Delta Hotels by Marriott Toledo

I loved this hotel. Better than a few we went to. Wish it had a hot tub but we did have a jacuzzi jetted tub in our room. Restaurant was awesome as well that was located down stairs. Pool was kinda cold but it was a nice size.

I recently stayed at Delta Hotels by Marriott and found it to be a well-rounded and inviting experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, complemented by soft, high-quality pillows. The TV was a great size, making relaxation even better. However, the bathroom layout had a slight inconvenience—the toilet placement made reaching the toilet paper a challenge unless you had Stretch Armstrong-level flexibility. That aside, the mirror was impressively large and beautifully lit, adding to the aesthetic appeal. The shower was adequate but nothing remarkable. The hotel's atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The pool was surprisingly large and spacious, though there was no hot tub for extra relaxation. On the other hand, the gym was massive and stocked with every piece of equipment imaginable, catering to all workout needs. For added convenience, there was a pantry-style area where guests could purchase snacks, along with a restaurant and bar inside the hotel. While the dining options were available, they came with a steep price tag. One unique and thoughtful aspect of the hotel was its connection to the nearby hospital, which could be beneficial for guests with medical needs or visiting loved ones. Delta Hotels by Marriott delivered a comfortable stay with great amenities. A few minor inconveniences aside, the inviting atmosphere, well-equipped fitness center, and accessible features made the experience worth

We got the presidential suite. The room was huge. The couch was a little uncomfortable, parts of the room seemed to be on the sticky side. The kitchen counter and floor. The elevators were a bit shaky. Overall it was a great place. I don't think I will recommend the restaurant in the hotel at least not for dinner.

The whole hotel was very clean. Nice thick towels. Staff was nice. Check in and out was easy. Pool was amazing. Clean and warm. It does have divots out of the concrete on the bottom that need some maintenance. My room was nice and clean. The lighting in the room is rather low, could stand to be a little brighter. It’s very quiet. There’s not much in the area. It’s on a medical campus so I’m not sure what kind of clientele they typically have. Didn’t seem like it was for pleasure so much as business or to stay near the hospital. I was here for pleasure to see a show in the area. Nothing walkable. Since there aren’t many restaurants nearby I would’ve liked more casual options to eat in my room. I liked the hotel but not so much the location.

Nice hotel inside the med campus in Toledo. Not crowded, easy to find, superwalmart nearby. Staff is friendly and helpful. Free parking at the hotel.

Only thing the pool closed at 8pm . That’s way earlier than most hotels we stay at either 9:30 up to 11 pm . If you travel and go to eat by the time you come back it’s way after 8pm. I can see 8pm curfew for anyone under 18 but that’s way too early and pool need hot tub and updating.

Very good gym facilities and very good pool

Our room was very clean but the pool area was not. Used bandaids, tissues and used towels all over on the ground. Other guests on our floor were extremely loud and at times screaming. Their noise continued all throughout the night.

The new renovation’s are beautiful! The staff at the service desk were great. The food in AXIS was excellent! However, the waitress was awful, no silverware, no refills were asked for coffee or water! She basically put our food on the table and that was it! Never came back to ask how we were doing, bring a bill nothing! She was too busy socializing with other co-workers to be bothered by us today. The cleaning staff for the 4th floor left us with 1 towel and 1 washcloth for 2 people! We didn’t find out until this morning that we only had 1 coffee cup for 2 people! The plastic shower liner was very molded! Likely because there’s no air circulation (fan/ventilation) in the bathroom but goodness at least clean it knowing this!!! I have a severely deficient autoimmune system and see a specialist at The University of Toledo Medical Center (UTMC) and bathing in there with so much mold was not okay but everything in the building is pretty darn new and beautiful so I didn’t think to check this before getting in the shower! Paying more than $200 for these type of conditions for 1 night was just not okay! Have learned that I will definitely be checking all of the things when walking into a hotel no matter how pretty it is OR how new it is!!

The property overall was nice, however I found a pair of dirty underwear in my first room. They did give me another room and a voucher for free breakfast.

Clean and comfortable room. Everything was nice. Stay here all the time and best stay so far!

The room was nice. However, there was pubic hairs in the shower and mold on the shower curtain. The air conditioning works great.

The lobby and restaurant look great. Beautiful. When we got into the room, the interior is modern and updated. But the SMELL-combo of mildew and smoke. 😭😭 keep driving. Was glad Marriott has a hotel in the area but we would’ve kept going had we known. Went there for the pool but didn’t even use it.

The property was very clean and well maintained. There were great amenities if I could add one thing, it would be to have a microwave in each room. I would definitely recommend staying at Delta hotel.

The bathrooms are so small and tight that it's very difficult to get in and out of the tubshower and impossible for 2 people toshare getting ready for the day

3rd stay and it has been modern & comfortable in almost every way. Only exception is the room doors were somewhat thin/hollow and let a lot of noise in from the hallway. Nice to have a bar & restaurant attached.

Room was clean, but the ice tongs had clearly been used on food and were not. Nice selection of streaming services. The pool looks beautiful in the pictures but in person is a little dated. Good location close to many restaurants and amenities

Looks brand new and so clean. The bed was so comfy along with the amazing bedding!

Nice room and comfy beds. Close to Walmart. Only downside is noicy aircon. We had to turn it off since it made so much and high noice.

It has been a long time since I've been to a hotel that didnt have microwaves in each room. Also, the facility is very tricky to find. There should be signs from the main road (Glendale) to guide guests to the facility.

Good visit overall. Room was good but this is the second stay I have had with a problem with the tub/shower. Shower piece that turns shower on or off was broken. Was able to do what I needed but didn't discover until the morning of checkout. Outside of that, everything was really good. Beds are clean and comfortable. Room is spacious and temp control is great!

The room was okay. The air conditioner sounded like a belt was going and it squealed all.night. But what was worse was this place does not have soft close doors so every single time your neighbor goes in or out it slams so loud and will jolt you out of your sleep it’s terrifying.

We loved our stay. It was much needed. The staff was wanting to serve, however it was understaffed. The dining options were very limited. A missed opportunity was taking advantage of the outdoor space. No furniture. Would love to have simply sat outside and enjoyed the evenings.

The place was clean and looked like it was recently updated. The bathroom doesn’t have a fan, so the bathroom gets steamy pretty quick. It doesn’t have a hot tub or any laundry facilities. The restaurant was a nice atmosphere, but they need a little help staffing wise in the restaurant. We were there during a conference and they were very understaffed. All around a great place though.

The check in staff was so helpful. The waitress in the restaurant was very nice and personable.

Mark, the front desk concierge was a terrible person with horrible customer service. He should learn the meaning of customer service. He was very rude and did not reply to our polite greetings. When we asked him to have a nice day, he just stared at us. When we said hello, he just stared at us. He clearly could understand what we were saying, he just chose not to speak back. I don’t know if he is a racist or prejudice however he is unprofessional and we did not feel welcomed in addition to that because he chose not to speak to us, he charged the wrong card. He didn’t ask us what card we wanted to charge. He assumed we wanted to charge the card that we had on hold and to avoid talking to us he just charged the card without asking, or communicating what he was doing. He also charged the wrong price which sent my account into overdraft. I am still waiting for the hold to “fall off”. He is the worst part of our stay. Everyone and everything else was perfect!

Front desk when we checked was very rude , and not friendly . In the morning I told the front desk most Marriott’s have coffee for guest’s. All she said not this Marriot which I thought was rude.

Staff was horribly rude including the so called supervisor on shift and Marriott corporate would do nothing because I booked through a third party. Horribly disappointing experience when I was just trying to take my grandchild on a little overnight excursion.

Usually our stay is great. It was clearly understaffed this time. We arrived at 4 and waited almost two hours for our room. Trash was over flowing in lobby and outside. Everything else was fine. Pool was nice

The rooms were clean and the hotel was well located relative to Downtown. Not in downtown but for ~$95/night it's hard to beat this hotel.

Convenient to medical center

Very nice recently remodeled hotel. Great if you have business at University Hospital, otherwise the location is not great as there are zero options for dining except for the hotel restaurant without driving at least 15 minutes.

Close to the zoo,

Hotel is great but hard to find. I arrived at night and it took me a while to find it. I would suggest more signing. Otherwise it was great and just what I needed after a long drive.

The only problem I had was finding the place just because of what street it’s located on. Other than that, was lovely.

We had such a pleasant and peaceful time. The restaurant food was great as well as the staff.

Short staffed but such a nice place to stay. We’d do it again for sure but plan on long waits for dining at hotel restaurant.

The stay was peaceful. The hotel was clean and quiet. The room was updated, however, the toilet was a little low and I am 5’5. The bed was comfortable. The hotel has an inside pool. It was very hot in there(felt like a sauna). But my daughter loved it. Not to mention, there is a nice gym and restaurant inside the hotel. The food /adult drink was great. Didn't have to worry about safety. We had dinner , complimentary dessert and breakfast the next day. The steak was seasoned to perfection. The pancakes were so good! The staff were all nice. I would definitely choose this place again for a “ low key” mini getaway! This hotel is a hidden gem!

I would never go out of my way to stay again. The pool was freezing. There was no continental breakfast. No vending machines. You have to buy from them and prices were high.

My Husband and I were in town visiting the Zoo and we were so impressed with the affordable rates, updated hotel and amazing food, drinks and service in their restaurant.

I liked the quietness of the Hotel, Easy access to the Zoo. They really need a Continental breakfast though.

I was pleased overall and would stay there again. My only complaint is that the Starbucks in the lobby did not serve Starbucks brand coffee. Also, the hot water for the shower was a bit lacking. We were on the 6th floor so that may be the reason.
