When checking in and making sure I had a downstairs unit. Was told no and that I can just cancel and leave. She was rude and not very helpful. I did not give an attitude or even try to argue with her. I took the room offered. It was in a dark corner. Stairs were wobbly, toilet would not flush. Mold in the ceiling and wall. Carpet had stains. Beds had deep indentions where you can tell people had laid on them for a long time. I paid for deluxe and did not get it. No fridge, microwave or iron in the room. Not worth the money I paid for it.

The property was in poor shape all around. The steps to the second floor are rusted at the edges. No coffee maker, microwave or refrigerator. The bathtub shower are ancient and rusty. Will never stay at this place again!!!!

Can not say enough about how wonderful the staff was. The front desk ladies were great. On the other hand, the motel was disguising. It was filthy, no microwave, no fridge, no coffee pot, ice machine was broken, sink and shower fixtures were broken, remote was broken. Volume didn't work on TV.

Terrible never again I rather sleep in my car and shower at a truck stop!!!! They double charged my card yet to great from them how it will be resolved. Answer to all my questions was “I don’t know” We took our swim suits so we could go swimming po was not even open and looked like it had not been maintenance since last summer!!! Paid extra for breakfast that was never served.

The hotel needs to be removed from hotels.com as the room was dirty, and had an infestation of cockroaches, dark hallways as lights were out, there was black mold on ceiling and was also falling off, the air conditioner was not working properly and i decided for heath reasons to not stay the night and moved to another hotel

Bathroom Light switch and smoke detector falling out wall and ceiling Ceilng tiles above bath tub were soaked with water and about to fall in the tub had bad older water stains and damage as well Had a water drip could not tell if it was coming from the tub facet or ceiling to scared to touch light switch to turn on light to see At check in which was about 5 minutes after i made reservation was told they had no first floor king beds left. They also do not serve any kind of breakfast and i paid for a continental breakfast Pictures they show are nothing like what this place looks like. The room was dirty. Hole in the restroom door. Dirty underwear under chair. Eye solution on table. Phone not working . 2 remotes for tv 1 to turn on and the other one for the volume. Mouse traps laying around. Dirty mirco wave.Dog food on floor. Dirty carpet not vacuum. Also room had roaches. Soap was old it was all broken in packet. Tv would not work. I followed the instructions that was hand written on a piece of paper on the desk. But, the tv still wouldn't work. I Called front desk to come asst. Me they said ok & that never happened. Carpet was very dirty, walls dirty, & paint chipped. Restroom was horrible & the tub as well. I did not showered due to these circumstances. Mold around the edges in restroom & bedroom area. I DO NOT RECOMMEND to no one to stay here & I would surely never stay here again. Sadly tha way the advertisement was put out of how nice & elegant is a place to stay & when a person gets here it's way different & horrible. False advertisement of photos shown publicly is misleading. SMH!

Omg it had spider webs everywhere, mild on ceiling and the tub was so filthy. It also had people just hanging around outside. Tub had cigarette burns also the toilet seat had been burned. The most nastiest place I have ever stayed.

Was given room 110. Upon entering room I could feel and smell how damp and humid room was. Toilet was running and shower faucet was leaking/running quite a bit. Ceiling and other parts are littered with black mold! Room has lots of mosquitoes which stung my partner being in room about 120 seconds. Carpet is absolutely disgusting! Decided to walk right out and went to report to front desk. Was given another room on second floor on other side which did not have carpet but wood vynil flooring which was much better flooring and condition. Upon entering room light switch did not work, a lamp also doesn’t work. Countertops were wiped with something greasy when cleaned. The overall cleanliness of second room is 6 of 10.

The only positive about this place was the young lady at the front desk. Ahe was very helpful and did her job well! The room was outdated. The beds were hard and my back and hip hurt when I woke up. Pillows were more like a large throw.pillow size, very uncomfortable. The bathroom was the worse. The toilet was not installed correctly and sat at an angel from.the wall. The bathtub was yellowish might have been from soap scum buildup. The hot water wouldn't turn completely off so it was sreamy in the bathroom as well. I hated having to go in that brestroom. I was shocked at the condition of the room. The photos on the site are DEFINITELY not correct. Plus I paid for their breakfast and all they had was coffee and that was not good.

I try to help out hotels that maybe dont have as many stars or get a bad rap. The room I was put in was sub standard. The heat didnt work. The shower valves were in dire need of being replaced. The shower was stained or dirty or both. They have a maintenance guy but he was no where to be found. The price charged for exchange received was lopsided.

Tv would not work. I followed the instructions that was hand written on a piece of paper on the desk. But, the tv still wouldn't work. I Called front desk to come asst. Me they said ok & that never happened. Carpet was very dirty, walls dirty, & paint chipped. Restroom was horrible & the tub as well. I did not showered due to these circumstances. Mold around the edges in restroom & bedroom area. I DO NOT RECOMMEND to no one to stay here & I would surely never stay here again. Sadly tha way the advertisement was put out of how nice & elegant is a place to stay & when a person gets here it's way different & horrible. False advertisement of photos shown publicly is misleading. SMH!

The only positive about this place was the young lady at the front desk. Ahe was very helpful and did her job well! The room was outdated. The beds were hard and my back and hip hurt when I woke up. Pillows were more like a large throw.pillow size, very uncomfortable. The bathroom was the worse. The toilet was not installed correctly and sat at an angel from.the wall. The bathtub was yellowish might have been from soap scum buildup. The hot water wouldn't turn completely off so it was sreamy in the bathroom as well. I hated having to go in that brestroom. I was shocked at the condition of the room. The photos on the site are DEFINITELY not correct. Plus I paid for their breakfast and all they had was coffee and that was not good.

Terrible never again I rather sleep in my car and shower at a truck stop!!!! They double charged my card yet to great from them how it will be resolved. Answer to all my questions was “I don’t know” We took our swim suits so we could go swimming po was not even open and looked like it had not been maintenance since last summer!!! Paid extra for breakfast that was never served.

In a scale of 0 to 10 it was a 0. I say eco-friendly cause we had nothing. We asked for additional towels. We only had 2 large towels and they knew we were 3 adults in the room. When asked for blankets cause it was freezing we’re told they didn’t have any extras on the property. The complementary breakfast offered was coffee and packaged muffins. The room was excessively cold and were told people complain its hot now it’s too cold. We’re sorry. I explained my 87yr old mom was freezing and needed rest for the following day and he said nothing and answered the phone. Worst experience ever and definitely believe they just chose to horrible. When I mentioned to the morning person she just said I don’t know why he would say that we have extras maybe he misunderstood. Not sure what I could have said different Towels, Blankets, Freezing and this is Breakfast??? In addition my sister went to ask for towels and blankets when she was told NONE. I thought maybe she didn’t explain herself well so I went and was given the same answers.

Our room had flies in it. The pictures online are false. There were people that just kept watching us as we parked & walked to our room and then they stood outside our door. We felt so unsafe and just for the 30mins that we were in the room I decided to just get another hotel and found something on the other side of town.

Omg it had spider webs everywhere, mild on ceiling and the tub was so filthy. It also had people just hanging around outside. Tub had cigarette burns also the toilet seat had been burned. The most nastiest place I have ever stayed.

Let me start off by saying the lady that checks people in had an amazing attitude and super nice and sweet, this review is strictly about the property and the room. The room had mold on the restroom ceilings, leaking water from shower, the room itself smells like old dust and smelly carpet, and yellow stains on the fitted bed sheets. I could not get a refund due to me checking in or whatever which is whatever. I ended up finding another hotel and just staying there. Also all night theres homeless people doing deals in the parking lot. If you choose to stay here im sure you will notice everything stated above. Good Luck

This propert was not as advertised. The rooms and bathrooms were run down and in very unsanitary conditions. I would never go back. I also paid for breakfast and they never had any breakfast at all

Bathroom Light switch and smoke detector falling out wall and ceiling Ceilng tiles above bath tub were soaked with water and about to fall in the tub had bad older water stains and damage as well Had a water drip could not tell if it was coming from the tub facet or ceiling to scared to touch light switch to turn on light to see At check in which was about 5 minutes after i made reservation was told they had no first floor king beds left. They also do not serve any kind of breakfast and i paid for a continental breakfast Pictures they show are nothing like what this place looks like. I have stayed at America Best before since i only needed a room overnight i did not need anything fancy. But this place should be shut down

Sheets looked dirty, tears in blanket. Broken drop ceiling tiles. Rusted main door that barely closed. Hot and humid. Broken fan cover in bathroom. Shower curtain rod hanging off. Holes in walls poorly patched. Oh and hot tub? Broken tile and filled with broken rocks. This isn’t even everything. I have photos to back up every things said too. Don’t stay here. Absolutely terrible!!!
