The rooms are outdated but pretty clean and spacious. The bathtub and toilet had stains and didnt look the cleanest. The pool area needs alot of attention, pool walls were grimy and there were sharp broken pieces of trash at the bottom of the pool. There were no towels in the pool area. Breakfast is very below average. Options were old oatmeal, rubbery eggs and sausage, or cereal.

The hotel was just ok. When we checked in, they tried to give us a regular room when we had paid for a suite. We went back to the desk and had them fix it. They said they did not know how or when it was changed. Once in the suite, we noted that the pull out couch was not big enough for our son. Much smaller than advertised. The tv in the living area had no remote to operate it. There was only 1 pillow and a blanket for my son. The bathroom was clean, but needed updating. Things were worn and starting to not work properly. The pool needs to be drained and properly cleaned. There was a buildup around the edges from hard water and mildew. I would not have used it but desperatly needed to do my water physical therapy exercises. Part of the reason for choosing this hotel was to have a pool for my exercises. Breakfast was good. We chose to leave early to go home and be more comfortable.

The staff was incredibly friendly from the jump. Engaging and approachable. Older property but has everything you need. Comfy beds. Clean. The kids loved the pool. Us adults loved the patio. Safe environment. Great yard for football. I would have no issues staying here again.

The gentlemen I spoke to during my stay were great. The employees up front are not the issue. It’s more of the room it self. If you’re spending 150 a night you want your money’s worth. Our ceiling as a piece that’s detaching from the ceiling, the room smelled like burning, and the bathroom still had hair from other people in the shower and sink. I get it’s a hotel and I can’t expect perfection. But if you’re going to charge that much at least make it worth it financially.

Nice stay at the hotel. Beds comfy. Pillows comfy. Only thing is that if your trying to get a restful night of sleep, say after a long day of driving or working, request a room opposite of the highway. It was difficult at times to get to sleep because of highway noise. Regardless, I would stay again.

The hotel room was fine and we would give it a higher rating except for the fact that we couldn’t sleep because of the rumbling vibration in the wall from elevator noise. We stayed in room 216 and were about 3 rooms away from the elevator. The breakfast was good and the staff were pleasant and helpful. They even gave us a fan to try to cover the noise, although it didn’t help much. We had friends who stayed on the fourth floor and said they slept well and it was very quiet, so next time we will call the hotel directly and request a room far from the elevator and ice machine.

The beds were comfortable, rooms spotless. The breakfast assortment was amazing, the food taste good, lady serving and preparing was very customer oriented. The house keeping staff do an outstanding job. The seating in the dining room needs updating. The upholstery is worn.

frontdesk staff that checked us in were rude, like I was a homeless person that wandered in off the street because it was late and I was wearing a camo baseball cap. As soon as he buzzed me in the door he shouted from 100 feet from the front desk ‘can I help you with something sir?’ yes I’m checking in. ‘name sir?’. How about you wait until my son and I get within 30 feet of the front desk and then ask us. passive aggressive prick checking us in. Then we got our luggage from the car and returned thru the lobby he just completely ignored us like we weren’t welcome. Was my fourth stay at your property, and it will be my last.

The door locks weren't working and a staff member had to let you in your room each time. That made it difficult to run to the car for something or eat breakfast all together. Seemed to be only one person handling everything: front desk, breakfast, and letting people in the rooms. Breakfast food and paper products needed refills and service, but then again, it seemed to be all one person and she couldn't do everything. All in all, it was clean and quiet and basic service was courteous and good.

Friday night/Saturday morning everything was fine. Saturday night I was woken up by somebody trying to get into my room, they walked away after a few try’s and then returned a few minutes later. I opened the door and was met by a guy saying that he was just given my room (his room key showed my room number) he eventually walked away so I proceeded to get dressed and walked down to the lobby to find out what was going on. The guy at the front desk said he had mistakenly wrote my room number on the guys card. About a minute later the guy walks down to the lobby while I’m there and hands the employee his master card back, confused I wanted to know why he had a master card, the employee said he gave it to him in order to get into his room! This guy could have entered any room at this point! Including mine that he had already tried to get into because of this employees screw up!

The Fairfield Inn lived up to its reputation of five stars. Great service at the desk especially Tyrone. Great breakfast - kudos to Cassie. Clean rooms. Good appearance of the lobby. Conveniently located.

Despite being fully booked, extremely busy with lots of family travel and kids playing, creating messes, the breakfast area and all was so clean, so well-run. Fantastic and friendly all the way!

Everything was lovely! The breakfast was quick and delicious. Even with the high turnover of Friday night, the staff was on point when we came at 4p on Saturday and had our room flipped by 4:30. I appreciate that, as my daughter was chomping at the bit to see it. Friendly staff!

Website stateted on the weekend the continental breakfast started at 6 am unfortunately the one we stayed at change their time abd updated their website. Weekend breakfast starts at 730 am. Which makes it difficult for softball players to eat. Very disappointed. One of the reason we booked hotel.
