I have stayed at this hotel 6 times before and found it fantastic. This time the room was run down, stains in carpet, chip in tub, tub did not hold water. Pool and hot tub were out of order( I was told by staff it was out of order for a while and would be broken down for another few weeks). we asked for a room near the Elevator, was told it was possible, but our room was 3/4 way down the hall

The room had no hand soap or lotion in it. The bathroom was very dirty and I had to clean it myself before my grandchildren used it. The refrigerator did not work. Also I called the day before to make sure the pool was working and they told me yes, but when I got there it had been down for a few days.

Our room was on the small end but had everything we needed. It was a cozy room for the 4 of us and we had a great time. The only downfall was the parking. What a pain but they made it as easy as they can. The parking garage on the other hand. We also did not enjoy the burger place downstairs. Very over priced and not clean. The hotel breakfast was great! The pool and hot tub were GREAT! It was so nice to rest our bodies after walking all over. The food truck outside, F Bites- YUM! The energy was amazing.

We had a group of 14 people stay here for 2 nights on a work vacation. The hotel is in a great place, you can walk to the falls and to several surrounding attractions/restaurants. All within the hotel building is a papa johns, a burger joint, a nice gift shop, a cigar lounge, pool, and a bar. However, the only thing that was disappointing was the bar was closed for most of our stay there. Besides that, no complaints. I will stay there the next time Im in niagara falls, NY.

Pool and hot tub were really nice. Could use a good carpet cleaning and/or updated look in hallways. Very limited dining options around hotel unless you love Indian cuisine. Couldn't accommodate a large crowd in breakfast area and options were limited. Staff outisde of the front desk weren't friendly and accommodating. There was a small fire during our stay and staff wasn't really good with communicating and updating everyone while we waited outside. The rooms were nice however and seemed well maintained.

Breakfast 2/5: Very limited options with things running out. Only hot item was waffle station where we had to stand in queue for 30 min to make one for ourselves. Not enough seating. Location 5/5: Closer to the attractions and lots of food options Cleanliness 3/5: First room given was bad and dirty. Changed to another room which was better. Unfortunately, the property is dated and everything shows that. Parking 4/5: Parking near the property is limited but a bigger garage is around the corner and much better. Average experience for the price.

The bathrooms smelled terrible, and the free breakfast was awful. The only positive aspect was the hotel’s close proximity to Niagara Falls. All other amenities were poor, and the front desk staff were unfriendly, making it feel as though we were staying at their mercy.

Hair left in shower, No toilet paper was left from cleaning staff, we found change left behind and crumbs on floor along with our dead bolt was broken and door handle barely latched. We locked door with a chair against door. Air conditioning was minimal

This hotel was very old, run down, and very stinky. Our room had water damaged on the ceiling and walls. The bathroom was gross. The toilet wobbled. We didn’t even bother to stay for breakfast. Sun came up and we ran out of that hotel as fast as possible. Had to park 1/4 mile down the street. For the cost I wish we would have spent $ 30-40 more and went to a nicer hotel. The pictures do not show the current state of the hotel.

Honestly, for the price, it could have been a lot better. The sink handle was falling off. The shower felt like it was gonna fall through when you stepped in the tub. The water pressure was horrible. And they could’ve offered a better breakfast for $200 a night.

Overall , I liked my stay at this Quality Inn. The room was spacious, fairly comfortable bed, clean . Room was quiet. Staff was pleasant. I want give a special compliment to Gabriel! Every single time I saw him, he was busy working, helping guests and keeping busy! He really made an impression on me! Very nice and helpful! It was obvious he loves his job! The location is great to the US Falls and park. The main downside is their parking. They have 1 small lot that is close, but always full, another one is somewhat close but small also, so if those are full, you have to use a public parking garage, down the street~ not good for a solo, older woman traveler. Breakfast was 'ok' during the week, cereal, waffles, toast..but MUCH better on weekend~scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes , fruit etc. They worked hard to keep it clean and stocked. Lots of places nearby to get something to eat or look at shops. Nice little sitting area outside, across from The Culinary Institute of Niagara Falls. All in all, I was happy with my stay. The main downside is the parking.

The sink to wash your hands is outside of the bathroom, which would be ok BUT, there are no towels or towel racks to dry your hands! You have to walk back into the bathroom with wet hands in order to dry them! We had one small trash can, one roll of toilet paper and an empty box of kleenex for 3 adult women. We had to keep getting supplies from the front desk and we took clean towels from the pool area.

At first glance, the hotel seems to be older and a little run down (a little), but all things considered, it was a great hotel. It is centrally located to just about every activity you can do if you are not afraid to do a little bit of walking. The only real complaint I had was that like all hotels, the walls are paper thin which can be bad if you have noisy neighbors, but that can be taken care of too with some pounding on the walls 😉. All in all, a good hotel. 😊

Great location, close to the falls. However our room had several issues. The door lock didn’t always work, the room wasn’t vacuumed when we arrived (although they rectified that quickly), the toilet was loose (banged on the wall), the sink had no stopper, the faucet handle came off, the safe didn’t work, one of the beds was very squeaky, and the shower water pressure was very low. We also had no drinking or coffee cups and there was a strange odor in the room. It was clean other than the floor, though, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was mostly friendly and helpful. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

It’s quite central to everywhere, Goat Island (where all falls spots are), food, beer and across to Canada (immigration). Other hotels are all within the vicinity too (few minutes away) Room is a little old with malfunction sliding bathroom door.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. When I checked in, I was assigned room 251. It is directly above a stage where a band was playing and I was told would be playing until 11pm. Having two children with me and being exhausted from an 8 hour plane delay the day before, I requested a different room. The two male employees working were completely uncompassionate, even gaslighting me that this “comes with the territory” and trying to convince me that my room is not above the stage. They said no managers were available, that the hotel was booked to capacity, and that there was absolutely nothing they could do. My daughter and I should not have had to cry ours eyes out over rudeness and lies. I was standing there crying while they told me something was wrong with me, making other guests laugh at me. It was humiliating. I was paralyzed and stood at the counter a while to figure out what to do to get a new hotel. Using my phone. Another guest came up beside me and requested a room for the night. The employee directed her to book online. I said I would rebook online to get a different room and work out a refund with a manager who apparently would not be available until the morning. At this, the older man tried to convince me I would hear the band in any room in the hotel. I said I’d take the chance, but before I hit the button to rebook, he handed me new keys. He had lied to me, humiliated me, caused me significant distress.

Pros: It was decent. Comfy bed. Large mini-fridge. Large room. Great location. Nicely priced gift shop. Cons: Room not cleaned well at check in. Showerhead was loosened and sprayed water onto the ceiling, the towels, the toilet paper, and floor. Microwave not cleaned and had food particles in it. The plate was chipped on the side. The pool was closed as it needed to be cleaned, but when they reopened it two days later, it looked like it had not been cleaned. No treadmill in the gym.

The gentleman that checked us in was absolutely great. I don’t remember his name though. When we checked in they gave us a room way down the hall away from the elevators. I explained that I had a knee replacement and they moved us up closer, which was fabulous.

Jordan was very clearly rasist and rude and totally non cooperative on our request for a late check out. She also lied mentioning that she is Manager when we wanted to talk to the Manager while her tag clearly read Front Desk Agent. She not only charged us for a full day but also did not allow us to book via Expedia.The Property is also old and beds were wobly and room was not clean and shampoo was not there in the small bathroom, never booking it again with them.

1st the location could not be better, 10 minute walk to the falls. Beds were semi comfortable, sheets kept pulling off the bed in the night. Hotel was clean and everyone was friendly. A few negatives but I would still stay here again despite them. Parking is a hassle, there are only a few spaces at the hotel, otherwise you park about a 5 min walk down the street in the garage. No matter where you park it’s 20/day. The pool we did not use as it was pretty cloudy and we were unable to see the bottom. Breakfast was a nightmare, they had free continental breakfast but the lines were long to make a waffle or toast. They ran out of bagels and cream cheese on day 2 and we went down about 730 am. The seating is limited so we stood and ate at the bar bc our daughter is older but would not be ideal for a family. They do have papa John’s in the hotel which was delicious and a small window that had burgers and fries. For what we were there for it was fine and would stay again. Not a lot of restaurants close by, they had the rainforest and Hard Rock Cafe, other than that mostly India food. We did eat at flip burger which is like a 5 guys back home.

The location of this hotel is great! Just 10 minutes walk to the State Park and Rainbow bridge. The room is very clean. All staffs are very friendly. There is unlimited coffee supplies in the lobby. Papa Johns Pizza is in the same building. Most other dining options in the Fall area is just 5 minutes away.

The LITERAL only good thing about this hotel is the location. Quick walk to many attractions on US side and there’s a pedestrian bridge to Canada! The hotel is very old and dirty. Our room was fairly clean (bed was clean and comfortable). The bathroom had mold in the shower and was very drab. Parking was not good either. $20 per day at a ramp that’s 3 blocks away. You can go in and out but have to have your parking ticket “validated” each time. The pool and hot tub were disgusting. Like murky water. It seemed slightly better the next day, maybe they shocked it. But overall, nasty. And last but not least…BREAKFAST. It was horrible, I mean, H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E…. They have 3 waffle irons with a huge line everyday. Takes 35 minutes to get a waffle. Then there’s toast/bagels. I went to get some dry cereal but there’s no milk. Juice was empty, coffee machine out of order. Nothing else to eat. Do not stay here.

The bathrooms in the lobby were dirty and in terrible condition. Breakfast was very poor — just bread, waffles, bagels, and cupcakes. No eggs, sausage, or bacon, and no utensils to eat with. They said the full breakfast is only on weekends. Overall, the place is overpriced for what it offers. I wouldn’t stay here again

The room was clean and as it was in the website. The property is really very close to the falls. So, very comfortable in that sense. On the other hand, there were too many people in the breakfast area and long queue for food and limited number of seats. It was kind of embarrassing. I was also charged $21 extra which I noticed after coming back from the tour. I tried to contact them for this but received no response.

the property is excellently located, close to the Falls, State Park, and area dining, parking is terrible with many guest parking elsewhere, free breakfast is nice but with the amount of guest the lines for anything were long and many items ran out(orange juice became orange water and the coffee was just hot water). ALL IN ALL we probably would stay there again.

Great spot for Niagara Falls. Easy walking distance for food and to see the falls and other activities in the area. Big negative was only coffee and toast/muffins for breakfast and not hot food which is only on weekends according to the sign.
