Outdoor pool has been broken all summer & is still listed as feature on hotels.com; single ice machine was broken with a sign on it & overnight staff on duty claimed no knowledge of it being broken; room was marginally dirty with dust, dirt, pet hair, & crumbs on floor, bed, furniture; “continental breakfast” was coffee, stale cereal, & 4 packaged danishes.

The room was dirty… unsafe door luch was ripped off they tryied to move me to a cleaner safer room that room was also dirty plus pest problem roaches ( it’s a homeless drug area plz don’t ever stay here hotel stuff unprofessional they do fals advertising the pool been permanently closed I am waiting for my full refund for this awful stay

Wow well the covers are covered in burn holes, front desk not friendly at all almost seemed like an inconvenience actually. Conversation consisted of name ID and room number check out at 11. Room has an odor which you can tell hasnt been aired out in awhile, stairs are metal and landings are rusted through. So had went down hill so disappointed

This is place is in bad need of demolition. Only one electrical outlet in the entire room worked. The ice machine was broken. The 'staff' was not inclined to be helpful at all. Skip this place and go next door.

There was some outlits by the mirror in the bathroom couldnt use. The tolit wouldn't flush all the time. And plp hanging outside smoking. The ac units were falling apart. And no elevators.

Floors were dirty, air conditioning ran for 9hrs before a noticeable difference in the room, a roach crawled out of the refrigerator, the plug to the microwave kept falling out of the outlet (had to hold it to use) & the ice machine didn’t work. Staff was friendly.

Got there checked in went to the room and won't behold and found dead roaches ever And pulled the sheets back to check the beds and had bed bugs and both beds We left immediately and had to find another hotel

Room was very hot when I arrived. It has been unseasonably hot so I turned unit to 65°. The sink drained slowly. When I was turning off light to sleep, a cockroach ran across stand between beds. Really freaked me out!

We were traveling and got tired and needed to stop. This place showed decent pictures and had breakfast. When we got in the room it smelled so strongly of stail cigarette we couldnt breath. There was feces smeared on the bathroom wall and dried blood on the door. Cigarette burns in the bedding and hair in the sheets. Ducktape sealed the door to the other room and our door barely shut and locked. All we could do was strip the bed lay towels down sleep for two hours and run!. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

We couldnt stay here after finding a cockroach run out of the sheets! The non smoking room had burn marks in the coverlet. The tile in the bathroom left a gaping hole exposed. The tub was disgusting. I have photos but they won't load.

The room had sticky furnitur, crumbs and dirt on the floor, bathroom had hairs all over, 1/2 bottle of a mini shampoo and thats it. I was disgusted at the mold on the ceiling and the whole condition of this place. Yuk! Is the only way to describe it.

The staff here was very nice. My room was clean but way outdated but for the price, it’s a decent nights sleep. Plenty of hot water, there was 4 of us and we didn’t run out. The breakfast could have been better with just 2 cereals and honey buns. Coffee was good

Located near a truck stop. The room was quiet and the A/C worked well in the heat wave when I stayed. (I was on a pedal bike.) The bed was firm. The internet worked well. It fit the price point for room amenities. Internet work good. 4.2-4.3 out of 5.

It was one of the worst I stayed in. Lady at the front desk was nice, the only good part. There was no warm water at all so I had to take a cold shower. All the outlets on the back wall didn't work so I couldn't even charge my phone, and only the TV, lamp, and heater worked.

The ceiling was chipping, the sink was cracked, there was a hole in the wall from the bathroom door that they just shoved toilet paper in to fix it, there was spit on the walls, I had to screw the light bulbs in so the lights would work. The neighbors were standing outside talking so loud. My tv was broken. Not worth wasting your money on.

We had a drunk couple fighting at 3 in the morning. Call the office and they really didnt do anything about it. We got tired of hearing it so we left at 4 am. Went to the office and asked if there is anything they can do. Got told they cant do anything.

Booked for my husband and work crew. When they arrived at the hotel the hotel had no power. They said they could stay at the hotel with no power. Obviously the crew was not okay with this, we booked another hotel nearby that did have power. Econolodge refuses to refund our stay

The conditions were appalling, with a strong, unpleasant odor that made it impossible for us to stay even for a minute. We promptly left the premises and requested a cancellation. To my surprise, when one day later I requested a refund through Expedia, the property's staff claimed to Expedia that we had stayed for two hours and therefore couldn't return our money. If someone looking for the dirtiest place with dishonest staff, then this is the place.

We were rudly woken up by the people next to us. I called down to the office and no one answered so i had to walk down there, she was on her smoke break. Oh and the room phone didnt work so i had to google the number. In the morning at check out she was out smoking again. Kind of annoying.

Ok. This is not a 4 star hotel. It's not even a 3 star hotel. But what it is is a super cheap and safe room, and if you're not worried too much about anything else this is the place for you. We checked in very late (business trip) as in 1am, and the front desk was so accommodating and nice about it. They gave us a 1st floor room (special request). The room was a little run down, but it was clean. The fridge and freezer worked, the shower was okay. I will use this place again and again on my business trips.

I needed a stay that was somewhere between Louisville and Bloomington and selected it out of location. I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby was old and a bit outdated, but customer service was great. They were able to accommodate my request for a 1st floor room. The room was clean, and recently updated probably in the last 5-6 years. Showers worked, beds were clean and comfortable, TV was fine. I mean, this isn't a 4 star hotel, but this is a cheap place if you need someplace to crash with no fuss.

Perfect for what we needed. In town for an outdoor swim meet and we just needed a place to sleep and an air conditioned room to get out of the heat in the middle of the day. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Its definitely in need of an update, but for a place to crash, it was great.

The Econo Lodge was quiet because nobody else was staying there. Room was very dark with few lights inside. It was somewhat clean, only one cockroach. I had my two dogs with me. The one good thing was that this room didn't smell as some of the motel "pet" rooms do. Some fast food places nearby. " Breakfast" included coffee, orange juice and fruit loops. I'm a tea drinker, no tea or hot water. One station on the TV. Wouldn't stay here again. Friends traveling along stayed at the nearby Travel Lodge and said it was even worse.

This property is way better than the travel lodge! It’s been remodeled a little. No bugs. Water pressure isn’t the best. But it’s clean. Breakfast isn’t much. Coffee and cereal. But you get what you pay for with this place. Not bad at all
