Parking was easy to get to with no over flow.

Staff is friendly Rooms are newly remodeled and clean. On premise security walking and looking after your personal safety and stay, Couldn't ask for much more. My vehicle was in the parking lot the next morning and nothing missing or taken.. Good location definitely recommend..

The hotel is undergoing a major renovation, the pool is not usable and the bathroom lighting is horrible. The location is good, plenty of restaurant's and local amenities. The staff is really professional and courteous, that’s a plus! I’ll have to check it out again, after the renovations. Thank you.

Hotel was under construction inside, but was still a clean and comfortable stay! Will be super nice when the remodel is complete!

AC works great, our room was cold. The lady that set out the breakfast was friendly. Comfy beds. Front desk man was stern, not welcoming. Maybe he was having a bad weekend. We've all had those days. Pool was not open due to renovation. There are many areas that were not open due to renovation.

Best value for the price in this area. One elevator was down at the time, and the pool was still closed (May 11-12). But clean, comfortable and quiet.

The pool was closed due to construction. The front elevator was out of service so we had to walk to the other side of hotel for elevator. The ice machine was out of order on 2nd floor had a sign stating to use the machine on 1st floor then the machine on 1st floor sign said out of order use machine on 3rd floor. Refrigerator in room was completely off and hot. Where microwave is installed on the wall it was not pulled in & there is no plug on the wall to plug it in. The room phone did not work.

Our first day wasn’t that great. We arrived our room was “supposedly” clean and ready. Going into the bathroom, you immediately saw it wasn’t cleaned throughly. I went to the front desk and talked to them about stuff that was all over the bathroom counter, the shower wasn’t cleaned, and there was tags, and the plastic that apparently the guest before us had pulled off their clothing and it was on the floor along with other signs of not being swept or mopped. We had 4 people in our room, and only had 2 sets of towels. I was given cleaner and rags to clean the bathroom (yes, I cleaned it) then went back for towels. The next morning I went back to the desk and told them I wanted our room cleaned. After all of that, the rest of the trip was great. The breakfast was great, the staff in the breakfast area were WONDERFUL!!! They were very attentive, polite and helpful. The breakfast was just right to start our day off. They offer a free dinner Monday-Thursday, but we missed it. But I think that’s another added bonus! The pool was nice. This is a very high plant , and refinery, offshore area, so there’s a lot of workers staying there, but we had no problems at all. It was quiet, and ample parking. The hotel also has a bar, and a commissary area. All and all, it’s a good place to stay. Close to everything.

The staff at the front were absolutely awful with customer service, the rooms were half cleaned. Specifically the bathrooms, our first room had hair everywhere on the floor and walls and the towels in both rooms had hairs left on them. The floor had dust and dirty on it like it hadn't been swept. I wouldn't stay here again.

This place has deceiving ratings and pictures. Not one picture matches this hotel. The rooms are full of mold and the odor will make you sick. I will never stay at another Holiday Inn again after this experience. The staff was very pleasant however the mold in the room was a huge health factor and the health department should really close them down.

The place itself was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

I have photos the room was TERRIBLE. My mom and I killed 2 roaches and 1 gnat. There were black spots all on the room floor, dirty bed suits. Just horrible! When we had the time to go report there was never anyone in the front desk. This is our first time having this issue we usually don’t mind staying here but NEVER again

It's the best Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in. Very clean, great staff, convenient to restaurants and it's the nicest one I've been to. Huge dining area for breakfast! Just a wonderful experience!

This hotel has been renovated incredibly well. Great rate through Expedia. Breakfast included, actual eggs, not the powdered stuff, beef and turkey sausage, even zero sugar yogurt. Room was extremely comfortable and quiet, even on the first floor. We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel room and staff were great. It’s was a pretty noisy and rough crowd though. By looking at all the work boots in the hallway, there were a lot of construction workers staying there. Unfortunately, my room was on the first floor and close to the lobby and bar. Lots of loud talking and music up and down the hall and in the rooms all throughout the night. The smokers congregated by the front door and were very boisterous. Maybe they should make a smoking patio around the corner of the building. I finally just got up at 3:30am and went to work early. No rest was to be had.

The room was smaller than what the picture showed. Room had a funny smell, could be due to it was located by the pool and it was very humid outside. I didn’t like that I booked two rooms with the same amenities but when I got to the hotel, my other party was split from us and stayed on the opposite side of the building. I made the reservations together for a reason.

The hotel and room were clean and the staff was very friendly. But the WiFi was near impossible to connect to and I wasn’t given directions on how to connect. The hot water took a very long time in the shower and was only warm.

It was okay, the sweet was a little chincy. Just a couch in an adjacent room, no tv or furniture at all. No dishes in the kitchen that type of stuff but the shower was nice and the other room was a decent typical hotel room. Good for the price just not great. Breakfast was okay too.

I paid for a King Suite and ended up in a King Standard room. The room smelled liked baseboard glue/elevator shaft hydraulic oil. They offered the room across the hall but we preferred the glue to the musty smell of the other one. If they can fix the odors then it's a pretty decent place.

I paid for a suite and was told on arrival that all the suites are already booked and I was given a standard room with no price adjustment. Also the room which was given to us initially was already occupied.

The hotel’s location is in the perfect area for dining and shopping. The new renovations are modern and the bedding is comfy.

It was horrible because none of the staff could seem to get it together about the pet deposit. so not only did I end up paying over $300 just for the pet deposit, but they called Anthony called police on me twice to have me thrown out I’ve the pet deposit. Crazy thing about the whole thing it was all the front desk employees faults for not knowing their job. Also the guy Anthony lied trying to blame his other coworkers for calling the police and they didn’t even work that day. Worst 10 day experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. Very unprofessional and to be honest I started to feel like I was being harassed by Anthony towards the end. I didn’t like leaving the room until I knew his shift was over. If the front desk workers well maybe not Tim and the other front desk guy that works there they were actually really awesome however Anthony and the Hispanic lady need to be fired

It was a last minute booking so an hour prior to arriving I called to make sure the reservation was there and my husband and son would have no issues. The hotel confirmed it and the front desk even spelled my husbands uncommon first name to me when I initially provided only the last name. When my husband arrived, they stated there was no reservation, extremely frustrating. Secondly I understand that photos are never what they really appear to be, but this was truly a catfish situation. Hotels.com, there should be some sort of policy for photos that are published or a validating process for the photos that are used. This Holiday Inn is not what you would expect from a real holiday inn and after some research sure enough it’s not. It was purchased by someone and has their DBA (Doing business as) Holiday Inn. Hotels.com, you should make this hotel list their real name (even Apple Maps list their real name) so your other customers aren’t bamboozled.

Front desk clerk was very nice and checked us in superfast!

I just didn’t like the fact that at 9am someone entered my room while I was sleeping and it was a male then said housekeeping after entering my room I was very uncomfortable with that situation

At first I wasn't impressed,things were going really horrible the Tv didnt come on the cabinet to the refrigerator came completely off,the front desk sent someone right over to fix the problem,also I was given an extra free day,so I'm very well pleased and will be back,Thank you front desk for making things better

Great customer service and great stay

Customer service was superb I do belive her name was Katie or Katie it definitely started with a K. Her shift was Oct4th she got off at 11pm. She answered every question wothout hesitation and was delited we were there. It was our family reunion and her attitude and attention was outstanding. Property very nice clean and updated. Will make this our annual stay. Price through Expedia was great. Thanks

I reserved thinking it was the other Holiday hotel close by, This was not convenient for me due to it being under construction. I would like to get credit for my payment since I fidnt check in due to the condition of ghe place

The property was clean, easy access and a decent night stay.

This was a good place for us to visit family in Silsbee. The area was nice with easy access to stores and restaurants for our stay.. Place was clean and the staff at the bar was friendly for our post day relaxation. Overall a good place if your visiting the Beaumont area.

The hotel’s location is in the perfect area for dining and shopping. The new renovations are modern and the bedding is comfy.

Easy to get to airport, sad that breakfast did not start until 5:00 and first flight out of airport required us to be at airport at 5:00 AM. My understanding is hotel is being updated, that will be nice

The space was under major renovations so many of the amenities listed were unavailable, including the pool. Continental breakfast was lackluster. Did not feel safe or well lit.

I stayed here twice, it is comfortable stay. I really liked that breakfast was early too since I am an early morning person.

Toilet was too low. Toilet paper sucked. Really need to get better soap and shampoo. Pool was closed, the bar ran out of essential ingredients for mixed drinks. Gnats all over the bar area. Breakfast so bad we went to Waffle House.

Very nice property staff was OK. Could have been a little bit more polite. The breakfast was amazing. Also, the bar tender was pretty cool. I would visit this property again.
