Cambria Hotel Niagara Falls

Stunning views from the spacious and clean room. Full breakfast buffet for $15/person and the hotel was located extremely close to the falls (less than 10 minute walk through the park). They also offer a gym and coin operated selfserve laundry 24/7. The hotel additionally is full of historic pictures of Niagara Falls and the City of Niagara.

The hotel is new therefore everything from bed, pillows to towels are new. Unfortunately they charge $20 for the parking. And when I called I was told there wasn't a charge (I saw people claimed about this fee in reviews)

Nice hotel, but you need to know these before booking. You will have to use the pool at the hotel beside you, there is no microwave, you must keep the key card in the power slot in order to keep the refrigerator running, and the back of the shower needs cleaned. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is a 15 minutes walk to the falls area. It is in a safe area. The beds were clean and comfortable.

Hotel, was very clean , Especially liked, that there was no carpet in the Room.Mike at the check in desk was Very Friendly, Fast, and Efficient.I Would definitely stay here again. The Gym was small. But not crowded. However there is no pool at this Hotel. Food is available, at a reasonable price.

Honestly, one of the better hotels we have stayed in everything was clean. Staff was on top of everything. The bar was great. Very conveniently located. The only complaint I have is the $18 breakfast in the morning. It seems a little steep.

Great hotel. Located next to A&W restaurant. Parking lot lit up at night. Safe and clean. Near attractions, can walk from hotel to the Niagara Falls state park. They do charge for parking at the hotel so be prepared to pay for that. Room was fantastic. Can control air, room gets nice and cool. Towels are high quality. Beds and pillows are soooo comfortable!! You’ll be happy with your stay. Didn’t eat at the hotel/bar but it was packed every night so must have been good.

We enjoyed our stay at Cambria in Niagara Falls. The hotel is beautifully done and well maintained, the rooms were spacious and comfortable (my boys were amazed by the size of the shower), and the location was great. We were within a few minutes walk of the state park and many of the local restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only gripe is being charged to park in their attached lot, but that seems to be common these days.

I enjoyed the stay for the most part , neighbors were loud and you can hear all the other rooms around you and we also payed for parking and left and came back to no parking spots

Great location and walking distance to everything. Only minor issue is that you have to pay to park, but the spaces were limited. One night we had to park in a charging station area as that was the only parking spots available on the property.

The room could have been cleaned a bit better. There were handprints all over the window and on the bathroom door window and along the wood grain on the bathroom door. There were also sticky spots on the floor that showed it clearly hadn’t been mopped down well in a while.

Rooms were bigger than normal, very clean, staff was very friendly and welcoming. about 1/2 mile walk from the State Park. area felt safe to walk from State park after fireworks show.

Room and amenities are great. Prime location for walking to the parks and falls. Everything is excellent except for the cleanliness. The floors looked as if they had not been cleaned in a while with hairs and crumbs everywhere, stains and spots in many places, and it was sticky in spots. There was bad aroma in the room that was very pungent and the linens also had long black hairs on them. We went to the store and had to get wipes to wipe everything down including the floor and an air freshener. It was not perfect but we were able to at least sleep and change in the room.

Finger prints on the bathroom door and room door as well as splatter stains on the inside of one elevator was not pleasing. Whenever I see finger print stains it makes me wonder what other surfaces or items were not properly washed and sanitized.

Hotel room was clean and stocked. Front desk staff friendly. Tried to buy snacks and my cards would not scan. Had to be hotel kiosk. First floor men’s bathroom dirty and not stocked with tp or paper towels. Bar service not great. Hotel area nice and lot well lit.

Our room was not clean upon arrival. Fingerprints on windows and bathroom door and sticky substance on floor that had clearly been there a while. I needed laundry soap to do a load of laundry and the hotel store was out. There was no urgency or assistance to help get laundry soap other than suggesting driving to a store to get or going to another hotels store. The bartender was great however at dinner on the 24th, my husband and I waited a good 30 minutes for even our appetizer and the waiter just laughed and said “I don’t know why it’s taking so long”. Don’t come to check drink status and when I accidentally spilled my Diet Coke offered no paper towel or any assistance cleaning it up other than that we could leave it for him to clean up later. That’s fine, I get it was my fault, however our small table was now full of Diet Coke (and dishes because he never picked any up) and he brought us dessert as we were frantically trying to clean everything up and he was expecting us to clear a spot for the dessert. I thought maybe he went back to get some towels or something to help with the mess we had, but no. There we sat with a table full of spilled Diet Coke and dirty dishes. It was terrible service. There was also dirty dishes left on tables near the elevators and housekeeping would walk right past them several times. For hours. I guess I would think it would be everyone’s job to help keep the place looking clean.

The Hotel was easy to get to. The hotel staff and property was really nice! The food was good and for the most part we had a nice stay. The casino was across the street and everything you needed was walking distant. The only issue we had was the room not being clean. One blanket had previous food stains on it which was gross and showed they didnt wash the blankets.. The floor looked clean it was hardwood floors but our soxks turned black on the bottoms because the floor was gross and sticky , It definitely wasnt cleaned. The room was a nice room and comfortable setting unfortunately it was just dirty

Although the room seemed spacious and updated. When you look close enough you can see it was slapped together. Outside of my room a baseboard had fallen from the wall and left screws on the floor the floors were dirty in the hall and sticky. Also when we arrived to out room our floors were so dirty like they had never been mopped. I had to take a Lysol wipe and get up the sticky spots myself. There were crumbs left on the rug from the previous occupants which was concerning because I have a 1 year old that likes to pick things up off the floor and eat them. The hotel staff was nice enough and the hotel was in a decent location.

Hotel is nice and modern. Clean and quite spacious (double queen with chase). Walkable distance from the falls. Breakfast buffet was good, but very expensive and was the same stuff every day. Food was not always consistently made and service was spotty, some days great other days mediocre. Bed was very comfortable and staff was friendly. Definitely recommend for a good stay at Niagara Falls.

Hotel is very modern. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean , large and comfortable. We had a corner room with ceiling to floor windows, refrigerator and bar area, round table with 4 chairs, smaller round table with 2 arm chairs. No carpeting in the room which makes it a bit noisy but we prefer laminate to carpet. We didn’t eat at the hotel so we can’t comment on the food. Nice area to walk everywhere. Would highly recommend

Nice clean comfy room. The shower was big and had colorful towels not just the plain white ones. Within walking to alot. Definitely worth it.

Cambria is a good place to stay. Wish there was a microwave in the room instead of going all the way to the lobby. The hotel room is not sound proof, can here noise and doors slamming. $15 parking. For some odd reason, the light in the bathroom mirror doesn't turn off. Floors weren't clean, and the bed sheets had hair.

One of the best stays we’ve had. Room was clean, NO carpeting, which I love! Very spacious.

I like the room design which promotes a very clean experience. There are no rugs, the bed is on a platform, and the bathrooms are very clean. Also, it is perhaps the most comfortable bed I have ever experienced at a hotel. I'm not a big fan of the paid parking, particularly in places that don't justify it, but the competitive rate made up for that.

My stay at Cambria was wonderful. The staff was amazing. The area was walkable. The restaurant was convenient and the food was great!

Hotel Review – crambeia Hotel Our experience at the Krameria Hotel was mixed. The front desk service was not particularly friendly or welcoming, which was disappointing upon arrival. Regarding laundry services, it's important to know in advance that you need to bring your own laundry detergent, as there is none available for purchase in the hotel. On the positive side, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, which made the stay pleasant overall. Breakfast was decent, but note that it is not included in the room rate and requires an additional payment. Parking is available but comes at an extra cost of $15 per night.

Service was amazing!

Hotel was new and the room was good. But what prompted me to give poor review is the attitude. I understand they don’t do too. Service for 3 days a policy which is fine. But I was told you can ask for light service which includes changing towels and dispose garbage. I asked for light service but nothing was done. When I went back and asked they said sorry we forgot. Seriously 2 days when I asked and both times it’s forgotten? If this is the policy as well they should let me know and not say we will do it. Pathetic. I have stayed in the same Cambria hotel in Lake Placid and that was awesome. Will never return to this in any location.

Check in was great. There were 4 buses with middle school kids on a trip so the woman at the front desk upgraded us to a corner suite away from all the noise which was fantastic. Great service!

The website clearly indicated parking is $15 per day but they charged $20 per day. Staff was very rude. There is no cleaning service if they stayed more than one day. Even after we asked cleaning, they only changed towels. Never stay in this place again

Check in associates were chatting and laughing during our check in barely looking at us, very unprofessional. Room was clean and quiet but had moths we killed at least 8. Should have asked for a refund.

The rooms were excellent and roomy. Breakfast was awesome with many options. The restaurant have a great variety for dinner. All food was exceptional. Mike at the front desk was so helpful. The staff for breakfast and dinner were excellent.The Cambria was top in all areas.

The stay was great. The Beds were the best i have had in a hotel ever. The location is super great. Only 5 mins or so from the Falls. The only down fall is the room smelled funky. It smelt like they might have had a toilet back up or something and it was being covered with a strong air freshner. But i have to say by the morning it went away.

Really nice, newer hotel, extremely close to Niagara Falls. Fantastic experience. Only complaint is that they make you pay for parking, like $15 a day, when there is plenty of parking, would be better to just build that into the rates as it annoys people when they feel like they are getting stuck with a “hidden” fee.

The property was conveniently located near Seneca casino, dining options, within walking distance to the park and within 7 min drive to the Canadian border

Our room was clean and comfortable, but the restaurant was very dirty. Expecially the floor where food had been spilled. In one spot under our table, ants were crawling over dropped food.

Wanted hotel near Falls. Best choice ever. Everyone we met was polite and very helpful. Entire staff made sure our stay was awesome. Our waitress, Sandra took time with us, made sure we had what we needed each night for dinner. Excellent service. Very nice Happy Hour deals. Breakfast buffet was the very best I have ever had. Basically, we were treated royally from the beginning to the end of our stay. Will stay here again. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable and accomodating.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful. The walls were extremely thin allowing you to hear everything next to you. The shower was extremely nice, but bottom very slippery. The restaurant on site was excellent!! Food and service fantastic. There is however NO Room Service. You can go to the restaurant and order something, and carry it to your room yourself, but they will not bring it or take anything away. The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. They also have concierge service which was a lifesaver for area attractions. You could purchase tickets for these events and they would come with transportation to and from, and knowledgeable tour guides. This was very helpful, since we didn’t know our way around in New York traffic. It also saved waiting in line and finding parking. I would definitely stay here again.
