Very good location, helpful front desk.shuttle bus very convenient.

Everything was great. Except the tub didn’t drain very well. Wasn’t a deal breaker though. Pool was great.

The rooms were clean and well kept. The beds are just not comfortable. There was plenty of parking near where my room was. The pool was clean and well kept. It was nice to have a little playground there too. My biggest complaint would have to be the breakfast. They did have waffles, bread, bagels and muffins and couple cereal options but that’s pretty much it.

Decent place to stay. Room was nice and clean, however, the stairs had a lot of spider webs, giving untidy feeling. The Place also offers free Shettle service to Niagara Fall, in case you want to go and don't want to drive.

It was fantastic very clean and tiny. I went with family it is very safe for family even for kids. Swimming pool was a little but it’s very nice. We enjoyed everything.

The grandkids loved the playground and pool. We had two rooms- one was okay- one was very dirty and full of flies. The breakfast had enough variety to please everyone. The staff was friendly and efficient. The maids spoke to us and were friendly. A sign in the room said they only clean every third day- we stayed only 2 nights. I didn’t complain or ask for further cleaning.

Room was so dirty no clan at all spiders everywhere you can’t walk on floor without shoes floor was not clean at all. Dirty it’s not worth of the money they charge us

I guess most hotels are expensive regardless of amenities, or lack thereof, these days. I understand econolodge is supposed to be the "economic" option; however, it was over $200/night and the room was full of hundreds of baby fishflies. They covered the walls, linens, sink, etc. I gave up after killing a few dozen. I'm at a loss for an idea for how to prevent this since it's a motel with doors to the outside.

Torn bed sheets, dirty bathroom with hair all around, blood stained shower curtain, stinky room, irrespective of booking months in advance they couldn’t arrange proper three rooms side by side. Never staying here again. Showed the pics to the front desk staff but no response and apologies. It’s more like a crackhead motel not worth the price and staying with families.

Property looked nice but room is disgusting and the services of front desk staff both at check in and check out were cold and nobody to do anything to go beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Booked this stay three months for a family get together, one of the rooms we got had dirty beds, torn bedsheets, blood stained shower curtains , hair in bathroom.

The bathroom was very nice. Appeared to be recently new. Otherwise rating would be less than poor. No coffeemaker in the room. Hair dryer fell off the wall. Rooms only cleaned and refreshed upon request. Couldnt get the tv to work. Had to get help from the office to come to our room and get it turned on. Insufficient parking. The absolute worst was the floors. They were so filthy that we had to wear our shoes every time we stepped on the floor! Our feet then our shoe bottoms weren’t just dirty they were black. Will not recommend this motel.

The price for the room was reasonable. The sheets didn't look clean and found hair and blood on sheets.

Overall, the room was ok but their was an u sed bar of soap on the top shelf of the shower and our feet were black from the floor! Mop it!

Need cleaning

One word….Gross. I booked this hotel knowing I wouldn’t get there until 10pm and I would leave right away in the morning. So I didn’t want to spend a ton of money. But for what I spent I would hope it was cleaner. I spilt a little water and I went to wipe it up with a towel and the towel was black from the floors. After seeing that I put my shoes back on. There was dirt in every corner, especially the door ways. In the bathroom you could see there had been water damage and there was dark mold on the ceiling. The sink was gross. There was only a small amount of toilet paper on the roll. For maybe two bathroom times. And no extra roll. The sheets and pillow cases were very wrinkly. And the pillows were flat. The room smelled like cigarettes. I went to get ice and the ice machine did not work. The only positive was the staff. They were kind, friendly, said good morning.

The property was clean inside and out. Staff were friendly and polite. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Thanks again Econolodge

Recent renovations are good. Very comfortable but walls seem paper thin. We could hear the traffic on the road and the adjoining rooms!

My son and I stayed here for one night during our drive home. The room we eventually got was clean, comfortable, and mostly well maintained (the in room phone had no dial tone and was useless). It was a bit dated in some ways but the beds were comfortable and the furniture was fully functional. This was the 2nd room we were assigned to. It met our needs well. The first room we were assigned to was totally unprepared for guests: beds not made and the tub partially disassembled. This is likely a staff communication issue where the maintenance staff had not informed the desk staff when a room is under long term maintenance and unavailable to guests. This is something that I hope is easily fixed for the future. I will say, the desk staff was very friendly and helpful in finding another room for me. The free breakfast was adequate: coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, apple juice, cereal, bagels, waffles, muffins, bananas, bread, cream cheese, butter, and a selection of jams and jellies were available. As a last note, the gift shop and coffee are available 24 hours a day and the front desk is also staffed 24 hours a day. We would consider staying here again in the future.

It felt like I was being brushed off, which added unnecessary stress to the start of my trip. 🙌 Improved Experience Thankfully, things improved on the second day thanks to Adriana at the front desk. She was attentive and genuinely helpful, arranging for me to move to another room. Her professionalism and willingness to assist made a big difference and salvaged the rest of my stay. 📍 Overall Impression This hotel has potential, but the inconsistent service and cramped amenities in the initial room were a letdown. Adriana’s support was the highlight, and I hope the management takes steps to improve the overall guest experience.

Friendly staff, room was musty and very humid. No frills

The hotel is decent and the property itself is nice with a playground for kids. Workers were pleasant. What I did not like is the size of the bathroom- very small and hard to even close the door. The lock was upside down. But overall, we had a good 1 night stay.

Horrible washroom size, it's too small. Closing the door is very difficult. Breakfast was very basic.

The room was clean. The beds and foundation must have been from when the hotel was built. Not comfortable at all. The AC kept tripping so room got uncomfortable. Drains were slow so I was standing in water when showering. Location is good. I did expect better but it is a tourist location in the height of the season. It is better than a similar hotal and price than the Canadian side.

The manager on duty the next morning was horrible very disrespectful and refused to agree to something that was already agreed on the night of check in

Very disorganized. We booked 2 rooms, and when tried to check first they couldn't find the rooms for some time, after they've found them there was already some guy living in one of those rooms, so we had to wait for a while until they found another one, and then that other one had no towels. Also the bathrooms are tiny and the included breakfast is really sad.

It was great! Right from a pre-check in phone call and then at Check in, the woman who checked me in was excellent! She was constantly available for things like towels, questions, even light bulbs! I am so sorry i didnt get her name, because I would mention her by name. And Yolanda, the "breakfast lady" deserves much appreciation, she keeps the food fresh and ready. And it's a lot of work, yet she makes it look easy, however it is not and she does a great job! Even the owner was pleasant, which is refreshing often you can tell the owner, they are usually the arrogant ones. This owner was pleasant, friendly and actually working his property, fixing the sprinkler. This is going to be my weekend getaway location from now on

Unfortunately, we stayed a couple nights and just had to make the best of it. First, the area is not the best area. Next, traveling with 2 kids would have been nice to actually watch the TV in the hotel, unfortunately, there was no remote. I asked at the front desk, she scoffed and handed me a remote stating it was the only one. That didn't work, no follow up at all from the staff. We didn't have a functioning TV the entire stay. Next, I actually went and bought cleaning supplies to wipe down the bathroom area. It didn't look like it had been cleaned from the previous stay. The tray with the ice bucket still had food on it. I left our room cleaner than when we arrived. The breakfast area just was terrible. We didn't use it the second day. There are water, juice canisters that patrons use and they drip onto the floor and the side of the cabinet. The floors was sticky from this. It was difficult to even navigate anything for breakfast. This was not a good experience.

Overall this year property is food for the rate I paid for. Rooms were decent cleaned. I upgraded one of the rooms to a suite with a Jacuzzi which was nice. My only problem was checking we arrived early. The girl at the front with the children with her was not helpful and lazy. At first she claimed that she couldn’t find the reservation. However she found it. We went ahead and paid for the rooms she promised that when we came back that the rooms would be ready. And guess what only one of the rooms wasn’t. So that was a headache the manager Alyssa’s came and she solved the problem. Overall the property was not bad.

Room was clean and ready. Quiet at night despite having a lot of guests. Can’t say enough how kind and competent the staff were!!! Approachable, professional and highly service oriented.

Not a great area.

Overall, the hotel left a good impression. It was fairly clean, in a quiet area, and conveniently located if you’re traveling by car. The only downside was a slightly stale smell in the room, but apart from that, considering the price, the hotel is quite decent and worth staying at.

The property itself was a little "loved" but the room was very clean. The staff was friendly and the ease of check in was wonderful. The neighborhood around the property was very run down and felt unsafe but of course that's not the motel's fault.

I stayed at this hotel with my family. The location was very convenient—just a short distance from Niagara Falls and with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the room had an unpleasant smell whenever we turned on the heater, which was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was average, nothing special but adequate. Overall, a decent stay with a great location, though some improvements could be made to the room conditions.

Some of the staff was very friendly, the rooms were dirty had them come clean. They were supposed to have a breakfast but they only had waffles and cereal most mornings. I wouldn’t ever stay again.
