks and making drinks. Employees complaining. One was a housekeeper in the Elevator and one was the waiter. Front desk forgot to send someone up to fix drain. Short staff. Grumpy staff. I felt sorry for them but they shouldn't use that as an excuse and share their frustrations. It was awkward

Stayed two nights asked for my room to be cleaned and it did not get clean. The walls are paper thin you can hear everybody walking down the hallway. Gotta pay for parking when they arent even packed.

The staff and manager went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a great vacation. Sherry made sure that we had distilled water waiting for us because our flight was super late and nothing was going to be open when we got there. We also had and issue with our oringinal room but the staff took the time and care to move us to another room right away.

The staff were amazing, friendly, and attentive, unfortunately the rooms and facilities have been completely neglected. Beds felt like we were sleeping on springs, room was old, outlets had burn marks, carpet was torn, and bathroom was rusty. One of two elevators was out of service for my entire stay. Staff and guests were sharing an elevator, making it nearly impossible to get on it during peak times. It’s really unfortunate because you can tell the staff were really trying, but clearly management doesn’t care about upkeep of the property. It’s long overdue for a renovation.

None of the plugs worked, shower was broken, pool advertised as heated-even my 12 year old daughter said it was too cold, light was broken looking like it got punched out. When we filed a claim with Expedia to get our second night refunded (left because of the facility being falsely advertised) the front desk manager hung up on the Expedia representative and was extremely rude. Absolutely would NOT recommend this hotel.

Room was great, quite we reserved a suite don't know about standard rooms,close to the Niagara Falls, 10 minute drive, other restaurants, and stores 10 minute drive plenty of parking dont understand the charge for parking thou $10 a night we stayed 3 nights,restaurant on site alittle steep on prices example $8 for small loaf of bread ,big deck in the back very nice inclosed pool located alongside the Niagara River all in all very pleasant stay ,oh one other thing alot of busses came in the middle of the night alot of people checking out in the morning we were on the 8th floor only one elevator was working to aleast 20 minutes waiting to get to the lobby because elevator was stopping at other floors need to check in to that it was a very nice stay we there because it was my wife & i 50th wedding anniversary THANK YOU FOR ARE COMFORT staff was excellent.

Beutiful river view - but a large un- landscaped parking lot in front of the hotel. The surrounding area has not recovered from the de- industrialization of the rust-belt. It is derelect and poor. Devoid of charm or character.

Our first stay on the American side of the Falls and, while this hotel isn’t in the center of the tourist area, it provided peace and quiet with a view of the river, just what we wanted. The facility is well maintained, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate at the onsite restaurant for dinner one night and, again, the staff was helpful and friendly. The food, especially their pizza, was very good and reasonably priced. We plan to stay here again while visiting family in the area.

Loved being on the Niagara River. The views are beautiful from the hotel rooms and restaurant. The hotel is convenient to the falls and other local attractions. The restaurant is over priced, they also didn’t have their breakfast menu all weekend long. It was a breakfast buffet, and not very good for almost $17 per person. Dinner is also very overpriced. $10 per day for parking plus tax seem steep considering it’s in a lot and not a parking garage. The pictures showing the bathroom with the soaking tub and separate shower is not accurate. That must be an upgraded room, and misleading from the website’s rooms pictures that shows this is the bathroom layout for all rooms, it’s not. Sort of disappointing. While we were there, a hockey team or two were also staying at the hotel. They took over the pool area, kids were screaming and running up and down the halls at all hours of the night, and they broke one of the two elevators. It was a nuisance and absolutely affected our overall stay. Not sure if we will be back…depends on if there is a hockey team booked as well.

The hot tub in our room was great, but got cold fast. I didnt want to keep running hot water to warm it back up. Very pet friendly, but the pet fee is pretty high for just one night, especially for an 11lb dog that doesnt shed. I made more of a mess than our dog did. The restaurant prices were great and the eggplant parmesan and caprese salad were fantastic. They made two meals for two people.

The hotel was clean, the view was great. The restaurant had great food and LIVE MUSIC! The mattress was a bit old and springy, but far from the worst. And one of the elevators was out of service which made going up and down to the 6th floor take a while. Short drive to the Maid of the Mist. Overall great stay.

We only stayed over night, but were really happy with the hotel itself. The restaurant was a different story. First, we were seated by a very nice maintenance man who went into the kitchen to find our server. We asked the waitress what would be the best things to order because we had limited time to eat due to a scheduled tour. We ordered her suggestions and the eggs came different than what was ordered. The toast was cold and the servers were nowhere to be found again. We were the only ones in the restauraunt. Stay at the hotel, but go elsewhere for breakfast.
