I am disappointed that Hotels.com would have a property, such as this, as a selection. Only 1 chair in the room and it was a beat up office chair. The towels were threadbare. The refrigerator worked but had 6" of ice inside. The pool had such green water that the bottom was not visible. It was noisy, doors slamming and people's voices. The Continental breakfast was a joke. Bagels, dry cereal and coffee. And finally, as we pulled in upon arrival, the Days Inn sign was strapped to a pole. We are extremely disappointed.

i called before booking to make sure that the pool was open. I was told that it was. I must have forgotten to ask if it was clean. the pool was very green, you could barely see he light that was in it. I felt dirty just looking at it.

Make sure to check out property first. Price is low for a reason. Example: flooring does not meet tub by At least half an inch. Toilet tank lid was from a different design and did not fit. Would give quarter of a star. Had flying bugs in ceiling by sink. Other guests live there with chairs, grills, boots , toys, and other out door items in front of their rooms.

The room was nothing like in the Expedia add. Pillows were to small. The toilet wouldn't work, had to turn on and off at wall. Took forever to get key card to work and get in room. The renovations to the room leave a lot to be desired. The parking lot was almost impossible to drive through. When went to check out couldn't rise anyone to help us for a receipt. After 20 minutes of trying to get help so we left and was late to our meeting. However at check in, the gentleman that took care of us was a delightful young man. Sincerely, Duree Lee

The pictures on the site were totally different then the hotel, it had outside entrance, which we would never reserve, because we are three ladies and are concern about safety. The door on the room had to be pushed open. The room stunk like mildew.

There was a hole started in the bedroom wall. There was scuffed up paint all over the room. We didn’t use the TV or the microwave or the refrigerator so I can’t testify to that bath towels were dirty. The bathroom was terrible bubbles in the paint on the walls baseboards missing a space in the door jam no privacy in the bathroom hair in the bathtub but the shower pressure was great. The complementary coffee was opened packages, not sealed the outlet at the bathroom. Vanity was barely attached to the wall. The neighbors were very loud. The air conditioning unit was very loud, but it helped drowned out the neighbors noise. The first problem was checking in. We had to wait five minutes for somebody to come to the desk at two in the afternoon then we walked outside into our room and the keys did not work. We had to go back to the desk twice to get the keys activated.

This place was horrible. The carpet was dirty and greasy. There wasn’t a light in the shower area. The floor tile in the bathroom was broken and the floor was collapsing. The walls were horribly painted as was the trim. I’ve never stayed in any place this bad. I have pictures too.

Smoke free hotel it said- room reeked of cigarette smoke and hit us like a wall as soon as we walked in. Would have tried to change rooms but it was midnight and we just wanted to sleep a few hours before getting back in the road. Turned on the heat and had to immediately turn it off because it smelled like it was putting out cigarette smoke. Sheets looked stained and blankets also smelled like cigarette smoke. For almost $80 and being there for only about 8 hours, miserable!

Our room was freezing cold when we checked in, and it took an hour for it to get comfortable. We never got Direct TV to load. The place could use some serious updating, but the bed was comfortable, and the shower had good pressure and was hot.

Door dead bolt wouldn't work, floor in bathroom was spongy, they charged us extra for 2 adults. Mattress was stained. Definitely would not stay again, and wouldn't suggest anyone else stay.

The hotel was staffed by people who seemed inexperienced in hospitality services. Our room only had a cover and sheet on the bed, we also lacked towels and pillows. When we requested these items we were given only one pillow and ended up buying our own blankets and towels. Checking out was also a disaster with no one being at the front desk or answering calls. Really tanks the Wyndham brand.

The location is a bit odd and unsafe. There’s a big truckers stop next to it where it’s hard to get out of. The breakfast is somewhat thrown together with little offerings. Staff was nice though.

one of the night shift workers was very rude. my father-in-law walked his dog down to our room to get some shampoo, furthest the dog went was the door & the worker came out banging on the door being very rude saying we had pets & i was trying to explain we didn’t it was my father in law he kept being more rude till my husband had to talk to him at the front desk & ask why he was so rude.
